Missing half my order and didn’t even offer a refund or anything to replace or tell me about it. Not happy at all.

I did not receive all of my items and was given no refund or response.

Every single time I order you miss half the items off, this is the 2nd time you have missed the chicken off, ridiculous

This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from Asda on just eat in the last couple of weeks and every time I’ve had at least £9 of foods missing from my order and still being charged for it and only being refunded in just eat credit it’s getting silly now

Half my order is missing, this is the second time I’ve ordered and both times things have been missing and a refund refused

I paid for Kenco coffee, but it was not in the delivery

The delivery driver was fine. Also arrived on time. However I was missing all but 3 things I ordered. I went through Just Eat got a refund for the missing items. Managed to go elsewhere for the rest.

Everything I ordered was great except I was charged for the orange juice that wasn’t delivered.

Not recieved delivery. Customer support is a joke. They say they will investigate and give me a refund in 3-4 days! I dont have the money to reorder again. Good Customer service would be to complete the order for which I've paid and reorder it for me

They just dumped the shopping outside on the doorstep when I said to ring me when they are outside as I live in a flat and have to go down for it. Very poor service!

This was an absolute joke!! I’ve ordered a big shop so I expected to have a bit of s wait but 2hours 40mins and half the items missing. And typically the items I needed the most like cat food which isn’t cheap. The delivery lady told me she had been waiting 1.5 hours for you to get her my order so I’m glad I only bought one frozen thing that was room temperature as well as all chilled items. I am owed almost £20 from you and iI don’t have any more money fir cat food and loo roll now. Disgusting

Delivery time was fine however my order was missing an item, the main item I ordered it for. I only ordered 3 items and one was missing. Not great considering I paid £2 for delivery fees and didn’t receive what I needed.

This order was never delivered. It was taking over an hour for it to be delivered which resulted in my partner ordering from elsewhere and I am awaiting a refund for this order. I can assure you this order never reached my property and I am still looking for a full refund. I am very confused as to why it said it was delivered.

Good God. What a place! I usually see Asda as a safe bet, but this was truly a poor option! As can be seen the tables are filthy. The soft drink dispenser is not working. The food options extremely limited because they have no bases left for pizza, and they only have one poor person manning the bit of the store that clearly wish was not there. Such a let down. You can and do do so much better in other parts of the country Asda. Do better, please!

Both items are damaged and one item isn’t the correct item I ordered ! I simply put in the order notes do not accept the order if items wernt available and instead the order was accepted and sent the wrong items and damaged !

Didn't received my order. Contacted Justeat for refund. They said they will give me refund. It's been two months now. No refund,no replies to email anymore.

Utterly disgusting. Everything went through ok at check out then all of a sudden i get an email more than half of my shopping is “out of stock” nearly £30 shopping & only £14 available. What is the point I thought this was supposed to make it more convenient and may as well have gone myself and this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had this happen with Just Eat about four or five times someone needs to do something about the grocery side of Just Eat because they’re not updating the system to let you know if stuff is out of stock or not

This order has come and all cans are burst.

For an order of large value I am now missing 70% of what I have ordered. Can’t blame the store as I suspect it to be the driver as he passed me two bags then literally RAN away from the door jumped in his car and sped off. Refund requested from just eat but an acknowledgement could take a week. Regretting ordering. Apologies to the store but if I were you I’d remove yourself from just eat and continue to serve customers in other ways as unfortunately this experience does reflect poorly. I’m hogh

Thought I'd give the grocery shop a try but disappointed there's 9 items not arrived from my order,hopefully will be refunded or sent out at a later date, see what happens

always forget stuff all the time and so not email you to twll you they just think its ok to send half your order and not tell you then you have to do all the chasing to get your money back that takes a week!
