Shockingly dirty!!!! Wasn’t busy and nobody was cleaning!!!

Absolutely discusting food got about five cold chips the burrito was awful no chicken in it loads of sauce what an awful place had upset stomach since nasty place

Missing our drink? A sprite & food was cold

Everything tasted good however the chipotle burrito is just way too small to fill anyone. Please increase the portions of your burrito

The day after I had the burrito I had felt very poorly … I was feverish , feeling cold and I throw up … so in conclusion I will never order again from TACO BELL - HULL . If I could give a lower rating I would .

Half the order was missing and what turned up was wrong

My order was dropped outside my door, this is unacceptable, I pay extra for delivery and my food was dropped outside, driver do not want wait 20s

1st time at a TB, quite impressive food.

My order said it was delivered but it did not arrive

Staff could be a little friendlier place was quite but it was 2pm

Wrong drink came with meal could not drink as full sugar

It charged me for 2 instead of one

So many staff, but I had to wipe the table clean. Atleast 3 dirty tables. Only two tables occupied so can't blame busy time.

Tasty food as always form Taco Bell. Burritos was very filling. Only slight complain was friends was a bit luke warm but wouldn't stop us offering from them again.

tacos were really small but everything else was reasonable, good quality

the order is wrong there is no separate pots with ingredients in and nothing on the chips and it's cold food. I want my food I ordered or money back

Shen I pay 6 quid for churros it's with the expectation that they are actually in the box, which for some reason they weren't. also really disappointed in the portion size for the burritos, they are about a quarter the size of the picture on the menu, so stingy, what a shame .

My food was left on the floor in my garden and the person was gone this is the second time this has happened now.the food was cold.

Delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my food and they marked it delivered, tried to get in touch with just eat which prove the worst experience as the customer service agent said I should give him 3-5 minutes which I agreed to, to my own surprise the agent closed the chat. I will never recommend just eat

Apparently the roar was closed but this delivery was sat in the same spot from quarter to 12 to ten past 1only to get to mine at 20 past so food was barely warm, it's a real downer eating the cold version of good food

This place always forgets something. why do they outright refuse to supply the free hot sauces. half of what you order never arrives. this is the problem when you pluck kids out of school to work for minimum wage. they all just think about when they can go home and have zero attention to detail. poor standards, poor food, jacked up prices and sheer plain incompetance

Food is good but so small it’s not worth the money.

Found hair in my food. Staff didn’t seem in the slightest bit bothered and simply removed my tray. No apology - or even a look of surprise. I would suggest this place needs a management shakeup and a hygiene inspection.

Great place would go again but the only thing was the the bins was right behind us witch wasnt nice once its was over flowing and smelly some body did empty in the end

I decided to try taco bell for the first time and most likely will be my last visit, bought the combo box the taco has barley any meat init never mind the cheese, the burrito was slapped together the meat is no way fresh looks like it kept in bags for hours too sweat the portion size for a large meal is ridiculous looked like a extra small meal even Thor it's ment too be a large the cleaning side is around average and staff need to sharpen they dress code up aswell

the order was missing like 3 things and this happens everytime, i try to give it another chance every few times i order and the same thing happens where they forget my order non stop.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this taco bell quality has gone down hill. 6 churros that tasted like cardboard, didn't eat one was so bad. Think they made it hours ago and refried it. Ordered 2 chicken volcano burrito but they made it with beef, even though the place was empty. The caramel sauce is awful, the 1st recipe was much better from last year.

Mince was tinned today, we could tell it was very tiny and soggy. Didn't taste like meat. I can only describe as tinned chilli con carne vegan mince I'm guessing they have ran out of food and have had to get emergency food elsewhere locally until they receive there delivery. Very hit and miss this place no consistency at all when it's good it's absolutely great! When it's bad it's very bad and costly because your meal that you've paid over £40 for is not eat-able at all. Again this goes down to staff attitude, This place looks like it runs a 2/3 shift rota, with 3 different managers on each, it's a shame its not managed successfully, you need to get rid of the bad apples that don't want to be there. Including one of the managers has a disgusting attitude towards her work colleagues and customers "get rid" there's also some unhygienic people serving with Blue gloves handling money been coins and paper notes then going to handle the food with the same hands that have had mucky money in them, you should not be handling money and preparing food!! With the same gloves!!! *"DO SOMETHING" NO EXCUSE FOR POOR HYGIENE THERE IS CAMERAS IN THE WORK PLACE, so it's not hard to look back over the past week/month to check who's been breaking HYGIENE standards. There's much potential to this place with the right management and staff, And I'm sure your profits would sky rocket if you can sort this out. Your only as good as your last order.

Some items were forgotten which I paid for

Sat in the drive thru waiting 20 minutes before being able to order and waiting a further 20 minutes for food. It has been like this every time. 18/02/24 Food missing from order yet again. Left waiting to see if my meal will be delivered or not.

Food was average, chips were cold. Not sure how ordering a £6.50 volcano burrito is the same size as a saver £2.50 burrito. Be careful what you order it's not value for money. Don't think I'll be offering from here again, not worth the money.

Great food great value for money

Was unable to leave a review on the latest order I did but the staff seem to be unable to prepare items without placing the wrong ingredients in. I had to pull out strands of lettuce (which makes the taco taste of lettuce) even when stating no lettuce. The burrito also had lettuce pieces in & there’s no lettuce even in the burrito ingredients!!! Do better.

Not bad taste, but sauces weren't delivered, and the taco shells were crushed and had to reheat food. Also, driver seemed to be "at the restaurant" for about 15 minutes, was a polite delivery dude though, and travelling on bike in rain, so I kinda feel bad for complaining.

Food was cold delivery driver had to remove kfc order from the bag to get our Taco Bell order out so obviously picked our order up first then had to go to kfc to pick an other order up food was squashed through the other order been on top very shameful that they are allowed to to pick you’re order up and stop and pick an other order up from a different takeaway on route making you’re order go cold and getting squashed with the weight of the other order been placed on top of yours never again

The churros tasted cold and like cardboard im sure they were cooked days ago definitely not fresh , the rest of the food was fine

Food was tasty and fresh. Service was excellent, polite and fast. The place was clean and tidy. Incredibly cheap. Less that £15 for 2 people

I have recieved the wrong order. The receipt on the food delivery is my order but when I opened the bag it has someone else’s food inside. I would like a refund but have no idea what to do with the food as it has been touched trying to open it.

Rice was hard , fries were not cooked . Sent Pepsi max instead of Pepsi. Useless defining what you want delivered when the staff chose for you. Worse taco bell I've ever had

Bought a Burrito box yesterday. Absolutely terrible for the cost. 1 desertful of meat in the burrito and. Taco. Just rice in burrito and a load of lettuce in the taco. The drink had a very loose lid which spilt all over my car and myself. Won't be going back there again.

Really nice food but limited menu. Recommend so not sit near entrance door on cold evenings as it becomes quite draughty when enter and leave.
