Absolutely crap horrible topping dry and stale pizza was hot my son and I bothe had pizza from this company within an hour or two later couldn’t get off toilet I should report this to health and safety for hygiene as I don’t want to be ever cleaned out like this again !!! Stay well clear

I've had numerous experiences with this particular Pizza Hut Takeaway, and unfortunately, they have consistently been far from satisfactory. Despite my repeated attempts, I've encountered persistent issues with both the quality of their pizzas and the accuracy of my orders. The prices seem unjustifiably high for the level of service and product received. I thought I’d give it one last try, but the pizza that arrived was horrible soggy and messy. After countless disappointing experiences, I've decided to seek alternative options for my pizza cravings. My advice to anyone is to avoid this particular branch at all costs.

Ordered food today and most of it was really nice. The only issue we had was that the pizzas were full of tomato puree. The tear and share was yummy!

Ordered over the website. Order never came, while it said it had been delivered. Rang the store (15m wait), to be told that another one would be sent. Total time was over 2 hours. Ordered again, took one hour, and the food was cold, sent it back, safe to say, don't think I will be ordered again from this branch.

Ordered 2:pizzas 2 sides cookie and pop. Honestly the pizzas were absolutely vile! The one wasn't even cooked and extremely soggy everything just falling apart as you tried to pick up a slice so that one went straight in the bin! The second slightly better but the dough again on the soggy side but nothing compared to the first one had a horrid taste! Noone wanted to eat it so that one also went in the bin. We have sat in and had food and loved it soo many times at the one in Wednesbury but this place in willenhall I would avoid like the plague! Worst food I've ever come across.

Order a collection from here tonight. Two large pizzas, two sides and bottle of coke, all for £30.00. Not a bad deal at all. Food was delicious, prompt and staff were really friendly when I collected the food. Rate this place very highly. Will definitely be going back in the new year.

Rat absolutely rat answered my call. Honestly would get better service from a special ed kid. I don’t know where they hire these workers but it’s ridiculous. Hung up on me before I got to give my order. Went into the shop and it was filthy. Gordon Ramsey would shut the place down. Never go there. Good day.

Always misses food out on our order. Every time we make an order, we get staff to repeat our order. However, they still get it wrong.... Picking food up for take away or getting it DELIVERED. Pizza Hut Willenhall Staff are very rude .... when asked for name they gave wrong names. Its a shame as its the only Pizza Hut in that area and service is rubbish our order is on the recipt and they say its not there fault AND MAKE US WAIT WHILE OUR FOOD IS GETTING COLD .... HAPPENED NUMBER OF TIMES.... WE HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF BOXES HOWEVER IN THE CHICKED STRIP BOXES THE FILL IT UP WITH LOTS OF SAUCES.

Served very hot and appetizing

Ordered for the first time via UberEats. Wanted to try the new Melts deal (accompanied with a side n drink) along with Cookie dough n ice cream for dessert. Unfortunately upon delivery, things were missing. No sides or ice cream etc. as ordered had actually arrived. I’ve called the restaurant directly to inform of this in which they instructed I called Uber directly due to some third party policy idk 🤷🏼‍♂️ .. I did this anyways and once I got through, I was then instructed to call the restaurant directly. I’ve been led to go around in circles.😟 Very disappointed in this service. Would’ve rated 0 stars if I could, 1 star is purely for the fact that the new Melt itself was in fact delicious and the not for the service I’ve received. The full amount has left my bank account. No-refund or re delivery of my missing items. Most likely won’t order from here again ☹️

There's usually a 10 minute wait when going inside to order , I've never been disappointed with the food , friendly service, I recommend.

I asked for half n half toppings as I have intolerance to certain foods, however they messed it all up. My kids took their half so I only had my half left which was all messed up and would make me I’ll. The manager said he would only replace half the pizza would take another 30 mins and would swap it so basically he wanted it back only to bin ! Disgusting !

After trying this for the first time in Spain I thought I might as well try it here because it can't be much different... Boy was I wrong, the food was vile. Tasted of literally nothing, no idea how they managed to pull it off but it had to be the worst pizza I've ever ordered. Extremely disappointed and after trying how it should be, I believe they deserve to be shut down. Very poor standards. Wouldn't feed this inedible grool to my worst enemy.

Really pleased with pizza hut reintroducing the gluten free bases as my daughter is a coeliac. It's always our go to take away as we can all be catered for . Delivery drivers are always pleasant an on time

They don't know how to make nice pizza anymore, taste as bad as £2 frozen pizza you buy from some supermarkets. bad slicing, one slice is too small and one slice is too big. I made complaints so many time but no improvement as no one want to listen. I've decided to avoid pizza hut forever.

Decent pizza but always greasy. The pizza from here is inconsistent as far as franchise pizza places go. The staff are always friendly and orders are prepared and delivered quickly. I've never had a bad order but sometimes pizzas are cooked perfectly, and other times now enough. Another gripe is sometimes there is way too much cheese on the pizza, and it results in incredibly greasy pizza. 3/5.

