Such a lovely coffee bar, for a home baked cake and good coffee

Cocktails around £10 per head. Lots of seating in a modern setting with lots of tropical / botanical themed decor. Extensive drinks menu with a cocktail list with a good mix of the classics you’d expect and their house special recipes. The blood orange spritz was particularly good. I asked for a negroni sbagliato. Which is off menu but there was confusion into what it was and I told them the variant recipe of the standard negroni (which was on the menu). It came out very tasty but made me nervous if you wanted an off menu cocktail. Service was quick staff were easy to get orders from and you paid as you go. Music was a bit loud but would go back due to the quality of drinks.

Fabulous cafe with friendly staff, a lovely atmosphere and really tasty food. Lots of options, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Everything is made fresh and it really shows in the taste. Dog friendly as well, which is always a bonus. Will come back for sure!

Exceptional food and service. We have eaten twice here so have tried both the evening menu and Sunday lunch. It was the best Sunday lunch I have ever had. Very deserving of their awards.

4 friends vs 1 Batanga booking... This story has a happy ending - with two vegetarians and two meat eaters in our group, everyone left full and happy (and the other three had been before). It was my first time, however, and I thought the food was delicious, well flavoured and made me excited about Mexican food again! I had the tacos (steak, fish and chicken), and a handful of my vegetarian friend's "Red Chilaquiles" - and I cannot wait to return. P.S. A big thanks to the staff for making accommodations for my friend's visual impairment and sitting us in a place with good natural lighting at short notice (it made a big difference and we were very grateful). It's a small place, so I would recommend booking a table in advance if you want to avoid disappointment :)

Family run cafe, serving excellent food and drinks. They have an amazing selection of drinks, meals and snacks, and the service is friendly and efficient. Miles better than the impersonal 'chain' cafes, and definitely worth seeking out.

Great little family restaurant, great quality food at a good price
