Arrived at 3.30pm for our booking. Table was all set out. staff told told us how it all worked. we chose to have them take our orders. Food was yummy, just tasted the same as it did when i was a child. not a cheap tea.

Haven’t been for many years, but we’ve wanted to try the weekday buffet for awhile. The salad was as I’d remembered it, perfectly adequate. The pizzas were well replenished, even though the restaurant was quite busy. All in all , it was very enjoyable

Took granddaughter (aged 8) here as it was her choice for a birthday treat. Family of four adults and one child. The pizza was so expensive, nearly £17 is ridiculous even with prices rising. And then add on more £s if you want a different dough base. We would accept price rises if the quality was good, but even the quality was questionable. There just weren't enough toppings on the pizzas. One of our group complained and got a fresh pizza, but all our pizzas were sparce with toppings really. And £3.69 for a can of pop!Come on Pizza Hut, get real. But there were some good things: Staff were friendly and attentive. The salad bar was fresh and kept topped up. Our granddaughter enjoyed her Monster Meal, which we actually thought was good value at £7.99. Overall, I have to say our visit was poor because of the standard of the pizza toppings and the cost.

Popped in for lunch and for a quick catch up. Really nice pizzas & sides too. Very helpful servers..

Not been for years and we tend to go to authentic places. We was really disappointed with the quality. The individual pizza is tiny. The chicken supreme pizza was horrific, with cheap chicken and poor topping. If you like authentic nice food then don’t go here. I suppose the buffet is good if you have kids. 3/10

Quality of Pizza Down. Customer Service Down. Cleanliness Down. Prices Very Much Up. Probably been at least six months since our last visit, and It was even less enjoyable than last time. I really haven't the time to go into every detail of the unpleasant experience, but I'll just say. If you want good Pizza at a reasonable price, with decent service. Don't visit here.

Dropped in for a quick lunch. Buffet looked good but we ordered a meat feast to share. Salad bar was good and pizza was brought in a reasonable time, tasted good but too much to eat so we are taking the last few slices home. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good clean premises

The was just a week after things re opened so I would hope everything had improved by now. No one was menat to leave the table that was great, we didn't realise there was no buffet on a Saturday which was our fault to be fair. Good was fine the pizza is always good, salad was done for you but to be honest was very very basic and pretty naff. We had to order using an app.... Which didn't work. In the end the waiter jst took the order as usual. The manager was pretty useless and just blamed covid for everything, true to an extent but he needed to try way way harder then just giving the easy out answer

Visited Pizza Hut after a few years away. Was not really impressed with the food onsite. The salad bar was good, fresh and stocked up. Drinks menu was good. Unfortunately after a few years I was expecting the menu to have changed and adapted but it hasn’t. There was not many options of pizza toppings especially when you compare it to a pizza express or dominoes. When the pizza arrived it was very greasy and the stuffed crust base was very thin. Chicken wings were ordered as a side. These arrived cold and seemed to be reheated. Chicken bites were the same. Service was okay, promptly seated and seen too. Was pushed towards using the phone application. This was not the smoothest operation. Did not support Apple Pay meaning I needed to follow card + bank verification. Took a long time for the order to go through. Won’t be in a rush to return. The memories of Pizza Hut when I was a child outweigh reality.

Ordered a takeaway from these guy, collection, good lord, luke warm n cold within ten minutes, and I only live a short distance away, absolutely disgusting

I haven't eaten pizza for 6 years and even before that id never had pizza hut or domino's so when the good lady suggested it this afternoon, i thought ok , why not ? So chosing the meat feast i was looking forward to trying it but boy was i about to be disappointed! It arrived in front of me and i immediately noticed how dry it looked and the topping was a little on the sparce side , sure enough it tasted the same , dry with very lttle tomato sauce base that i would expect on any pizza , i was pretty hungry so didn't want to complain and wait even longer to eat but when the waitress came over and asked if all was ok and had to tell he the truth , the twin pack pizzas in Lidl sell fir £1.99 were better than what id just had that cost £10 ! So i think it will be at least another 6 years till i bother with pizza again and even if i do , it certainly wont be from pizza hut

