Treated customers disrespectfully. No clear information that site closed after certain time to pedestrians. Signs needed.

¡Basura absoluta! Pedido y pagado en línea, pero nada era como por orden. Cobré una segunda vez por mi pedido. La comida estaba fría. Ordenó juguetes para los nietos, pero paquete feliz contenía libros. Nada de bebidas gaseosas ya que se habían “agotado”. No se ofrece reembolso. La última vez que usaré McDonalds.

On Sunday late night around 01:30, 16/02/2025, As a driver my delivery late over than hour, by asking even manager said you have to cancel the order, its totally Rude, keep ignoring the driver, around six driver wait more then 40 minutes, Manager need more respect and polite training for driver. Not happy all staff ignored driver. poor management, Manager need to learn from domino

Delivery driver useless. Drives around the block 5times before calling the still couldn’t find. Even tho we left delivery instructions which don’t ever get read. Just eat delivery bikers are useless

Everything was piping hot, all but the flurry icecreams. Delivery driver was very nice

I ordered a large pineapple smoothie and I came melted an half full and my wrap was all ripped apart, so had to eat it all separately.

Don’t bother, they make you wait ages in the drive thru order lane even when it’s quiet and while you are sat waiting you can hear the staff through the speaker shouting and swearing absolutely shocking service

I ordered this for my 83 yrs old mum. 15 Icelandic close. He brought to food to me at my address 1 Tranmere close a was demanding the code I told him to take it to the right address an my mum would give him the code. He stood there for at least 10mins. When my mum finally received her order it was stone cold.

Waste of space the people who do the food, when we order food there is always something missing, now we order the Crispy Cheese Meal and a Big Mac Meal and 2 happy meals they all come apart from the Crispy Cheese burger, how can you forget to put the burger in a meal? It has happen loads of time at this McDonald's missing food all the time and all they do is say sorry and that's it.

Well the driver dropped my coffee all in his car but when I got my order an placed on my side the coffee had gone over all my order so had to place it all in the bin.
