Came here for bottomless brunch and had a great time. The food was delicious and filling, there was a good choice of drink options, and we were served really quickly. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Fantastic experience at their bottomless brunch! The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and attentive. I’ve been to my fair share of bottomless brunches but this one is by far the best. The food was so good, I would 100% recommended upgrading the drinks. Love the concept of the clips above to put the ‘I’m thirsty’ card in so the servers know you want more drinks. No need to try flag people down. First time visiting Man’s market, the decor and the whole vibe is so different to other Leeds locations it’s great! Want to go back to try the full food menu from looking at other tables the food looks amazing!

We came here for our work Christmas party (in February, yes) and it was great. Dave was particularly helpful in reminding one of our party that the Bellini syrups are best used in the prosecco and not to dunk prawn crackers into. Apparently a common mistake! The food was great and the drinks were regularly arriving. All in all a good night!

Wow. 6 of us went for a "bottomless brunch" costing over £40 per head. The food was good, arrived in a timely manner however the service was unbelievable. We were 6 women in our 30s thay were told to be quiet. Yes being fair maybe we were louder than other tables so took this on board. However my friend knocked a drink over and we were shouted at and patronised as though we were partying and dancing on the tables, drinking shots and swinging from the chandelier .......it was 5 pm and it was an accident. we were only served 2 drinks in ths entire brunch. A girl asked for a drink but as there were still drinks on the table she wasnt allowed to have one. We left an hour early due to the way we were spoken to and patronised and the "manager " was extremely aggessive, verbally attacking us. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said so you want me to call dubai? This woman had absolutely 0 customer service skills and was unable to engage in a civilised adult conversation without being aggressive. Luckily we spoke to a different lady who was in fact lovely and apologised for how we had beem treated and said she would speak to the staff member, offering us a drink in the bar. We declined and left but considering the way we were treated and £40pp x 6 for 2 drinks each and some chicken and rice we wont return.

Really cool restaurant with really bad food , the food is clearly not cooked by Chinese people and you can taste that , the duck fries had a few strands of duck on , the noodles were overcooked and tasted very slimey , the egg fried rice was very dry and barely had any egg , the starter selection had frozen spring rolls on that you can find in the Chinese supermarket very cheap , the portions were very small and the waiter didn’t have a clue what the price of the beer was when asked , not to mention £7 a pint is shocking … I’m so glad we had the 50% off January special as I’d of been devastated paying hard earned money for that . I’ll be sticking to my local Chinese takeaway from now on . Thanks I won’t be returning

Two outings to Man’s Market for lunch with work colleagues, both times the food was great but the service appalling. Today we experienced a long wait for food, no apology given when the food did arrive, items forgotten and no apology for that either. When we went to pay the bill the server was rude. A really disappointing visit. All of my party agreed we wouldn’t return as the service was so bad.

Love this place . Great with the 50% offer in January. The food is good and get to try find different things. Service is good. Nice with a group of people.

Table of 9 booked at 8.15pm. Arrived on time, sat down. Everything explained with menus, told will bring prawn crackers. Then next server casually tells us there is a wait of an hour for food! We all got up and left. Then they advised maybe 45 mins. Still left. If you have an offer on you need to understand your capacity. Maybe you could have cancelled or called us? Will never return and this experience will be retold.

I visited Men’s Market tonight, and the food was absolutely delicious. The customer service was outstanding—easily 100% or more. Tracy, who I believe is a waitress, was incredibly patient and explain every dish we asked about.

Nikola was amazing, as soon as we needed anything they were over and always checking in to make sure we were looked after. She was incredibly warm and funny which really added to the experience. Will be coming back for sure!

Service overall was ok but wasn't necessarily the most attentive, we had to wait for our drinks each time we ordered but nothing major. With the drinks, why do venues have such poor wines on when they are charging the prices they do?! Would go again but maybe not on a Saturday night

Bang average food. Lots of fried stuff Gimmicky ordering system that evidently had flaws. Also means handling greasy utensils and the waiter still reads it back to you, with mistakes. Might as well just read it to them first time round. The price of the bubble tea is a bit much when flavoured

They initially came over to say they had the head chef aware and they would take the chips off of the menu.... I couldn't believe it. Is that it?? We aren't talking about a hair here, we are talking about a 2 inch piece of hard plastic that the waitress even said its more than likely come off one of the plastic tubs they use. Was shocked by their response to be honest. It was the service and response we received afterwards that I thought let's just get out of here. Totally let down to be honest. Shame

