Absolutely shocking got fish chips and curry the fish was soggy like mush asif it was not fresh and had been frozen it won’t be the same again so won’t be ever going again !

It was excellent for lunch time and very good staff def recommend to people who haven"t try this place

We love having breakfast here. The choice is great and we are never disappointed. The food is piping hot and cooked and served by friendly staff. We have also had lunch here and although I would love to keep this place a secret it really is just too good not to spread the word.

Worst restaurant I’ve been to in hull. Food quality very poor - no flavour - chef does not take pride in what he cooks, even when I sent back the lamb curry - did not care or listen to our views, sent another curry that was exactly the same as first. Very small portions not worth the money. Go to Banarasi restaurant instead. Much better food.

Excellent quality and service. The twins are absolutely gorgeous girls and always smiling and pleasant. Romanian and English food served with a smile..only complaint is that the meals are so large!!

The fish and chips were only just warm and peas sausages no better. It has been binned with in five minutes they were disgusting. I was so looking forward to enjoying fish and chips. The fish wasn't good quality at all

Food was OK but appalling service after a family member had a health incident at the pub. Bear in mind how cold it was outside my mother was told to go outside rather than stay inside and keep warm whilst her husband was getting checked over in an ambulance after having 3 fits. Disgusting, the least they could have done was to sit her down maybe give a warm drink whilst she waited for the ambulance people to come back to her as she was upset and worried and wait for them to let her know how her husband was and why he fitted.

Had a lovely evening we had a meal and drinks, the customer service was amazing, honestly the staff couldn’t do enough! Charlie and Ellen were fantastic absolutely made our experience here great! And we will definitely be back! I hope this review gets passed on to the staff as they are credit to the company! We will be back!

Pretty good food. Enjoyed the meal

Breadcakes was not fresh, spoon full of tinned tomatoes in the sandwich. I also asked for brawn sauce which was non existent. Mushrooms was also coated in onions which i can not eat.

We visit Cheryl's as often as we can and would recommend it to anyone, we have become great friends with all the friendly staff, you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble..Give it a try when you are on Hassle Road, you won't be disappointed...

The best fish, chips, peas and curry sauce we’ve had for a long time…..and plenty of them! Also got two bonus fish cakes thank you! This is now our go to place for fish and chips….HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Regal !!!!
