One of the better costa franchises .if you think your gonna stay longer than one hour tell the staff and they can log your reg number to stop u getting a parking ticket...

Arrived at 3.30pm for our booking. Table was all set out. staff told told us how it all worked. we chose to have them take our orders. Food was yummy, just tasted the same as it did when i was a child. not a cheap tea.

This place does not exist it is now open as VK take away, it never opened as an Indian restaurant, we have just received a menu for VK restaurant takeaway today October 15 2020

Place need a clean from time to time but they don't seem to do it shame coz food is lovely staff are friendly enough too

To give it 1 star is generous. We got there at 8pm on a Saturday night to be told there was no food left. Only egg fried rice or chicken satay. There was no one in and only one waitress clearing a table. I noticed she had chips on the plate in her hand so had quite clearly lied! Do not go here, awful!

Visited here on my way out of Hull. Service was fast, the place was clean. With McDonalds they are the same wherever you go. Visited mid week during the day, so the place was quiet

They did look lovely all displayed. The lady was stood outside smoking when we walked up. But did wash her hands but started itching her ear and didn't wash again. I was put off but I did feel a bit obliged too buy something. So I opted for fruit flan. The fruit looked like it had seen better days and it tasted like it had. Was a bit shocked at price £3.99 each. Won't be back again

Ordered a fillet burger box meal with two hot wings they didn’t even bother giving me half my order, my two hot wings or my gravy poor service

Really chill atmosphere. Friendly bar staff. Children and pets welcome too!

Nice little breakfast. 3 of them for £20 tasty and fresh

If I could give a zero I would. Dirty sticky tables. Staff disinterested and unhelpful. Wasn't willing to come out to show us how to work the coffee machine and slid the sandwich across the counter, if I hadn't been quick it would have ended up on the floor. The coffee was luke warm and the sausage sandwich was Inedible, the bread was dry and the sausages were cremated and cold. The staff definitely need training in customer service as they were bordering on rude. Not a place we will be visiting again

Missing half my order and didn’t even offer a refund or anything to replace or tell me about it. Not happy at all.