So what can I say first time visiting man's would it be my last possibly! This is totally based off today's experience upon walking in greeted by 2 lady's at the door sat us down and explained how the system works while waiting for approx 10 mins for drinks to be taken we noticed that the menus was extremely dirty with what looked like curry sauce and other food from previous guests from the day before as we was first in the building so could only be from the day before. Also the staff member was still cleaning and setting the tables and menus while we wad waiting for our drinks to be taken this is also while looking at the menu above our heads so she was well aware that we was waiting also only people in the building but couldn't break away to serve us. Upon finally ordering the food we had the told that they had no squid again shouldn't they have known this prior to serving us??? Confused much!! Then finally drinks arrived and they were incorrect so waited again while this was corrected no apology was offered for the lack of no squid and incorrect drinks. While eating the servers were still sorting the tables out 25 mins into service not very nice to have people floating around while eating. This wad a special occasion I feel like ive been let down. Also throughout the meal the wait times for drinks and food to be taken from the window grew longer when more people started to dine I wouldn't expect this to be the case while having three servers who at most times were not even in eye sight Feel very frustrated this has happened total honest food was phenomenal let down by service

This place doesn’t take allergies seriously. I advised I had an allergy and was served something that contained shellfish- I was given a free drink by the kind man that seemed to be a manager but after he left it seemed like the lady that was managing was hovering around my table to make sure I had paid before leaving the restaurant. Upon leaving I said ‘thank you and goodbye’ to which she ignored and put her head down. Food wasn’t great in general either and very disappointed with the service from this manager as she acted like I was causing an issue. Luckily I’m fine considering the potential severity of the situation. I would not recommend this place.

My partner and I attended Man’s Market after hearing positive things about the place online, and were extremely excited to try it out. We arrived and were greeted by some friendly staff and sat down at our table. Sadly the first thing I noticed, when I sat down, was how loud the restaurant was. Firstly, the music was far too loud for the restaurant and the songs of choice was as if we were in a bar on a saturday, at 11 at night not 4 in the afternoon, I was expecting more of a chilled and calm environment. Following on from this, there was a large group of people, who i gathered were on a staff night out. The table were constantly shouting and screaming at the top of their lungs throughout our visit , no doubt urged on by the vibe of the music. I’m all for people having a laugh and being a bit noisy but they could’ve at least been asked to slightly keep it down for the other guests and as a result I didn’t hear a single word out waitresses said to us all night and had to relay on my partner to tell me what was being said. After this we get our food , we ordered the salt and pepper chicken and chips and sweet chilli beef. The salt and pepper chicken and chips cost us around £9 and to be honest was just bland and dry with no real flavour with only about 4 pieces of chicken in the meal. However, the beef was the worst part as it was advertised as a sharing plate for £16 and what arrived was a small portion no bigger than what you would receive from your normal takeaway and to top it off the “beef” pieces were just mainly batter with barely any actual beef with a sauce that did not at all resemble sweet chilli. Staff nice enough and decent cocktails, just was overhyped and overpriced for what it is. P.S. I will note we didn’t mention this to the staff at the time just due to me and my partner not really feeling comfortable complaining in public and we also did pay the service charge as we knew it was not the servers fault and hopefully we just had a one off bad experience but overall sadly wouldn’t recommend

One of the best. Relaxed, chilled. Service outstanding. Staff were attentive. Food plentiful and drinks were free flowing. Best brunch had in years 😋 tasty too. On the back of a recommendation it did not disappoint 🙌

We ate here recently on a little overnight stay with the kids. The food was excellent and we loved the styling / atmosphere in the restaurant. What made it particularly enjoyable was the friendly staff especially with a 3 and 5 year old one of which has a dairy allergy. They made them feel very welcome, had vegan deserts for our youngest and the open kitchen style and a playful chef entertained our eldest. All together a really nice place to eat.

We had heard great things about Man's market and was very excited to try it but unfortunately was disappointed with the food. The prawn gyozas had no flavour at all and had been deep fried?? And the kung pao main was again not great, lacking in flavour and very salty, we did enjoy our sticky beef bao bun. The atmosphere and cocktails were great, and the playlist was 10/10. The staff where lovely but we paid the bill and was waiting for our change for about 10/15 mins so I eventually went and asked and they apparently counted the money wrong and didn't realise we needed £18 change, but the lady I asked was apologetic and got it sorted right away. If I am to return it would be to try the bottomless brunch but not for a sit down dinner.

Effortless service and you didn't have to wait too long for your food once ordered. The only down side was that we only had 1 night in Leeds otherwise we would have definitely come back. Highly Recommended, you will definitely not be disappointed!

