Dirty, cold, tasteless food. A filthy hovel of a place, the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten. Plus you’ll get fined £100 if you use the car park for more than an hour. Won’t be going back.

Este lugar es horrible. Suelos y mesas sucios, hace frío y la comida es insípida, flácida y tibia. El inodoro disponible es sucio, dañado y maloliente, y toda la atmósfera del lugar es similar a un café de carretera de 1970. Además de eso, nos conocimos como una familia, así que estábamos hablando y comiendo, nos quedamos poco más de una hora en total (después de la espera de la comida totalmente agobiante) y luego se nos presentó una multa de aparcamiento de £ 100 cada uno por permanecer más de una hora. Basura, prefiero comer un zapato de vagabundo.

The staff are always nice there. The food isn't the same as it used to be. It's so greasy. Your food falls apart, and the grease just runs out.

Our churros seems to be old and not worm at all. Dirty place. Disgusting toilets. We gave the place few chances but feel fed up now. Really disappointed.

Tried the Volcano Box and it was a taste sensation 😋. A taco 🌮 a burrito 🌯 and fries 🍟 . Plus two sugary things with a sweet syrup dip . For around £10 . Very filling indeed . Sadly avoid using the toilet as I think it's kept as toilets are in Mexico. 😳

Missing multiple items from order

Being able to message the courier was great, and helpful due to previous problems I had with the address stuff. Made it much better and my food was great, exactly what I wanted.

¡Absolutamente asqueroso! Todas las mesas estaban sucias y cuando pedimos limpiarlas nadie vino! Tuvimos que preguntar varias veces y ofrecernos a limpiarnos! Tenían la excusa de que estaban ocupados, pero había 3 personas se sentaron! Muy decepcionante

Awful food! Most was missing, all that arrived was discusting! Empty wraps called burritos and smashed crispy tacos with cold dry mince meat! Drinks didn’t come and most the order wasn’t there plus driver was rude!!

Ordered a large meal, this certainly wasn't what I received. Sat inside and had a medium meal 3 weeks ago and that was a larger portion. Good job I ordered Nachos as well as would have still been hungry. Certainly wasn't worth the money.

I have to say it's the first time an order hasn't even turned up, but not a good experience as now I'm sat here pit of pocket and with no food, I rang the resteraunt and they said the driver hasn't turned up.

Food is good, but inconsistent. Unfortunately, the last time I visited the burritos were soggy, however usually I cannot fault the food. Every time I go, the presentation is different. Sometimes in bags, sometimes in boxes, sometimes open, sometimes wrapped (all fir eat in orders). Doesn't effect the quality, but shows a lack of consistency.

Sat in the car bibbing horn for me to go out for it there was 2 men in the car smoking the food smelt of smoke and was cold

The only thing that was right with my order was the bottle of tango! Churros, cheese sauce, and 1 burrito completely missing, and other burrito just had cheese sauce and beans in. The receipt on the bag was right, so restaurants error and not driver

I felt something in my mouth and I check it and I founded tinfoil or like a metal some sort in my food and I also found some bits and pieces of it

I asked for a chicken Gordita crunch and it had beef in it- I cannot eat beef.

Lazy staff. Too busy talking to each other instead of cleaning tables and emptying the rubbish. The place looked scruffy and was cold. This is not the first time I've seen this. Someone needs to get a grip of the staff. Food was cold. Stay away.

We ordered using the Uber eats app at around 10:12 pm (restaurant close is at 11) and we only got a notification the order had been cancelled at 10:58, not only was the order almost 10 minutes late but we also no longer had the option to pick up ourselves as the restaurant was now closed for the night. Upon calling the restaurant no one answered the phone, leaving it to ring presumably. We were not charged, however we then had no where else to order from as everywhere closed at 11. Hope they do better in future.

Portion size for chips and rice is tiny. Not sure for guacamole as it was missing. With service charge we had to pay £5.48 on top of food price which is too much.

Everything was great except they missed out items on the deal I payed for, it's really disappointing, and when trying to give feedback it doesn't allow to specify which items as it was a deal. I'm sure it was a simple mistake but I was left short.

i was very exited to eat my cheesy nacho burrito thingy and my churros from TACO BELL I didn’t mine waiting the long delivery time the burritos was full off cheese When I said NO CHEESE!!!! on the order i got 2 off the same burritos but exactly put no cheese on one of them I double checked and they had cheese in both of them! and I’m also giving one star cos my churros were cold and I could barely bite into them do not order here unless u want cold and incorrect food!!!!!! Dr Pepper was good tho

Ordered 3 of the small chicken burritos, they felt quite adequate to suggest there was a decent amount of filling. Unfortunately hardly any if it was chicken, it was packed with jalapeños which I’m assuming works out cheaper than using more chicken.

I’ve not received my order at all the tracker went straight past my street and then it stopped for about 10 minutes and then It said it had been delivered.

My order is completely wrong and there’s no live chat to get my correct order sent to me. I’ll get my refund.

So many staff, but I had to wipe the table clean. Atleast 3 dirty tables. Only two tables occupied so can't blame busy time.

Tasty food as always form Taco Bell. Burritos was very filling. Only slight complain was friends was a bit luke warm but wouldn't stop us offering from them again.