We arrived basically threw us on a table we had to keep shouting them so we could order drink didn’t even come out we had to ask them to be fetched they was constantly hounding us whilst eating and even sweeping the dirty floors around us whilst we was eating was absolutely mortified terrible food and even worse service will not be returning especially when we spent nearly £80 the staff need to stop standing around and actually do there jobs and SERVE THE TABLES manager was worst one for it aswell

Awful, they've cut back on so much all you seem to get is a cheese and tomato based pizza with nothing else on it, the tomato on the base is pasted on that thick that's all you can taste. Not cheap either considering you have to do just about everything yourself.

We ordered takeaway during the first bank holiday in April. My boyfriend had an all American thin supreme pizza with bbq sauce, he swapped the peppers and pepperoni for ham and sweetcorn. I created my own pizza, I chose a pan base with ham, pineapple, goats cheese and mushroom. We shared some chicken bites with sour cream dip, and garlic mayo dip. We also ordered a large bottle of 7up. The total cost was £25.99. Considering it was a bank holiday, the food was ready on time. It was tasty as expected, especially the big rounds of goats cheese!

We had a lovely lunch from the buffet menu so it’s decent value. The staff were friendly and made us really welcome. Yummy!

Visited today only takeaway service at the moment due to being in Tier 3, but staff very professional friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible. You eat out for simplicity and enjoyment. Now at pizza hut you order via the take out app so basically you’re the waitress now. The app crashes after you’ve spent 10 minutes trying to order for 5. Salad bar is no more but the salad choice, which was my favourite bit is shockingly poor. Now only two sizes of pizza. I’m GF so I only ever get one choice, but for the others with me they weren’t impressed. Lots of things now removed from the menu ie ribs which was the hubbies favourite. From start to finish it was an absolute disappointment. It cost us £88 and wasn’t worth half of that. The staff are lovely and we use to enjoy visiting but we won’t be going back. It’s not worth the energy or the money.

Menu poor selection, self serve app complex and crashes, and for the price 90 pounds we could have eaten better than the food currently offered. Staff were great, but offering needs to be improved.

On going today we were told to collect cutlery & menu as we walked in the door. Then we were told to order on mobile. Ordered food but it would not go through. So we decide to leave. On leaving we use the toilet which was dirty & very untidy. I really think the staff could not care less. We couldnt get out the place quick enough. No wonder Pizza Huts are closing.

Visited with partner and kids for a Friday night treat. Really gone down hill since I lasted visited. The place is clean and tidy enough but the whole experience was just terrible. Whilst I can appreciate the pandemic has forced their hand with a few things it cannot excuse the food and the prices. Its basically 'set up your own table'... collect your cutlery, kids stuff, menus, leaflets, info... all on the way to your table whilst carrying all your own stuff and the odd toddler.They no longer accept cash and you order everything thru an app which works when it wants and gets launched at your table on trays for you to serve out yourselves. Alot of the ordering gets lost in translation so your lucky if you get what you asked for.The food was below average. Even the kids left the pizza... undercooked and ridiculously greasy. Theirs had no sauce and the larger ones were swimming in it. You have to order salad bowls as of course you cannot self serve salad (unlike cutlery and menus) so you either get plain lettuce, tomato, cucumber or just a bowl of coleslaw. The toilets are restricted to one family yet no one adhered to it and no staff questioned it. Similar to the random one way system that is also just there for show. I think the whole thing was a let down but paying 25 quid for a pizza is the last straw. Especially a terrible one.

Went on Monday on the eat out scheme, so really good value. Social distancing was in place and you felt save. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Good as good as usual. Pick a salad to be delivered to your table as obviously the salad bar can not be open at the moment. 2 adults and 2 kids one had the ice cream factory brought to the table with a good mix of sprinkles etc and she enjoyed it as much as going up and doing yourself.