I recently attended a bottomless brunch here, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The drinks were extremely underwhelming. I ordered a rum and coke, but it tasted like watered-down cola with barely any rum—if there was any at all. I haven’t had alcohol in 10 months, and somehow I left feeling more sober than when I arrived. On the bright side, I guess I stayed hydrated. The service was another letdown. We had our “I’m thirsty” sign up for a long time before anyone came over. This really dampened the experience, as the whole point of a bottomless brunch is to have a steady flow of drinks. The food was just okay. I ordered a beef dish, but it was mostly rice with maybe five tiny pieces of beef. Not exactly what I expected or worth the price. The atmosphere was also unpleasant. There was a hen party causing trouble and speaking rudely to the staff, which made it uncomfortable to sit there. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place. There are far better options out there for a fun and enjoyable brunch experience.

This was mine and my friends first visit to man’s market after hearing everyone rave about it. We did the bottomless brunch. The food was lovely very tasty apart from the salt and pepper chips which were just covered in Chinese 5 spice which is very over powering when too much is on. The drinks were disappointing the sparking wine was flat with not one bubble in so we asked them to be replaced which they were with the same flat drink. We had to wait ages for drinks. At several points we were sat without a drink, which I’ve never experienced before at a bottomless brunch. It was incredibly noisy too, I literally couldn’t hear the conversations on our table which is absolutely no fault of the restaurant of course but I found it very annoying. I would go back as the food was lovely

I visited Mans Market again yesterday for a bottomless brunch with 8 friends and once again it confirmed my opinion that here offers the best bottomless in Leeds! The drinks are plentiful, food delicious (highly recommend the crispy chilli beef) and the staff super friendly. Shout out to Kyle who made us feel very welcome and looked after us perfectly all evening...as did all the team tbh. Can't wait to go again already

Food was amazing, sorry you can buy the dish for half the price, I know I didn't drink the remaining amount in drink. I had crispy chilli beef £40 yet still I was charges extra for noodles £43.80 total. Lovely afternoon lovely meal, lovely price.

Disappointed 😞. I have never been to Mans Market before and visited for the first time yesterday. I went with a large group and the meal was pre- ordered but we were left waiting. The food arrived at completely different times so we couldn't enjoy it together and when the meal arrived it was cold. The steamed rice was hard and the chicken in blackbean sauce was flavourless. Sadly I won't be returning.

And unsure why you are boasting about being a 4.4 star to a complaint instead of a sincere apology for how poor I found your bottomless brunch. I have spoke to many of people since coming here and they have had the same poor experience. I will ensure they don’t hesitate to leave their own reviews on their own experiences. Absolutely will never be visiting again. The worst bottomless brunch I have ever been on! Wrong food orders, shocking services and the food is absolutely awful. The only good thing from this menu is the prawn crackers. Bottomless brunch yet you get around 4 drinks in total of 2 hours, not everyone drinks Prosecco so putting Prosecco on the tables does not count. The idea of a bottomless brunch and giving you an option of different drinks means you should be able to order these drinks when you’re sat down, not 30 minutes into your brunch. Absolutely shocking. So many better places to bottomless brunch in Leeds than here. Avoid!

I had my birthday brunch here over the weekend and I am really disappointed with how it went and wish I had booked elsewhere. Firstly, the table set up was separated which I wasn’t told about which meant I was table hopping, they were nexto each other but not connected and completely divided the group. I’d of much rather they put a table between the seperated ones to join them together or have told me and I’d of looked at booking elsewhere. Secondly the service was absolutely shocking, the lady who came round was quite abrupt throughout serving for the first half, told me “no you can’t have that” when trying to place drink orders rather than explaining why I couldn’t order a specific drink as it wasn’t included in the brunch which my friend explained after she’d left. Our first order didn’t come til 30 mins into the brunch, the second drink after that was 1hour 30 mins into the brunch- I asked the lady serving what was going on and she just said “we can’t do anything about it we’re busy” and shrugged her shoulders, at this point I found the manager and raised the issue where she apologised doubled up our orders and gave us an extended time of 15 mins which i was happy with as we had already had so much time wasted waiting around for drinks in the first place, 2 drinks in 1.5 hours is the worst serving service I’ve ever come accross and to blame them being super busy when it’s a controlled environment and should be used to such busy constant orders coming in and out this seems more of an internal issue on overbooking and not being able to keep up. There were a few drinks orders that were wrong too by giving alcohol to non alcoholic orders. Food was ok, mine and my sisters order was wrong which I couldn’t even be bothered raising and just ate it, the tofu seemed undercooked too and meat portions were minimal. This brunch is more expensive than most other places and is the worst experience I’ve had to date. I appreciate the manager trying to resolve our issues however it doesn’t take away from such an awful experience where I’ve had to leave my party and find staff multiple times to see what’s going on. A really hope this type orf issue isn’t a regular thing for other customers. My whole birthday brunch was a shamble. EDIT: in response to your response, it was 27 minutes for our first order and 1.5 hours before I had to leave my table a second time to speak to the manager - a birthday brunch is always complimentary and unsure wether I’d of just paid an addition £10 for the upgrade however the rest of the guests still had an unpleasant experience and celebration. Your response in itself trying to bash the party of guests who booked and paid for such poor service is very telling. There were staff members arguing in front of our table and the quality of care to your guests who choose to spend their money with you was not ok. I had pre ordered so the food should of been correct and I actually stood with the gentleman who served the food reading out from the email with the guests names and on two ordered there was rice instead of noodles and one lady had boiled rice instead of egg, I am not writing this review for a mad laugh. Thanks for the response however you’ve managed to show me even further you don’t care and would rather just make up excuses and blame anyone but yourselves for this experience which 14 people had the same views as this review made today. Nobody was rude to the staff as the manager was helpful towards the end but made no difference to the experience so if making staff aware and asking for help is rude then you must be on a different planet. Absolutely disgusting response.

