Taco Bell in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Place need a clean from time to time but they don't seem to do it shame coz food is lovely staff are friendly enough too

Lazy staff. Too busy talking to each other instead of cleaning tables and emptying the rubbish. The place looked scruffy and was cold. This is not the first time I've seen this. Someone needs to get a grip of the staff. Food was cold. Stay away.

We ordered using the Uber eats app at around 10:12 pm (restaurant close is at 11) and we only got a notification the order had been cancelled at 10:58, not only was the order almost 10 minutes late but we also no longer had the option to pick up ourselves as the restaurant was now closed for the night. Upon calling the restaurant no one answered the phone, leaving it to ring presumably. We were not charged, however we then had no where else to order from as everywhere closed at 11. Hope they do better in future.

Lady who served us was lovely. Food great.

Everything was great except they missed out items on the deal I payed for, it's really disappointing, and when trying to give feedback it doesn't allow to specify which items as it was a deal. I'm sure it was a simple mistake but I was left short.

set time for 16:05 and it arrived at 16:45. it wasn’t warm and barely put together.

i was very exited to eat my cheesy nacho burrito thingy and my churros from TACO BELL I didn’t mine waiting the long delivery time the burritos was full off cheese When I said NO CHEESE!!!! on the order i got 2 off the same burritos but exactly put no cheese on one of them I double checked and they had cheese in both of them! and I’m also giving one star cos my churros were cold and I could barely bite into them do not order here unless u want cold and incorrect food!!!!!! Dr Pepper was good tho

Got the meal deals but seem a little pricey for what you get. But tasted nice Lots of tables but not many of them cleaned, was out of napkins and lids for drinks at the dispenser

Chips stink churros to hard burritos mushy

Despite being very clear that i wanted th3 vegan option, black beans i was given beef. Didnt notice until i had arrived home. Very disappointed.

Portions tiny compared to the picture on the site , chips cold

Taco Bell is one of the greatest mexican served fast food.

ORDER NEVER DELIVERED!!!! I Ordered Taco Bell, waiting half an hour even though it’s 5 minutes around the corner and then my app said it was delivered!!!! It never even came down the street!!! Disgusted and not the first time. If I could give zero stars I WOULD!

Ordered 3 of the small chicken burritos, they felt quite adequate to suggest there was a decent amount of filling. Unfortunately hardly any if it was chicken, it was packed with jalapeños which I’m assuming works out cheaper than using more chicken.

Driver nearly broke my door hammering on it so hard and for so long. Also went down the wrong street for some daft reason

Delivery driver never made it to my house, got close and drove away and then put it as delivered. Called the business and because it was put as 'delivered', they couldn't do anything. Never ordering here again, £40 wasted.

Absolutely discusting food got about five cold chips the burrito was awful no chicken in it loads of sauce what an awful place had upset stomach since nasty place

It was amazing and it was good sizes for food staff was lovly would recommend for friends and family clean tidy what more could you want

I’ve not received my order at all the tracker went straight past my street and then it stopped for about 10 minutes and then It said it had been delivered.

My order is completely wrong and there’s no live chat to get my correct order sent to me. I’ll get my refund.

Everything tasted good however the chipotle burrito is just way too small to fill anyone. Please increase the portions of your burrito

The day after I had the burrito I had felt very poorly … I was feverish , feeling cold and I throw up … so in conclusion I will never order again from TACO BELL - HULL . If I could give a lower rating I would .

Half the order was missing and what turned up was wrong

My order was dropped outside my door, this is unacceptable, I pay extra for delivery and my food was dropped outside, driver do not want wait 20s

1st time at a TB, quite impressive food.

Staff could be a little friendlier place was quite but it was 2pm

So many staff, but I had to wipe the table clean. Atleast 3 dirty tables. Only two tables occupied so can't blame busy time.

Tasty food as always form Taco Bell. Burritos was very filling. Only slight complain was friends was a bit luke warm but wouldn't stop us offering from them again.

Shen I pay 6 quid for churros it's with the expectation that they are actually in the box, which for some reason they weren't. also really disappointed in the portion size for the burritos, they are about a quarter the size of the picture on the menu, so stingy, what a shame .

Delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my food and they marked it delivered, tried to get in touch with just eat which prove the worst experience as the customer service agent said I should give him 3-5 minutes which I agreed to, to my own surprise the agent closed the chat. I will never recommend just eat

my burrito only had chicken, ordered beef and chicken. no sauces came with order.

Apparently the roar was closed but this delivery was sat in the same spot from quarter to 12 to ten past 1only to get to mine at 20 past so food was barely warm, it's a real downer eating the cold version of good food

This place always forgets something. why do they outright refuse to supply the free hot sauces. half of what you order never arrives. this is the problem when you pluck kids out of school to work for minimum wage. they all just think about when they can go home and have zero attention to detail. poor standards, poor food, jacked up prices and sheer plain incompetance

Found hair in my food. Staff didn’t seem in the slightest bit bothered and simply removed my tray. No apology - or even a look of surprise. I would suggest this place needs a management shakeup and a hygiene inspection.

Great place would go again but the only thing was the the bins was right behind us witch wasnt nice once its was over flowing and smelly some body did empty in the end
