First time ever ordering Asda on here that I’ve actually received a full shop

Mushrooms where off and out of date

your delivery drivers need to be instructed on the use of manners

3 items from order was missing, they were sent in an open Asda carrier bag so wouldn’t know if the driver has taken the items or they’ve not been packed, I only ordered 9 items, I don’t know how half the order is missing, bread had hole in packaging

missing items items out of stock made it not worth buying due to high service charge

One item was missing. Otherwise driver was on time and very polite

They never bring everything they can’t be bothered to carry it. I’ve been to the shop after my Oder half arrived and they had everything in stock I ordered. Avoid this order somewhere different

3 items missing from order. The tortilla wraps, 1 pot noodle and 1 popcorn. How do I go about getting a refund?

Placed an order as I needed milk, bought other items that I didn’t need just to make up min order, charged for milk that I’m desperate for, along with bag charge and delivery charge and a tip and guess what they sent no milk!!!!, Asda this is really poor service who ever picked didn’t check off order, now I’ve no milk and I have to wait up to a week for refund!!!!!

you would think an Asda superstore would be able to fulfil an order of 4 items. not the first time. maybe you should check your menu for availability

over half my order was missing when it arrived

nearly every time I have a grocery delivery several items missing. I will stop using just east for this service now

they forgot the most important expensive thing.. the cake and still charged me for it!! so now I don't have enough to get my daughter another one I'm not happy

all items were present, apart from the four pack of Monster Pipeline Punch energy drinks. I'm assuming ASDA were too busy to notify me of unavailability or to refund the cost and inform me. I'll have to request a refund from Just Eat.

my order was totally wrong nothing at all I wanted ,and when I asked delivery driver if had given me the right bag ,he shouted I just deliver

I'm still awaiting a refund for my cigarettes that was not in my order and it should have been refunded by now why hasn't it been refunded

Half my delivery was missing couldn't get in touch with just eat immediately. I have put in for a refund but I am disabled so I need this shopping now. The delivery driver must have the other half in his car. Not happy.

Well where do you start, the place just looks worn out, ordered a tea and a coffee no food didn’t look appetising at all. So the drinks are self service which is fine but what they don’t tell you on purchasing that out of two machines that are there only one works and you can only have Espresso coffee, what’s the point. Just a grim place to be and I could hear another couple saying the same thing.

Missing 1 item is okay but missing 3 items is not on.

delivery short 2 large chickens driver marked it off as been delivered said he'd go sort and bring them back he never did !!

Absolutely shocking ! Out of stock of most things ordered a hot chocolate and no cream to go on the top despite a huge poster showing a hot chocolate with cream No cake apart from one manky bit that had been sitting ages no mince pies Staff can’t be bothered or they are just to embarrassed to be working there No wonder the place is empty Very bad reflection on Asda

I did not received the Cranberry juice and the mango chunks..

The order was missing a number of items.

Missing items and fruit was rotten and split open. Not a good experience. Had to apply for refund for missing and damaged items. Not the best service

only issue a few items missing from order

this is the 2nd time i’ve ordered from this asda and the second time a large amount of my order has been missing. now i have to wait days for my refund. won’t be ordering again

Second time I’ve ordered from here recently and the alcohol has been missing. Driver initially claimed to not understand, despite me showing them the order and then they changed to claim they’d just not been given the alcohol. Twice this has happened now though so either the shop is missing half the order each time or the delivery driver is stealing the items?!

asda is the worst place I've orderd from for missing items and not bothering to even tell you they didn't have some items ...won't be using asda anymore .

The food was all crushed in the bags. The milk had been split over what was remaining and uncrushed

this was a second order after it was missing from first sent my cash back fast so i could order missing items again at own delivery cost so cost me twice which isn't good

half my shopping missing charged me 30 for 9 items

So I paid £11 for a bag crisps a pie and some milk won’t be using this service again unless you make it right with some free food or something

The wine I ordered was not delivered and neither Asda nor just eat would help

very nice polite delivery driver but one box of cat food was missing but got it instantly resolved. will be using the service again. very happy

The delivery driver was fine. Also arrived on time. However I was missing all but 3 things I ordered. I went through Just Eat got a refund for the missing items. Managed to go elsewhere for the rest.

Not recieved delivery. Customer support is a joke. They say they will investigate and give me a refund in 3-4 days! I dont have the money to reorder again. Good Customer service would be to complete the order for which I've paid and reorder it for me

They just dumped the shopping outside on the doorstep when I said to ring me when they are outside as I live in a flat and have to go down for it. Very poor service!

This was an absolute joke!! I’ve ordered a big shop so I expected to have a bit of s wait but 2hours 40mins and half the items missing. And typically the items I needed the most like cat food which isn’t cheap. The delivery lady told me she had been waiting 1.5 hours for you to get her my order so I’m glad I only bought one frozen thing that was room temperature as well as all chilled items. I am owed almost £20 from you and iI don’t have any more money fir cat food and loo roll now. Disgusting

Twice in 2 nights from this shop things have not been delivered. Not happy