The food is all deep batter fried and everything tastes the same. Ambiance is all they have. Food quality is just crap.

A big group of us came here for bottomless brunch on a Saturday. It was busy inside so we were squashed on our table. The service wasn't great, everything was rushed. Some of the food was overdone and burnt. Overall, disappointing.

Went here on the weekend for the bottomless brunch. Can honestly say that I was not impressed with the food, the sharing platters looked and tasted like items that had come from the takeaway section at Iceland and a few of us ordered fried rice which was definitely just plain boiled rice, it had no egg in it and no flavour. The service however was very good we were a large party and the staff were very attentive, they constantly checked on us and made sure we always had drinks. When it came to paying the bill it seems there was a 10% service charge automatically added on. We each paid separately and the member of staff went round us all to collect payment at the end and automatically added this on to each payment without giving the option to pay it or not at the time and just expected it to be paid. I appreciate the service was good and had this service charge not been added on we would have very likely left a 10% or even more of a tip, however, I feel that automatically adding this on is a little rude and as we had all now paid the service charge no tip was left. It is a bottomless brunch and so this service is expected as part of the package at the set price. Although the experience overall was not terrible, I don’t think I would recommend this place.

Been here so many times, amazing gluten free menu. So many options!! So nice to have a Chinese again when it's really hard to find any sort of Chinese takeaway or restaurant who will offer it. We recommend it to everyone and staff are so lovely there.

It's so hard to find because of the recladding work going on, but don’t let that put you off. This is an excellent experience restaurant with nice twists underwritten by food that’s good in quality, quantity, and delivery. The service team and front of the house get the whole script and work together cohesively—this isn’t Hong Kong, but it’s an experience you’ll enjoy.

Fantastic exercise from start to finish! All staff attentive and friendly throughout. Our first visit and won’t be our last. Salt and pepper squid beautifully cooked and seasoned. Cocktail menu so extensive and the value for money was perfect!

Me and my husband love it here! Really fresh and tasty Chinese food, you wish you had two stomachs when visiting here! So much to try, everything is gorgeous. Great vegetarian options for me, a huge amount of meat options for him. The atmosphere is lively with a mixture of crowds visiting. The way that you order (via a whiteboard and marker) is just genius as you then clip it to a peg above your head and the waiting team then know you need help, so service is fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. Love it here, been three times now and will be going more! The offers that they do are also worth keeping an eye on because they’re such great value for money!

10 out of 10 brunch, served within moments of arriving , staff fantastic and always on with drinks, drinks came quickly and cocktails were delicious, food is sooo good, ate well too much but it was too delicious to leave, extra points on pesciterian dishes for my Friend, Simon was fantastic helping us celebrate my birthday, best brunch in Leeds by far. Great vibe, great food, great value for money.

Ok. The food wasn’t too bad. Starters were good. Beef in black bean was tasteless and tough. I could have looked past that if the bottomless brunch drinks had been good. Prosecco was awful, sweet and cheap. Cocktails were so sweet they were undrinkable. I went to the bar to buy a glass of wine. They don’t sell Sauvignon blanc by the glass! Finally got a G&T because you can’t go wrong with that, but it did take 30 mins to get it. Not worth £41. £38 + compulsory tip!

The sharing platter was basically just chicken nuggets with a little bit of seasoning not worth £16 at all. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere too but very gentrified unauthentic food.

We found this place on the off chance and so pleased we did. Such a quirky little place with amazing food and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend a visit here. Thank you to Kyle and Chloe who did a fabulous job looking after us.

Thank you very much to Simon, Mehek & Ella for their outstanding service and excellent food tonight. Myself and my 2 friends came for dinner and we were looked after from start to finish. Coming from 3 restaurant managers ourselves, we couldn’t recommend enough :)