To begin with the Pepsi max syrup needed changing but the staff changed it but then we had a meal missing however a kind man fixed this after waiting 40 minutes. Then waited till after close for deserts, in which two was missing a Young girl openly mocked us “we need to close and we don’t have time for people to sit about” although we was waiting for food ordered 30 mins before hand. A drink was then slammed on the table. After waiting for another 10 mins for the other deserts we decided to get a refund as we felt very uncomfortable. We would have left sooner but the table itself was booked at half past 8.

The food was honestly amazing very fast coming. The toilets were immaculate but due to current circumstances the only way to get the staffs attention you had to wave are piece of paper and when you did it took about a century for them to get to the table. But to be fair overall would go again x

Came here celebrating a birthday. Service could have been better, would have been nice if they had asked if all as ok with our meal or if we needed anything as we had to try track someone down to get chilli flakes. I don’t know why they don’t keep them on the table anymore. Anyway food was nice and prompt with getting the bill.Could do with keeping on top of the salad bar though.Would return

Service was fast. Food and drink was great. I had the G.O.A.T pizza which i would definitely have again. Clean and tidy restaurant and toilets. Only problem we found is that we asked for mayonnaise and we were told it was on the top of the salad bar and there wasn't any there and there was nobody around to ask. I will definitely return here.

We came for the lunchtime buffet. Love the pizza here and the all you can eat deal makes paying the bill more palatable too! Pleasant staff and polite service. The kids love it too

My son and I went for a weekly treat to pizza hut St. Andrew's Quay Hull.We ordered the sharing meal which was two sides we had onion rings and garlic bread and cheese, one large pizza and two desserts.We had two bottomless drinks and salads.The place was busy but not noisily busy.The food was cooked well. Staff was so pleasant and not annoying.We enjoyed our meal.

My wife and I asked the grandchildren where they would like to go for a teatime snack? Pizza Hut they said! So off we went. We have been before a few times but only once to this one. The venue was reasonably busy and we were shown to a booth against a wooden design wall. The waitress gave us a few menus and not feeling particularly hungry, I chose a thin crust Chicken Supreme pizza, my wife chose a Margarita. By experience we hve found that the grandchildren don't always finish their food. The waitress returned with some crayons and a design to colour in.Both children went for some nachos and apple segments and apple juice. All not finished!.The 6 year old had Spaghetti Bolognese and the 5 year old chose a ham pizza.The 6 year old finished her Bolognese and seemed happy with her choice, the 5 year old only pecked at his Pizza as did my wife and I didnt finish mine, finding it very bland! The children had a bowl of icecream each, again not finishing them.So all in all, the food wasnt finished by all of us, we left with a box containing the remnants of the pizzas, which were binned when we got home.The cost over £35, would I go again, definately not! Too dear for what you received, we would much rather visit our freezer where we hold a stock of preferred pizzas or order from a takeaway which with even the delivery charge, is far better value than Pizza Hut!

Initially I phoned to book a table I was informed I did need to book a table as there was only two of us. We arrived at the venue and waited twenty minutes to be seated. We ordered our food which was chicken, chips and garlic bread. The chicken was tasty. We had to get our own plates, condiments, napkins and cutlery. A very poor show one which will not be repeating ever.... Poor customer service, staff not able or willing to provide any semblance of a serivce ......

My boyfriend and I visited Pizza Hut here tonight (29/09/2019) 6:30pm for a takeaway. The staff member at the time (either manager/assistant manager as he was wearing a manager shirt) was sorting a problem but quickly came to us to serve us after. He was lovely and said we could help ourselves to free drinks etc. We didn’t have to wait that long for our food but once it had been brought out, we noticed there was a minor mixup with one of our pizzas. The staff member apologised and sorted it- generously giving us extra sides and remaking the pizza! He was very friendly and kind. What an asset to the team!

Service wasnt great! Food came quick but took a while to order as staff did not notice us. Food was good and and came warm. Temperature was cold and we had to ask for heating to be turned up. However staff were friendly and food was delicious.

