Ordered a fillet burger box meal with two hot wings they didn’t even bother giving me half my order, my two hot wings or my gravy poor service

Missing food and rest was cold and over cook was waste of money

Food was cold went to wrong address

Couldn’t eat the burger, in the description it didn’t mention any other salad or sauce other than the ketchup and came with other stuff I can’t eat, no option to get it without either

Arrived exactly to time, good food and happily use again

No because I didn’t get my food and it was my tea after a hard day at work

can of tango was missing from the order and thr food was stone cold, not good at all

Chicken was all burnt didn’t taste of much wont be getting it again

Foods quite cold rice with one of the meals was a quarter full gravy missing not very good at all

Really hot freshly cooked food, pleasant staff. The 'Rice Box' is recommended by the wife however the tables needed wiping down, more staff required? However having said this we would use again as the food was excellent.

in my order there are 4 packs of fries but I didn't get any

Really disappointed with the food every thing we ordered was completely stone cold , when tracking the order the driver seemed stationary for some time although not sure if it wasn’t updating but was all freezing cold and tasted awful.

The delivery driver had 3 others in the car and items where missing from the order

Marked as delivered and just didn’t deliver my food

Wrong again ordered 2 x 2pieces of chicken only sent 1 portion absolutely annoying

It wasn’t late!! We NEVER received our order and tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Even after the place shut the tracker still said the driver was at the restaurant and then shortly after it said it had been delivered earlier!

So after a 12.5 hr shift helping people, I come home and order kfc its now 1026pm and I'm going to bed hungry on a Sunday night Order number 348239884 what the hell happened tried calling multiple time just to hear a dial up tone when it's rings out #fml

All just super 👌 delivery time, packaging, and food quality 👌 😋 It's not a first order from you, and I'm happy it's getting even better. Thank you

Missing half my order ,not good enough when your spending £25

I purchased the lunch fillet burger meal for 5.50 thinking it was a good deal . It wasn’t it’s expensive for what it is . The burger was encased in a hard outer coating . So hard that I ate the box instead which was delicious

Chips cold, worst pieces of chicken hardly anything on them to eat, only one piece edible out of 4. Usually really nice so big disappointment.

most of the food was cold , parts were missing, can't fault the driver but the restaurant let us down as the only thing that was hot was the mini corn on the cob

Always check your order Everytime we've been we Always have things "forgotten " and staff never apologise

The food we got was 1st class, shame some of it was missing, this unfortunately isn't the first time this has happened from this restaurant.

Worst KFC we have had. Very very dry! Coating was overcooked and very hard to bite.. Avoid this KFC! Absolutely dreadful.

Miserable staff :( chicken was same as every other kfc, but the gravy you could of stood up a spoon it was that thick..

Ordered 2 boneless banquets with my husband at the same time, was served at the same time and the difference between the same two orders is ridiculous. TINY chicken fillets were clearly old and chewy. Second order was nothing great either. We were also not given dip sauces we ordered.

Served on 16/5/24 around 7pm. Chicken looked a bit pink but i only noticed after id eaten half of it. 4 hrs later stomach felt like a balloon and was nauseas and lethargic. Incompetent, careless amateurs. Last KFC I ever eat 🤬🖕

Can't say. I drove there, but after reading the review online. I had to turn back because I wasn't ready to have a bad experience. To be fair, the atmosphere seems calm. I went on a Sunday morning.

Personally think KFC’s have gone down hill over recent years. But it is what it is.

Disappointed in food quality soggy chips inedible over cooked corn, the only thing I could eat was the burger .

Chips were cold. Chicken was dry and greasy overcooked

This is not fast food only thing ready was a boneless chicken meal which was awful the chips were cold and the chicken was so salty it was inedible will not go there again

Absolutely appalling poorly prepared chicken and chips, cold, dry, couldn’t even bite the chicken this is so disappointing and the food was disgusting, couldn’t even eat this after paying 23 £ for literally dog like food this is so wrong. Doesn’t even taste like kfc when me and my family tried to bite into it. So so disappointed. See attached pictures not even a dog would eat this.

To put it bluntly, miserable unhappy server, and the worst takeaway meal I've ever had. 2 pieces of flat chicken from the the back bone of the chicken, no meat at all, (see pic), on both pieces. 2 chicken wings, very small and vertually no meat on the bone and 2 very small strips of so called spicey chicken breast, & fries. Freezing cold bland and very small portions. Not forgetting the drink, (cola) flat and joined the so called meal, in the bin. Discusting. Don't waste your money. Went straight in the bin..

I’m sorry but there’s not a lot I can say.. the fillet burger must have been cooked yesterday coz it was like an old boot uneatable! Fries were barely warm .. it was delivered in about 10 minutes of ordering .. overall very disappointing

Amazing KFC one of the best I've ever had in fact and I've had a few. A group of us ate in at this KFC while working away the other weekend. Service was amazing, staff were great an all round thoroughly great meal we ate in the restaurant. I will return when next in the area.

Delivery driver really rude and at the wrong address

2 items missing so had to take full order back to get redone absolutely pointless getting it delivered not happy as it was a birthday meal.

Rock hard dry bread, brown soggy lettuce, no beans in the beans lol and missing drinks. Why is it so bad today?

Food cold chicken missing and was late

Out of the 6 chicken pieces, 3 were tiny. Of those 3, 2 were drumsticks with almost no meat on it. Makes me regret ordering, will not order again.

Fillet burger was rock hard nearly choked on it. The lettuce was brown I'm very disappointed

Complete wrong order delivered and what did come wad cold and inedible. I've now been waiting a week with no contact from just eat about how to be refunded my nearly £40. Shocking service.

I ordered my food and when I eventually received it it was cold, the weird thing is when my partner came home he ordered KFC too while I was still waiting for mine to be delivered, (same address) and both bought a box meal, but my partners food came first and in no time, while I am still waiting for mine which I ordered about 20 mins before he did, they continued to keep changing my time for delivery, NOT HAPPY AT ALL considering it was the same delivery address

I had the tower meal & both the burger and piece of chicken were soggy I assume they had been in the warmer too long, I won't be going back anytime soon.

Food cold, delivered 30mins after collected

All burgers ordered was missing lettuce. Normally wouldn’t be bothered but for the prices you’d expect them done to a standard.

The chicken was to crispy and hard and couldn't eat it, the hot wings and popcorn were exactly the same. The chips were old and cold. The only thing that was decent was the can of pop. Very disappointed.
