Chopsticks in Wolverhampton

Very happy with my delivery and the driver called me on delivery. He was very polite. I explained that I couldn’t come to the door due to COVID. I had beef with green peppers with black bean sauce plus noodles and seaweed. It was a lovely delicious meal which cheered me up whilst isolating.

Food took an hour. Fair play the driver apologised. Surely given an hour food would be at least adequate. Wings were stale. Curry lumpy. Noodles were okay. Chips were soft. Maybe it was a Thursday and they just couldn’t be bothered. Maybe I should’ve checked the reviews on here first! Either way would not recommend. Far better Chinese food joints nearby.

This place used to be really good but my recent experience is not good at all. The food was very sweet and not pleasant. I used to order from this place direct before they were on Uber,Deliveroo or Just Eat. Shame the quality has gone down.

I've used this takeaway a few times over the past few years and it's always been good. Not anymore. Had a takeaway a couple of months ago and it wasn't the best. I thought it may have been a one off. However order a takeaway this wknd and it's one of the worst I've had from anywhere in a while. Frozen tasteless chips. Curry sauce had no flavour and was all lumpy. Overall the whole meal was a total let down. Sorry to say, but I won't be ordering from there again. There are plenty of other takeaways that are now much better than chopsticks.

Absolute waste of money. Salt n chilli chips were dead with no taste at all. Beef curry was horrible with hardly any meat. Will not be ordering again

Simple really when a Chinese serves frozen cheap chips forget it Sick of spending good earnt money on crap . Never again Maybe there's too many rubbish takeaways in area Happy for owners to reply back but they won't.

First time we ordered a takeaway from this Cantonese eatery. We had bean curd with mushrooms and bamboo shoots, chicken sweet n sour Cantonese style, egg fried rice and chips. We ordered from “Just Eat” but they charge £2 for delivery and 50p for service so it’s cheaper to order delivery from Chopsticks direct - only £1 for under 2 miles. The food was nice, rice could have been hotter. Delivery was contactless during pandemic.

This used to be good but no more! I have a mushroom allergy and asked TWICE no mushrooms in the chow mein got it home and bang!! They had put mushrooms in it!! Also the curry sauce had a burnt taste and the prawn toast was over cooked and barely any prawns on it just seeds! Not impressed one bit and I will be taking my hard earned money else where from now on! 10/10 for losing a loyal customer.

My wife and I had a takeaway for two . We both had salt and pepper chicken wings for our starter, which were good. For my main I had Singapore vermicelli noodles and my wife had chicken chow mein. Both main courses were bland.

Really hot fresh food, prepared quickly and efficiently never had problem with the order. Consistently good and very reasonably priced.

Chips taste like they’ve been reheated in a microwave chicken curry was just chicken in brown water no taste chow mein was BLAND never again

Waited ages as always busy in the eatery ordered caramel chicken only there was no chicken @ all in it so took it back and my money was literally chucked back @ me in front of everyone rude staff (small Chinese lady) rubbish food not worth the wait stay clear

A customer on and off for years. Delivery is always speedy and the extensive menu always results in great eating.

Omg never again rubbish, first and last time it was terrible , it was the worst Chinese we have ever had and it ended up in the bin

I have been a customer here for several years, and have always been served excellent food. We frequently get our food delivered (£1 charge), and it comes really quickly. If that isn't going to be the case, because they're busy, the time estimate given is nearly always correct, so you know when your food will arrive. Usual range of Chinese food, but always prepared and cooked well.

I left a 1 star review in 2014, my review was based on poor service and rude behaviour i encountered when ordering a take away. However being local to Chopsticks we decided to give it another chance. I ordered online asked for exactly the same order i had back in 2014. The service from the same staff member was professional and he was polite, food was exactly how i wanted it. So i would definitely recommend given them the opportunity to put their service and customer service right....they obviously have based on my recent experience , also just to add we should support our local business's in Wolverhampton.

Ordered a family meal from here first time. The man in the desk was very polite good customer service very helpful aswell. The food was excellent the whole family enjoyed even the kids the chips were better than the chippy!! The man gave me a menu to take home as they deliver also. Will definitely be ordering again from this place. Great stuff keep up the good work!!!!

Hay mejores cantones/Sudeste Asiático Tome siempre en la zona, pero ofrece un servicio rápido y palillos los precios son razonables. Ten cuidado, el hombre de la recepción es a menudo desagradable pero si esto no te molestan, palillos ofrece una gran cantidad de opciones. Bueno si estás empujado por el tiempo.

Have ordered from here a number of times the past 4 months and never had a problem at all. Food is delicious and hot and delivery is fast and always polite.

We have used here for a long time and have never really had any issues. Obviously some dishes are better than others and suit different people. We had a lovely meal for my birthday delivery was prompt and nothing missing. Food was lovely

OMG where do i start..the man on the desk was soooo rude had no patience and food was cooked in 5 minutes.....to me a fresh main chicken meal can not be cooked in 5 minutes....and it was disgusting!!!!!!.....the noodles was like some thing you would scrape at the bottom of a barrel......NEVER AGAIN...AVOID BIG TIME!!!!

Poor service from the man at the front of the shop, rude and abrupt. Customers beware, the food is ok but wouldn't visit again ever. Very very rude

He estado en palillos en varias ocasiones y aunque la comida es muy buena, y la relación calidad-precio que he notado un patrón que surgen con la mujer china que lleva los pedidos por teléfono. En el pasado me llamó e hicimos un pedido y...

He estado aquí unas veces regresando tarde del trabajo, o simplemente para un chino aparece rápidos.

Lovely food never had a bad meal from here. Recommend. The crispy beef is really nice and the chips are really crispy and tasty.

I was usually having Chinese from chopstick as it was the closest Chinese take-away in area. The food is nice but on most of occasions the chow mein was burn. Good thing about the service is that when I complaint they offered me a free chow mein next time I come in. So, not bad after all. The staff is very pleasant.

I phoned to place a order for Ribs, the young man who is normally on the front of shop took my call, I asked him to add extra chillies to my Ribs, he replied by saying " they come as they come", I replied by telling him that you normally when asked add extra spice for me, again he said " sorry we have no control of adding extra chillies......very rude and inconsistent.Would never visit again RUDE people !!

The food and delivery service here we find ok but not as good as some of there competitors. There minimum order seems to be more than most!

This is the best place for takeout food in my opinion. The food portions are good and the taste is fantastic. They also deliver within a two mile radius for £1.00 which is good. There is a car park round the back if you can't park on the road, and they are closed on Tuesdays. Just as a note... their chips are fantastic!!!!

Not had a bad takeaway from here, delivery service has always been prompt with food arriving hot. Generous portion sizes too.
