Paid £6.40 a donner kebab, might aswell of bought a tray of donner meat, barely anything in it! Waste of money won’t be ordering again!

DREADFUL - I paid for a mixed kebab large and all it consisted of was a medium portion of lukewarm donner with a stone-cold and STALE pitta on top, where was the chicken????? Where were the peppers??????? The bag was just a greasy mess of oil.

This is the second time we have ordered half chicken and chips where the chicken isn't cooked properly and still pink inside... will not be ordering chicken again

tomato garlic bread arrived and was covered in butter. there was yellow puddles all around and it was completely inedible Called up for them to say thanks for the review and we sometimes add extra and put the phone down? I wanted a refund 🤔😂

Who ever dealt with my wrong order spoke to me disgusting behaviour was unacceptable. Telling me it was my mistake and it definitely wasn't Said sending right order and didn't boss came instead with attitude and said food back and held his hand out fuming right now horrible manners

Ordered chicken and it was absolutely vile! Was pink and had a jelly like substance on it wouldn’t even feed it to my dog or the dying kids in Africa! My partner got a cheesy garlic bread and it was like cardboard, donner meat was chewy like it had been cooked and continuously warmed up. Coleslaw wouldn’t even feed to my rabbit and I don’t have a rabbit. Strongly advise avoiding ordering and eating from here at all costs! Now been told I’m not allowed a refund because pink bleeding chicken is normal?

Bad service food was absolutely disgusting delivery was an absolute joke definitely not worth the money and it was well over priced

Honestly best pizza place in Hull. Never an issue foods hot and tasty, they ALWAYS read the notes too and cater to any changes you ask honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Donna meat was not a good standard. small like shavings instead of meaty long cuts won't be purchasing again. sad because normally everything is very good just feel let down by the Donna meat

Ordered a meat feast calzone and got a cheese toastie with a bit of pepperoni in just noticed other reviews saying same thing don’t waste your money you will be disappointed literally go any where else worse takeaway in hull.

driver said he tried to deliver but homeowner said nobody had ordered, they tried to phone but I was away from my phone and didn't hear, however my husband could see our front door the entire time and nobody had been, they insisted the driver had been, kept repeating he had 10yr experience, ordered through just eat so adress was clear, other driver delivered cold food and found our house with no issues, will avoid in future

I Will not be ordering again and I advise the shop workers to work on their customer service skills. Very disappointing. Man who was working in shop was very very rude over the phone, I spent £21 on my order and the shop rang me to tell me they can not apply some garlic sauce to my order unless I paid, I already had one sauce paid on my order.. although on the meal deal it actually says “salad and sauces” I then realised they charge you 50p to add sauce to food so I just bought an extra tub of sauce instead, They advise salad and sauces are included when in fact they charge you and Sent me a small filled food bag of salad all mixed didn’t even put it in a tray so was all mashed up on arrival. Not very appetising after spending £21 pound on a order.

Missed the garlic sauce and half of the kebab

After receiving our order we discovered that one of the pizzas were incorrect (tomato sauce on base instead of chicken supreme)… phoned to ask for change, nothing, phoned again and left hanging on the phone! Been using them for a very long time… this was the last order!!!

They did inform me it was going to be late …. But the time it did arrive I was going to bed half hour later which is not ideal & the thing is it’s only 10 mins down they road if I’d of know earlier I’d of not got ready for my bed & collected it myself

Delivery allocation time especially long but delivered a lot earlier so wondered why the estimated time was so long. Tiny scoop of chips served with each burger also the chip price is standard and added to the burger order each time. Burgers looked overcooked and just thrown together. No free garlic bread delivered even though requested.

Been using again for a few months. The food is always very good. The price has increased alot (like all other takeaways). I'm normally ok with that, however the portion sizes are shocking. Really tight. Large chips are especially bad, probably about 1/3 of what you get elsewhere, but for the same price. Same with the salad and donner meat. Come on valentinos stop being tight. We want adult portions not kids ones. Would be 5* then

Chips overcooked. Pepperoni pizza had very little pepperoni on it, was more like Magerita pizza, my daughter had to search for the meat! Eastern special pizza hardly had any toppings on either. I've eaten better frozen pizzas! Definitely would not recommend this takeaway and certainly won't be using again

Feels like waited too long for what was ordered. Not enough cheese on cheesy chips considering its twice the price of a portion if chips. Food tasted nice, but quality of chips specials and delivery times need to be improved.

Got my order wrong. Ordered a bbq chicken pizza. Got a pizza with only 3 small pieces of chicken on it and no bbq sauce on it. Got garlic butter and chips it just came with garlic sauce u put on a kebab not the same thing as garlic butter. First time ordering from this takeaway. I deffo won't be ordering again it was rubbish.

Good was great. Haven’t been here since been a kid and everything is still amazing. The driver was early and very polite. Food was still hot and portion size was brilliant. No complaint from me :)

The gentleman who served me was very polite and able to sort out my order specifically how I wanted it to be. Food was piping hot and did not have to wait too long to collect it