I'd love to leave a higher review because I know a good attempt has been made here. 3.5 would be accurate tbh but I can't bring myself to bump the score up to 4. I called ahead when ordering my pizza online because I wanted to check they would allow me to have extra sauce on my pizza. I was assured this would be fine and I left the delivery address so they'd know the order to which I was refering. We chose a deal consisting of two large pizzas, two sides and a drink. After the order was placed I called the hut again so they knew which of the two pizzas was to have the extra sauce. I had none of the optional toppings on my margarita so the cost of extra sauce could be in that bracket. On the phone I had a different employee who knew about my request already (which pleased and comforted me that it would be done) and he also assured me that extra sauce would be added. The pizzas arrived quickly which I was impressed with also as it's a Tuesday night and they offer and extra deal so I'd assume they may be busy. However when looking at the pizza and again when eating it was obvious they were both undercooked. This isn't a massive drawback for me as I often can't finish one and will be reheating half of it atleast so that experience will be improved by the undertaking of today. Half of the pizza was more thoroughly cooked so I started on that side. No extra sauce. I compared it with my bfs pizza to be sure. And you could argue that it's down to personal taste of experience but I've ordered from pizza hut before and I'm aware of how much sauce is on the pizza and I'm aware that this was no more. Quite disappointing. The sides we ordered were wings and wedges. Wings were well cooked and my bf is a high critic of the cooking of chicken so this can be said with confidence. However the wedges were also undercooked - well, about 1/3 of them were and the other 2/3s nicely done. Just to be clear both pizzas were undervalued, not just the one. Also worth noting was that the service on the phone was lovely and warm from both members of staff which was greatly appreciated. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with the kitchen?

First time ordering from pizza hut and the service wasn't bad until my food arrived, when I questioned the driver about the missing food the dam fool couldn't speak any English. Spoke to the branch and I advised them of the missing items and they informed me they had placed the item inside of the box. I informed them their driver is still out side and he can check the box, the guy on the end of the phone went to ask his manager what to do.bit of a joke as the food was burned on the edges and really was not up to par. This has put me off ordering of pizza hut again. I did get my missing item from my order about 10 mins later. Don't think I will be using pizza hut again. I very much doubt these post get read by pizza hut franchise bosses they are just interested in making money and not negative posts.

My food wasn’t too bad but my partner complained his was disgusting he had the Texas bbq and when I tried it he was right the toppings seemed to have gone all hard and dry like the pizza wasn’t fresh. Poor man I should of cooked really

Very Disappointing. Cheese to tomato ratio is incredibly lop-sided and this did not feel like a pizza. Cheese was thicker than the crust. This is not the first time Pizza Hut have displayed inconsistency, our custom is out of obligation not enjoyment and was left unfulfilled following meal

Last two times I have ordered the pizza hasn't had garlic crust and has been slightly cold.

Ordered a takeaway on the 12/11/20 Ordered a farmhouse pizza is was disgusting, too much salt added, toppings very poor, my daughter had the wedges they tasted bland horrible! She also had the garlic pizza bread which was so greasy, waste of £18!

Excellent bit gets busy so depends who's working the design sometimes they get stressed and seem under pressure but other staff still smile and seem to get the job done without snapping at customers

Received our pizza delivery today. All the tons of cheese that was put on the pizza had slid off pizza because it was not transported properly looks like it had been stood up or had fell off the drivers seat. Absolutely unacceptable. Very poor delivery!!

Just ordered via app for delivery new year eve.. Placed order 7.45, order went thru money taken.. Delivery progress checker in place stating delivery time of 45 mins.. At 8.30 I receive a message stating my order has been canceled . And that money has not been taken.. Lies. money has been taken and will take 48 hours to appear in my bank.. That is theft... Rang 15 times no answer.. Phones taken off hook.. One very dissaponted former customer.. Dominoes delivered in 30 mins

I've waited for a hour an 15 mins for two cold pizzas!! the website states they aim for a delivery time of 30 mins and if 10 mins late £10 pound off next delivery which wasn't mentioned or offered on the phone when calling to see where my food was 50 mins into the wait!! steer clear or look for different pizza hut!!

FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!! WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER First of all the pizza size was not a large as expected then the pizza was jus full of so much cheese never had it in my life that much cheese in one pizza plus we couldnt not see the topping on the pizza and the base was soggy and the topping what we asked for was not right we asked not to have jalapeños and they put it on n never put chilli as we asked ,chicken was raw and biggest pieces i ever seen on the pizza i would never order again from this pizza hut its not good for taste n enjoyment .The worst thing was that we had a stomach ache after we eat the pizza we kept going to the toilet especially there was a child eating the food n he had same problem as us not satisfied really bad food

Ordered 2 x large pizzas. Told it would be a 45 minute wait. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, 2 x burnt yet cold (!) pizzas arrived. Have ordered here before without issue. Have 2 x replacement pizzas in the way. Fingers crossed.

I never had pizza and as ive thought pizza hut is the 'best' I ordered from there,l. 30 minutes passed and after looking on the website I wasn't too unhappy as it was a guarantee I'd get £10 off my next order. 1 hour passed and still nothing so I ring again, " your delivery is with the next driver" which means it hasn't even been dispatched yet, but I thought shouldn't be too long now, ll. 1 hour and 30 mins passed so I rang again and I had enough, I stated that I wished to cancel the order and the reply was " the driver is nearly there " I said I've had enough of waiting so cancel it. I asked how to get my money back as I paid online and was told I need to speak to head office. Rang head office and they said can take up to 60 days for a refund! Whilst I was on the phone the delivery turned up (110 minutes late). The pizza was a joke! Cold, unevenly sliced, I ordered half and half, it was 75/25 favour given to the cheaper side. Now I'm still waiting for my refund but no sign, what a shame as the restaurants although very overly priced are great, this particular franchise will kill the business in Wolverhampton!

40 minutes late for a scheduled time delivery which I had booked 2 hours earlier for cold pizza. Two phone calls to the branch to ask where my dwlivery is, both times told driver was on my road. Driver told me when he finally delivered the pizza that the branch had been lying, he was no where near when they had checked with him. Absolutely awful service.

NOT HAPPY! Ordered a vegetarian pizza from here and found chicken on it! Rang the shop and got told one of their staff ‘couldn’t be bothered to use the right cutter’. All they would do was offer a new pizza, why would I want this when they gave me chicken the first time! Absolutely disgusting! Wouldn’t ever order from here again and would advise other people not to either. If I could give this no stars I would.
