Meal was cold, overcooked, possibly because it was a late order and I got the leftovers. Will not order again and would not recommend

No barbecue bites, no barbecue sauce

Food is cold and had to go collect it my self as he couldn’t find my address

we were missing the chips and also the rice was open and plastered all over every thing I'm not happy at all with this usually the service was perfect bit this time was awful and cold

I asked for no legs in the 14 piece bargain bucket and recieved 8 legs .. do these people ever read the notes or are they all thick .. therefore 1 star is given !!!!

The guy in front isn’t professional at all in a restaurants! I have been coming here over 5 years and never had an issue but today this guy was giving us our drinks with it’s been all over the cup! Also the strew salt and sauce with no napkin at all! So how do you actually think we would eat our food?

The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address it’s only because we saw on our cctv camera we intercepted to get it it’s ridiculous

The delivery driver threw my food at the door and then had an attitude when i pulled him up about it.

My order wasn't delivered at all by the courier. I tried to make a complaint to Just East for a refund and they absolutely couldn't listen to me. I term that as theft. because there's no way you can't believe the food was delivered yet the driver didn't try to contact me at all. there's was no food anywhere around the building too. this is ridiculous. I need my 26 pounds back.

Chicken was cold and slightly pink inside gravy was cold and corn on the cob was like slop.

20 past 10, in an empty, (filthy) restaurant where several tables were not cleared and had food on, and we have an additional 10 minute wait for food. We're told "Sorry for the wait, we'll throw an extra chicken piece in". The food then arrives, barely at temperature, with no additional piece. The chicken was dry, and the tower burger was wrong. Couldn't be bothered taking it up with staff as they were busy getting confused because 4 people had come in and they couldn't keep track of who had what. Embarrassing. Actually overtakes Gainsborough for being the most inept KFC in the country. *Edit. Following the reply. Next visit?? You're honestly having a laugh. I'd rather scavenge from a bin than ever come back.

Absolutely amazing service and very polite staff store was very clean and my food was hot and fresh

There is always the sauces missing and this time no bottle of pop and no popcorn chicken

Ate at various kfc's and the beacon has the best atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the food is great, never had a problem from this store

Always busy, this KFC is just what you would expect. Order came within minutes. Seems to be as many at the drive thru as there does in the restaurant. What is handy is that the restaurant joins to a Costa and across the way is a Taco Bell and a Burger King. Just off the A63.

Complete joke!!! Whoever was the driver has put down he has delivered the food and hasn’t come I thought now the codes are given to us this would help but it hasn’t spending £45 on food and not getting it and then ringing up KFC and there not helping either what an absolute joke and this happens on a regular occurrence!!!!

Highly disappointed, a month ago the burger was cold on drive through, got off the car went inside and asked politely why the burger buns are cold, cashier replied saying the toaster is out of order. We bought couple of box tower meals today again something the burger was cold and I asked them again why the burger is cold and cashier replied saying toaster is out of order. The food didn’t digest and got food poisoning. This need to stop come on.

No delivery was done I ordered at 10:29. The order should automatically cancel when the place the order is being made from is closed I waited up till dawn such a joke

3 pieces of chicken meal the chicken was all drumsticks and the 1 piece was all skin and bone, chips soggy.

Much like almost any other KFC, the food and service is ok. Gravy here was particularly good, or so my son said. Adequate parking and clean when we were there. If I'm in the area again I'd go, but we do like KFC when our and about.

It never arrived, the driver parked down the street and waited a while and then just drove off. Absolutely bizarre. Not really KFC fault, shocking delivery service. Hope they enjoy the food!

Smallest pieces of chicken ever. Order a 3 piece and get 2 tiny drum sticks and a piece no bigger than a hot wing. Still hungry. Not worth the cost. Poor

I actually went to the Costa Coffee next door on this visit, but overall KFC are good for food, I tend to use the one at Mount Pleasant when I'm shopping at ASDA

Last time we came we ordered 2 meals drove away checked our order and instead we were given 5 bags of chips. This time we go to the drive through and we are at the window over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there we were wondering what was going on, a simple "hey won't be long" would have been fine, ordered a large chips and a small and got 2 small and no straws, someone sort this place out

Visité KFC ayer para un almuerzo y terminé completamente decepcionado. Gasté 10 libras esperando una comida decente, pero lo que recibí fue una de las peores cosas que he visto en mi vida. La comida estaba empapada, demasiado grasienta, y todo - alrededor terrible. Se sentía suave y poco apetitoso, como si hubiera estado sentado durante demasiado tiempo. Ni siquiera pude terminarlo, y me sorprendió genuinamente lo malo que fue. El servicio tampoco fue genial. NUNCA volveré a este restaurante de nuevo. ¡Qué pena ver que una marca tan conocida ofrece una experiencia tan pobre!

very,very poor again. missed off half of the order. no chicken wings, no mayo and no mash. 2 pigeon breasts. every time I order from this place, it's either poor service or missing items

I had to go out to the driver as he had no idea where Hawthorne Court was, I was also mortified that I didn't get a Bucket, it was in a bag!!!! Get it sorted, a Bucket meal is a Bucket meal!!!!

OK but nothing more, disappointing portions and cold atmosphere. Stopped by on the way to the cinema but wished we had more time for a pub meal.

We order gone 4pm then 2hr later it didn't even show up then we called KFC and they said "we are short on just eat drivers" then another hour goes by and we get a notification saying it been "delivered" and we checked outside and nothing even was there. I asked for a refund now I've only got £21 back not the £41

My chips were missing from the order. I received gravy instead of beans and I received the wrong drink! And to top it off the food was cold so it just went in the bin

We had our first, and possibly our last, delivery from KFC. The chicken was it's usual standard if a little cool, the signature fries however were awful. Cold and congealed they were horrible. The only hot item was the corn on the cob.