We arrived on Sunday at 2.40PM with the buffet ending at 3 didnt think we would be offered it but we was, the manager seated us, no issues other than the floors was quite dirty but when kids are in, its kinda expected. When the waitress came she offered the buffet so we decided to have it, no real issues they kept it going til about 3.10pm, some of the thin crusts were quite crispy sue to sitting their under the heat but an ok selection still and we left full so overall very good.At the end the manager took the time to explain the new app that gave you points when you visited so we signed up to that and got our points, staff seemed ok.On entering we was also asked if we had any allergens etc which i thought was great for them to be so aware.

Service was friendly and very efficient. Unfortunately the pizza was very greasy and over cooked. The salad bar was messy and not very appealing; the dressings were almost empty and smeared all over the place. The ice cream station was a real mess. It didn’t help that there were kids running all around, helping themselves and leaving a mess whilst parents just sat on their phones and ignored them. We won’t be returning.

The table was booked for 8 pm. We ordered a sharer meal, whilst eating this we noticed staff putting the blinds down. Floors been swept / furniture been moved. We were then asked if we had finished our food - it could clearly be seen we hadn't and that we were still eating. I even asked my friend if they were closing?? We did notice other people entering to order. We had our dessert and then left.

We went to Pizza Hut for my sons birthday and I was very impressed. My son has autism and so when I booked online I mentioned this to them. On the day of the booking I received a call asking what they could do to help and to confirm our booking. We arrived and was seated promptly and even when my son wanted ice cream to start and kept walking about the staff were very understanding and accommodating. The food was lovely and was enjoyed by the whole family. I was really impressed by the staff and how understanding they were and will not hesitate to go again. Thank you!

The location was great on the estuary. Great views to be seen even though it was quite a cold day Great staff n service would visit again.

We came here for a buffet lunch on a Thursday, wasn’t too busy and at times there was a queue for the food, but it went down quickly. There were at least 7 different types of pizza, (different toppings and thickness) pasta and salad dishes. The buffet is £7.50 per person which is great value. To drink, I had the black cherry cream soda float (£4.39) my partner had a fizzy drink which you can refill from the machine. (£2.85) They also had some new desserts available (cinnamon bites) The pizza is always tasty.

We went here for the buffet lunch,it never disappoints and todays lunch was made even better by a lady called Helen who was checking all the temperatures of food and salads,we was chatting while waiting for more pizzas to come out and while waiting for my favourite pizza(thin pepperoni) to be cooked Helen offered for the whole pizza to be brought to our table,wow that was the best buffet lunch thanks to Helen.My family and myself ate all the pizza which was delicious and we left having had a lovely lunch.Thank you Helen,we are hoping you will be there next time lol!

Starting from totally incompetent waiter who greeted us to a dried up pizza. The whole experience was poor. We as a family spent over £50 here, non of the meals were hot. Won't be coming back.

Our last experience in Taunton was not a great one. However, staff here DO know how to look after diners. Nothing to much trouble. Thoroughly helpful with the menu. Could not find anything to fault this and a lovely walk along the Quayside prior to going in for a late lunch. 2 great pizzas with salad and drinks and nothing to complain about, great service, great pizza, great location.

Lots of noisy screaming kids, slow service and pizzas that were just ok. Probably a lot more tolerable if you have kids yourselves but if you’re a couple with no kids I would go elsewhere, it’ll be quieter!

Service could have been better. Need to top up the salad bar a bit more frequent and put a couple more waiters on but meals were lovely.

Arrived here with my family, got shown to a table, looked at the menu and waited and waited for service to order our food, ordered food and asked if they did Defence Discount, NO was the reply, unless you have blue light card (which defence discount is the same ) I was refused discount on a expensive meal, I actually opted for next door at Franky and Bennys but my partner and kids was hungry, I felt annoyed about the discount thing but never mind, the food was mediocre, nothing to write home about, pricing was rediculous and service was a bit slap dash, probably wouldn't come back in a hurry.

My partner, two children (7 & 4) and I visited this restaurant at the weekend. We have visited many times before and found the staff reasonably welcoming but this visit every staff member was pleasant and offed superb service.

As Pizza Huts go this isn't a bad one, but it's not really a great one either.

