On 06/02/2025 I visited The Newbridge with family for a memorial dinner for a dear family member that passed away 1 year ago. It was a nice night and the we had a carvery which was lovely. It was an emotional night because of the memorial, but the staff were nice and the food was just what my Aunt who passed away loved. Her boys were there with us, and they enjoyed the food, it’s what their mum loved. However today I received a Parking Charge Notice of £100 from Euro Car Parks who say they manage this car park for the Newbridge. We were only there from 18:26 to 19:32. It was dark and evening time so I did not notice any signs for this restriction. I did not get any prompts from staff to say that this was something I needed to be aware of! I understand that some people abuse local parking, but I was there for quite a sensitive and emotional event, and very briefly. This parking charge has just soured the experience of visiting the Newbridge Pub. Please contact me about this as I know you are a great business and my Late-Aunt loved visiting your establishment for her weekly carvery. Any visitors to the Newbridge, please be aware of the parking. I wouldn’t want the same to happen to you as I know Euro Car Parks do not have a very good reputation. Thank you

La cocina se ha utilizado como oficina desde que se abrió hace algunos años. La comida no está disponible en The Newhampton y no lo ha estado durante 5 o más años.

Never again, cold chips, burger like it was thrown together, no food hygiene, had to ask member of staff to clean utensils that were absolutely filthy, no utensils offered, straight in the bin waste of £30.00

La mejor tienda de patatas fritas de Wolverhampton. La comida es buena y se obtiene un montón de ella. El personal es amable y servicial. Visitamos regularmente y nunca nos han decepcionado.

Advertencia, esta comida china para llevar tiene un nuevo nombre y nueva gestión. Ahora se llama Chopstix y la calidad de los alimentos ha bajado de muy buena a muy mala y se agregan cargas de MSG causando indigestión crónica.

The food made me shiver and shake in joy. The food was enough to make a grown man cry in happiness. I was brought back to my childhood abruptly. Gordon Ramsey has nothing on these chefs. Bravo.

Don’t taste right the people working there are weird. Not helpful and no customer service. Had a problem today aswell when an order was an hour late and they did not care it never went through. Offer a refund in 4 days but can’t send me a pizza ? But can send me the money back. ? Silly people
