Went to eat in the subway at 9:15 but Indian lady told us we can’t eat because it’s closing time .and closing time is at 10. She said you can’t eat at 9:15 because she has to clean up if we eat there. Food quality was so bad .

Definite 5 from me for mega meat. The staff are friendly and make the order as you please.

My subway was freezing cold as if taken out of the freezer to defrost and I said no meatballs but still they added them. They blatantly ignored my notes and sent me a frozen subway.

I have good experience with this subway . Good and friendly staff ,helpful employees, I'm appreciate all staffs specially Pankaj. Best food ever, we dined in and the place was very clean .Service is quick efficient and to the point. The girl on the bread side is always great seems to be working (in like night shift )very hard.

It may seem "expensive" for a sandwich but you don't feel hungry 1h later like you do at many other fast food outlets. Fresh veg and meat daily and the sides are a great price.

Didn't receive the Doritos, everything else was fine

Ordered a Tuna Salad via Uber. Was given a salad box half empty with no Tuna. So ridiculous and conveniently when ringing the restaurant no one answered. Hence the annoyed review.

I went in to order a sandwich I wanted a 6 inch with bacon. I got told they only got turkey bacon. Not impressed. I will not be returning as I think as a company you should cater to everyone as some places have bacon but this one doesn't as they are halal. But it's not good enough. They should cater to everyone not just people who don't like bacon. Very disappointing

It was to cold my meal was it used to be warm it put me off having it and it made me I'll I might not order here for now on

Food was fresh and tasty, really good salads but unfortunately mixed up order and put jalapeños and olives on the wrong order and missed them off the one they should have been on. Fortunately no allergies and we fished them out and put them on the right one.

My sandwich was a mess barely any steak and didn’t even box my sandwich in a take away box sauce went all over my sandwich and made it soggy.

It was the driest most sad sub I have ever had, It felt like I was just having bread, this is not the first time I am ordering from this branch, their subs were nice before, this time it was just plain sad.

Awful. Didn't put anything requested on the two footlongs I ordered. Wasn't toasted, wasn't cut, cold and a sause that wasn't what I ordered and to spicy for us. Won't be ordering from them again and requested refund. Still waiting.

The food was okay. Short guy with the glasses ver stingy with salad and proceeded to tell they had little to no sweetcorn left although it was right in front of me. Overall mid food poor customer experience

The food was cold even though we asked for it to be warmed up, the toilets were out of order neither of the servers knew what they were doing as our order was incorrect, one of the servers coughed all over the food so the hygiene was terrible

It’s gone downhill. The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to and it closes at 9pm and we came in at 8:30pm and said they can’t make anymore food. It literally closes at 9pm. You have 30 minutes more.

I had a order today i was watching the driver on line and he taken ages to come he was in one place for like 20 min before coming to me and when he got here all my food was really really cold and nasty i ordered muffin with it and they said on the phone they dont do mufin so they sent a cookie in stead witch is bad when it says they do sell them and when i called ask to speak with manger thwy said they not in and when u ask for a refund the refuse to give me it back when i spent of 30 pound they need ro be shut down if they let that happen and im gonna report them to thw coucil food place so they can be shut down

Absolutely disgusting 🤢 waited and hour for delivery when I called the shop I was met with pure rudness carried on waiting he turned up eating put his rubbish in my bin practically chucked the bag at me the food was stone cold soggy missing items and items changed to what we ordered 30 pound wasted we couldn't eat the food in these times 30 to waste is too much the smell from the bags was absolutely awful they need investigating and I will be reporting them to trading standards disgusting

Speedy and efficient service. The food was better quality than other Subways in Wolverhampton.

The workers didn’t read my note about not putting too much sauce on the subs so they came drenched and are inedible because the bread is all soggy and the sauce is dripping from all the salad. Disgusting service. I don’t know how people like this get jobs.

We went on Monday 24th October around lunch time. The staff members were amazing! Matt and Shar served us. They were polite, professional and friendly. My young daughter also commented how they are always friendly when she has popped in before! The place also looks amazing with its new design too! Thank you Matt and Shar!

I just went in. Tuesday 18th October. Around 12.40pm. The lady that served me was lovely polite and chatty! She mentioned she had a little one, didn’t catch her name. I think she’s knew. Fresh of breath air that lady way! Other staff members should take a note. Customer service was on point !

I’ve never been in an food establishment and the only thing I could smell was bleach. When I first walked in it smelt like your normal Subway but the longer I was in there the smell of bleach grew and become unbearable. There was no one cleaning the customer toilets so there is no excuse for the smell. No one in their right might would use that much bleach for anything. I highly suggest that this is investigated as if being used to cleaning equipment could be a huge Health and safety hazard.

A very busy period (lunchtime) the staff worked quickly and the food was great

I had gone in for some sandwiches, the lady asked what bread I wanted but she said they didn't have any brown bread, I then asked for another bread, they told me they didn't have it either. They told me what breads they had left and then made one of my sandwiches. When she finished making the first sandwich she asked if I wanted something else to which I replied, yes another sandwich please. She almost put the wrong filling in when I showed her which one it was that I wanted. She continued making my sandwich. I asked for 2 refillable drinks but when I went to pour the ice tea it was water, I asked if there was anymore she then told me they had run out. I asked where I could pour the water. She asked if I wanted water. She gave me a new cup and I chose something else and left. Usually staff would say what drinks aren't available but on this occasion she didn't. Not sure if she was new.

probably the best Subway in West Midlands. only one i go to aside from the fact it is halal. workers are quick, talkative and nice people. they always seem to know my order before i even open my mouth. 5/5 v good.