Visited for first time all you can eat. The service was very good and the pizzas where lovely. Salad bar is ok can't really do much with it . Unfortunately the unlimited pasta was very poor to bland sauces and penned pasta not good. However for the price the pizza was the saving grace.

The food was average, nothing special. Delivered quickly, however, considering the price and offering, you'd get nicer, more substantial pizza for cheaper elsewhere. The cheesy chips were to die for though.

We arrived at pizza hut for a friends birthday meal to encounter an extremely rude and offensive staff member. However, as soon as the manager was informed, he did everything in his power to rectify the situation. He was incredible friendly and calming and resolved everything entirely. I could not have asked for a better experience. One of the best managers i have ever encountered. I’m incredibly impressed (Matthew)

Attended on a Monday night, met with friends, our waitress was superb, friendly offered advice on all pizzas. Also the hull rugby team were serving food to diners, what a great touch. Thanks to all staff you were great .

Had an amazing sharing pizza, flawless, huge portion but smashed it, we currently waiting for dessert, staff is awesome, especially the dude with glasses and the browny haired girl, yet to get their names!

On a very recent visit, we ordered our usual pizzas etc, and a junior spaghetti meal for our son, as he's not a big pizza fan. The lady serving us seemed quite efficient, explaining all the usual stuff about salad and drinks top ups, and before leaving the table, re-confirmed all our ordered items.

Called in today Sunday for an early lunch arriving around 12 O'clock to a warm welcome and promptly offered a table next to the window with a view across the Humber Estuary. Starters and main course all arrived promptly and were well prepared & delicious. Arriving early meant that the salad items on the salad bar were all fresh and tidily presented. All of the staff that served us were very polite and friendly and efficient at their job.

Family visit on a very quiet Feb night. We had the sharing meals again which give you pizza, starters and pud.Service good as always no complaints

Great service, daighter has to be gluten free. Service good and came with good awareness of cross contamination. Salad was fresh andc pizzss menu varied. The only downside was that non diet coke is not on draft.

Visited for the lunch buffet. The lady who seated and served us was loveley. food was all fresh and it was spotless. The only thing I had a problem with was the greedy few people who stockpiled their plates with the pizza so when I went to get some there was the odd scrap left. I understand he thought of having to move is a chore for some people but its is a buffet where you can go back for more! Don't be so selfish people.....

we used to really not like pizza hut but recently we have thought it has really pulled itself together. the buffet is usually what we have and this is what brought us here this time. a total of less then £20 got us unlimited salad and pizza and refillable drinks. i personally like the extra flavours of pepsi...especially strawberry. we got there just as opened so not too busy and got to have out pick of the better pizza available. i think it is what it is, its not a fine dinning experience but you get a good pizza and i think great value.

I love this restaurant in particular because the staff are so nice. How can you go wrong with a free salad bar, a menu with so much choice and offers and unlimited refillable drinks? It's the best Pizza Restaurant in Hull

Can't fault the service , Richard looked after us tonight and was a great role model for others to follow. Food was good and the little one loved the self service opportunities. Would recommend a place to take the kids.

We visited with 2 adults 2 children. The floor was sticky and had food all over it around the salad bar area. The staff didn't appear to want to tend to anything really. The salad bar was empty in places and had some food dishes mixed with others which was yuk. The dressings have all been thinned out and again many were empty and had food all over the serving spoons.

Having previously writing a review saying that this place had gone down hill, I am pleased to say it is back up there, with the other pizza expresses. Waitresses were friendly, one recognising us from previous visits and commenting on nice to see us back after so long. The service was great, the pizzas were cooked to perfection and the honeycomb cream slice was yummy!!!! Well done!

Three of us Called in for tea tonight. First thing we noticed was the state of the floor. Absolutely filthy and covered in food. Had to wait ages for someone to take our order & the staff kept disappearing. The salad was tired and they had run out of various things. Pizzas came but had to ask for plates. Ordered Hawaiian pizza with mushroom but the pineapple was missing but ate it anyway. Asked for the bill but it didn't arrive so went to the till and stood and waited for a member of staff to reappear. Told them about the pineapple when paying and was told they had run out of pineapple! The toilets are disgusting... Sticky floors and had to hunt down a toilet roll! Won't be going back!

