Really good food from this new store ordered at the drive thru so can't comment on the restaurant itself but looked quite busy.

26 minutes for a 3 piece chicken meal...not impressed

This nonsense has to stop! Just explain to me why I ordered drumsticks but they get replaced by popcorn??? You should inform your customers that certain orders aren’t available instead of swapping! It’s really not fair. No value for money. I’m so upset.

Much like almost any other KFC, the food and service is ok. Gravy here was particularly good, or so my son said. Adequate parking and clean when we were there. If I'm in the area again I'd go, but we do like KFC when our and about.

It never arrived, the driver parked down the street and waited a while and then just drove off. Absolutely bizarre. Not really KFC fault, shocking delivery service. Hope they enjoy the food!

Smallest pieces of chicken ever. Order a 3 piece and get 2 tiny drum sticks and a piece no bigger than a hot wing. Still hungry. Not worth the cost. Poor

I ordered 2 burgers and popcorn chicken but only received 1 tiny mini fillet ,2 gravy pods and chips

I actually went to the Costa Coffee next door on this visit, but overall KFC are good for food, I tend to use the one at Mount Pleasant when I'm shopping at ASDA

Last time we came we ordered 2 meals drove away checked our order and instead we were given 5 bags of chips. This time we go to the drive through and we are at the window over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there we were wondering what was going on, a simple "hey won't be long" would have been fine, ordered a large chips and a small and got 2 small and no straws, someone sort this place out

Visité KFC ayer para un almuerzo y terminé completamente decepcionado. Gasté 10 libras esperando una comida decente, pero lo que recibí fue una de las peores cosas que he visto en mi vida. La comida estaba empapada, demasiado grasienta, y todo - alrededor terrible. Se sentía suave y poco apetitoso, como si hubiera estado sentado durante demasiado tiempo. Ni siquiera pude terminarlo, y me sorprendió genuinamente lo malo que fue. El servicio tampoco fue genial. NUNCA volveré a este restaurante de nuevo. ¡Qué pena ver que una marca tan conocida ofrece una experiencia tan pobre!

very,very poor again. missed off half of the order. no chicken wings, no mayo and no mash. 2 pigeon breasts. every time I order from this place, it's either poor service or missing items

I had to go out to the driver as he had no idea where Hawthorne Court was, I was also mortified that I didn't get a Bucket, it was in a bag!!!! Get it sorted, a Bucket meal is a Bucket meal!!!!

Food was warm not hot and the hot wings were missing

OK but nothing more, disappointing portions and cold atmosphere. Stopped by on the way to the cinema but wished we had more time for a pub meal.

We order gone 4pm then 2hr later it didn't even show up then we called KFC and they said "we are short on just eat drivers" then another hour goes by and we get a notification saying it been "delivered" and we checked outside and nothing even was there. I asked for a refund now I've only got £21 back not the £41

My chips were missing from the order. I received gravy instead of beans and I received the wrong drink! And to top it off the food was cold so it just went in the bin

We had our first, and possibly our last, delivery from KFC. The chicken was it's usual standard if a little cool, the signature fries however were awful. Cold and congealed they were horrible. The only hot item was the corn on the cob.

Driver delivered my order to someone else and tried to deliver the wrong order to me so I’m not happy he didn’t deliver anything and never came back now driving to kfc to order it again

Food felt almost cold and undercooked. Not as crispy as usual. Seemed almost like leftovers from the day before that was warmed and delivered. Not the best KFC I have had.

Really hot freshly cooked food, pleasant staff. The 'Rice Box' is recommended by the wife however the tables needed wiping down, more staff required? However having said this we would use again as the food was excellent.

Really disappointed with the food every thing we ordered was completely stone cold , when tracking the order the driver seemed stationary for some time although not sure if it wasn’t updating but was all freezing cold and tasted awful.

It wasn’t late!! We NEVER received our order and tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Even after the place shut the tracker still said the driver was at the restaurant and then shortly after it said it had been delivered earlier!

So after a 12.5 hr shift helping people, I come home and order kfc its now 1026pm and I'm going to bed hungry on a Sunday night Order number 348239884 what the hell happened tried calling multiple time just to hear a dial up tone when it's rings out #fml

Compré la hamburguesa de filete de almuerzo por 5. 50 pensando que era un buen negocio. No fue que es caro para lo que es. La hamburguesa estaba encerrada en una capa exterior dura. Tan fuerte que me comí la caja en su lugar que era delicioso

Always check your order Everytime we've been we Always have things "forgotten " and staff never apologise

The food we got was 1st class, shame some of it was missing, this unfortunately isn't the first time this has happened from this restaurant.

Worst KFC we have had. Very very dry! Coating was overcooked and very hard to bite.. Avoid this KFC! Absolutely dreadful.

Miserable staff :( chicken was same as every other kfc, but the gravy you could of stood up a spoon it was that thick..

Ordered 2 boneless banquets with my husband at the same time, was served at the same time and the difference between the same two orders is ridiculous. TINY chicken fillets were clearly old and chewy. Second order was nothing great either. We were also not given dip sauces we ordered.

Served on 16/5/24 around 7pm. Chicken looked a bit pink but i only noticed after id eaten half of it. 4 hrs later stomach felt like a balloon and was nauseas and lethargic. Incompetent, careless amateurs. Last KFC I ever eat 🤬🖕

Can't say. I drove there, but after reading the review online. I had to turn back because I wasn't ready to have a bad experience. To be fair, the atmosphere seems calm. I went on a Sunday morning.
