We had Jack as our server and he was amazing! Very attentive and great fun!

Nice trendy place, lovely decor, brilliant atmosphere and good selection of cocktails which some are two for the price of one and to get the offer you have to order two of the same which i did. When I came to pay I was nearly changed for two separate priced cocktails which I wasn't pleased about. I mentioned this to the lady bar staff and she didn't even apologise, just looked at the two cocktails then adjusted the price. I am just glad that I noticed this and that I wasn't too drunk at the time.

Catherine was a lovely server who always made sure our drinks on her bottomless were constantly filled and kept checking on us throughout the night

This was great for bottomless brunch. Staff were great and very receptive. Dan, (and his counterpart, Danielle) were wonderful and gave us great drinks and was very polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for more from the staff.

Dan was our server for out bottomless brunch on the 8th of October 2024 from 1pm. He was absolutely amazing. Came and got our drinks at ease and even came outside to us when we nipped out. He was just amazing. Such a legend

I was here one afternoon last week with my 4 month old son. Dan and Louix were working when I came. They were extremely friendly and very accommodating to my needs. The drinks were great as well. I will most certainly be back!

Enjoyed a decent burger and chips here on Sunday lunchtime. Nice place although floor was super sticky and a couple of flies wouldn’t leave us alone as soon as the food arrived!

My Wife,Daughter and myself visited to celebrate a double birthday, it was totally ruined by an ignorant so called foreign deputy manager. She was rude, scruffy and a liar. Her customer service skills were non existent. Most bad reviews pertain to bad service and I totally concur with that fact. We waited an eternity for her to condescend to serve us, Daniell was her name . One thing is certain, we will never return

Lucy made the night for us! After quite a disappointing start with the manager being rude, she completely brought the night around. She was attentive and made sure we had the best night possible. Working in hospitality our selves we can appreciate a 10/10 worker, she was absolutely amazing and a credit to the team. Even down to how she greeted us, very good night but all down to her. This review is all the way from Australia. Here on a holiday and was served by Charlotte for our bottomless brunch. She was so great, very cheery and made everyone feel important, nothing was too hard.

Food ok but service bad. Empty dishes left on our small table for over an hour. When menus collected at 9pm I asked for it to be removed. Same young woman returned with a very bad attitude. Refused to answer when spoken to and angry look on her face

I have given 4 stars as my request for a table in an accessible area was done withut any problen, which I appreciated. However, I did not enjoy my meal - I ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken. It bore very little resemblence to a Caesar Salad - Iceberg lettuce rather than Little Gem, big chunks of uncrispy bread instead of croutons, a few chunks of dry chicken . And I have never had peas, green beans etc in a Caesar salad. The dressing was nice.

Had a Brunch with my work pals on Saturday 10 August. Our server Lucy greeted us at the door and showed us to our table which was already set up with full glasses of Prosecco. The service she gave us for our 2 hour stay was faultless. Our drinks were continually filled up and she took our orders for cocktails throughout our stay. It’s my 20th birthday, the food was delicious loving the new menu, My server helene was absolutely excellent; she accommodated us really well, when we went to the toilets she covered our drinks to prevent spiking. Overall the whole team was excellent. The whole atmosphere was amazing, Songs so good. I really recommend this Slug and Lettuce!!!!

Went in by myself for brunch, ordered an avocado with poached egg and asked for an extra egg. When I got it was only given one egg with a hard yolk, really disappointed especially with the price of it

Staff were nice so alright place for a drink but the food is grim. Mate had the breakfast and the scrambled eggs looked pale white, and were so watery. Everything we had was just a bit sh*t or very sh*t. Do not get food here.

All these 15 stars that I have given are because of the PHENOMENAL SERVICE that I have received from Dan today. Our night went from mediocre to AMAZING . It’s very hard to find customer service to the level that we received today. People like Dan deserve to be rewarded and recognised for going that extra mile and making sure that we had the best time in Leeds. Big up yourself Dan , your amazing 🤩