Went with my husband for the buffet meal. Good value,good choiceif you wait long enough. Only problem they don't put a label saying what each pizza is.

Expensive and really not value for money,,, portion of fries £3:50 with around ten fries in a small metal bucket,,, salads lovely,, pizza very disappointing no starters just mains and couple of soft drinks £71 for rwo adults to kids.Not cheap.

Me, my wife, the mother in law and my 3 children went. After we sat and waited for 20 mins i asked for our order to be taken(was not very busy at this point). Ordered fruit shoot for my youngest, as we had finished our salad(hair found in pasta) i had to go ask for the fruit shoot. Then more and more tables was getting mains even though we had order well before them. When we asked to speak to the manager a member of staff brought our food and said theyd be knocking £10 off, no explanation. Food was nice though, just service was shocking! Didnt stay and let kids have ice cream, we got them a McFlurry on the way home!

Recent makeover so looks better and so well priced! Just need to train our little lad on what all you can eat means!!! He only had 1 plate and 1 ice cream so he waS an expensive visitor ! I made up for it though!!! Gorgeous pizzas plus salad and pasta great value on a lunch!

You know when you walk into this chain pretty much what you are going to get - and could be anywhere in the UK. All was well done here with pleasant staff - which can make all the difference!Very good!

Visited again and shared a meal for two which was great value. It had a choice of pizza and any three starters/sides to go with it and then a choice of sweets all for about £26 Staff were again very good.

Food as to be expected for Pizza Hut, decent pizza and sides etc which all the family enjoy. But what made this visit to Pizza Hut was the staff. Exceptional service and a credit to Pizza Hut. Each and every member from the Friday night were on the ball and all with a smile

It was quiet when we arrived so the food was freshly prepared and all of the hot products were available. You can't fault the pizzas, certainly made the must if the 'unlimited' aspect with pizza and salad!Good service, friendly staff and clean surroundings. Exactly what you would hope for.

Took my mum for a mothers day treat. She has to have a gluten free diet and Pizza Hut do just that and we had not been for a long time. We were not disappointed the food was great and the staff very helpful and polite.

Called here for some lunch, after not having been for quite a while. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was delivered promptly. We had a deal that included a large sharing pizza, unlimited salad and a dessert each. We had a half and half pizza and it was delicious. The salad was plentiful, varied and fresh. The key lime pie was lovely. Very pleased with our visit

I and my partner regularly visit this restaurant. However I visited this evening and to my surprise it wasn't the same as normal. We was told by a member of staff that on the 2 for £20 offer we could use my nus card. I double checked this with them as I know myself from working in a restaurant that you can't always use them with offers, however she said yes we could once I'd said this. The restaurant was extremely quiet , and it didn't take long to cook our main which was good. However we had ordered 2 cookie doughs which took forever to come out! Considering the restaurant was quiet I couldn't understand this. Once we asked for the bill the other member of staff serving us hadn't taken off the discount so I asked why,explaining that we got told we could and we got the reply 'sorry she's new'. This is extremely unsatisfactory service and false advertising! Completely disappointed when normally this is our favourite place to visit.

Came here around 7pm Thursday was not busy only my family and another in there. Staff was very friendly and great with our toddler. Great food my son loved the ice cream factory.

Been here about 5 times in total. We come here usually for the buffet as it is ideal with two young children. Staff are always great, food is excellent. Well stocked up. Salad bar fresh and very tasty. Can't fault the place. Always nice and quiet too. Recently came today for our most recent visit 13.3.17. 4 adults two children. Excellent all round. My little girl asked a staff member if she could have a balloon please, the lady happily obliged, even asked what colour for herself and her brother. Price is always great too. Thank you! :)

Called today (Sat 25th Feb) on way home from the cinema. We were seated straight away on a table for two plonked in a walkway at the side of another table, so close a private conversation would have been impossible. We saw the waitress once when we ordered, I had a flatbread Pizza and hubby had a Texan meltdown, my flatbread would have been fine had it not been for the hacked up raw red onion thrown on top (Far too much) and the Texan meltdown half was like concrete and the other half was edible. The salad bar was half empty and salad stuffs were cross contaminated. The worst was the noise (yes I am a parent too) unsupervised children ( some very small) getting drinks then running carrying large glasses of fizzy drinks, spilling as they ran, would hate to imagine if any child fell and the glass broke. Children unsupervised using their hands at the salad bar. One small child whilst stood on his chair managed to tip the chair over and bang his head and the chair on the glass window. There were at least 2 Birthday parties in, children clambering over chairs and screaming. Not once did any staff member intervene they must have forgotten about risk assessments and health and safety. Overall the noise was the same as you would get at a busy indoor children's play area. We left most of our salad, ate the pizza quickly, paid the £19-90p and left. Pizza Hut you need to buck your ideas up regarding health and safety. Have a staff member near the salad bar and drinks so no child will be unsupervised, having fun is ok as long as it's not yelling and screaming. It wasn't just us the table opposite had their pizza put into boxes and left.

Usual enjoyable Pizza Hut food in a clean and tidy restaurant. First time I've had the Chocolate Chuck Cheesecake and is was delightful (if a little expensive).Waitress was friendly and we weren't rushed in any way.The friend I visited with uses a wheelchair and we were disappointed to discover that the button for the automatic door didn't work and the lip at the door is a little high which made it very difficult to get in and out.

Decided on Pizza Hut as I hadn't been in one for many years. Quite simply, the food (pizza and endless salad) was tasty, plentiful and good quality, the service was attentive, efficient and friendly, the atmosphere was clean, fresh and tidy and the price was great value for money.Will not leave it years before going again!

I often take my boys here for lunch I enjoy the buffet and my sons like the children's menu ! The fact the boys can make their own ice cream is a big hit they love doing it . The staff are always very friendly and help in any way they can . The restaurant is very clean. We really enjoy going here.

Lovely clean place, pleasant staff, quick service, good food, well cooked. Nice salad bar, we were not rushed at all, help yourself to soft drinks, and have as many as you want.staff were nice and polite, hope to visit again soon.

My young adult children talked me into going out for a late Sunday tea and to be honest Frankie and Benny's was our first choice but it was packed with a 45 minute wait. What to do? Pizza hut next door? Oh OK if we must was the consensus.We could tell it had busy but 5 minutes later a booth was cleaned and ready for us. We ordered a couple of starters to share, which were lovely, the salad bar was great and the 2 pizzas that we shared were great too.The staff were friendly, service good and the food hot and tasty. We hadn't been in a long time, but it does exactly what it says on the tin and what it does is very good.

Always like going to Pizza Hut on Andrews quay but unfortunately tonight the service was very poor and it wasn't that busy,the manager seemed useless at organising staff we had 3 different people serve us,just not as it used to be

Absolutely atrocious, very child orientated, pizzas were lacklustre and didn't have any real taste.lad behind counter done nothing but fold pizza boxes and giggle the hour I've been in here, poor food, poor staffing, do not visit.

Booked the booth for 4 adults and one child at pizza hut for lunch on new years eve for a family get together. It was brilliant. We ordered 4 individual meals of starter, a main pizza with unlimited salad and a drink, plus one child meal deal. The food was perfectly cooked and tasty, and there was more food than we would eat and were given a box to take it home. The waitress service was brilliant, we could not have asked for better. This place has a nice atmosphere and riverside view. Thank you pizza hut, we will book again!

Revisited and was greatly impressed the store has been refitted staff a lot more friendly and finally chips our on the menu thank you

Granddaughter decided she would like her birthday tea here , as she is a pizza lover no doubt about it From the warm friendly greeting we received as we walked in right through to paying the bill it was a delight Lad that served us was so friendly and helpful , nothing was a problem for him Salad bar full and lots on offer to choose from Pizzas just right , dog box to take home too Love the black cherry soda , would certainly go again
