On ordering my food there was a bug cooked into my omelette

Given it 4, mainly great food, but every now & again let's itself down, with what feels like a thinned out curry

Sent completely wrong food to what was. Ordered didn't give me my money back and didn't show my review on the just eat site probably because there embarrassing way they dealt with it

Excellent take away food. Far more than I could eat, portion is massive

I ordered from 19:00 and it was 20:45 when I received it. Usually I get it within 30 minutes but for some reason it took long. I rang up and they said it’s “almost done”. Sadly to say I won’t be ordering from Oriental for a while…

Salt and Chilli Ribs are brilliant

Ordered from this takeaway after using this place for the last 2 years they took my money for the order which came to £20 but the restaurant rejected my order no explanation nothing now that was my last £20 and babysitting an ill baby so I'm stuck with no money and no food..Appalling service..and to be honest food was alway cold no flavour and boring only used it last 2 years because it was local.

Our takeaway was sadly disappointing, the starter of chicken wings was over cooked and dry. The main courses of chicken and special chop suey had plenty of meat, large chunks but were dry and beef was overcooked. Really not enjoyable.

Been eating from here for over 10 years, have tried others but this one is aways my favourite, good portions, very tasty food. And I've never once been ill which I can't say for other places. As always when something goes wrong we leave a bad review like some on here but when we enjoy it, we don't leave a review so thought it was about time.

Waste of money n time Complaint and the owner lady keep putting the phone down. I did say can I come to show u, she keep putting the ph down n shouted put the ph down. Same sauce and ask for spicy n it's too sweet. What a customer service

The charges to deliver are ridiculous it really isn’t worth the food when you live close by. Other local restaurants no where near as extortionate . Hate being taken for a ride. No thanks

Absolute disgrace! Ordered a takeaway 2 and half hours ago was told 1.5 hours wait whenwe ordered, whilst I appreciate it it's New Year's can I suggest you stop taking orders if you can't fufill them ? Instead of leaving customers not having a clue what's going on....when I finally got through after ringing 70 times (I assume you took yout phone off the hook) you informed me that it was still on the computer and hadn't even been made and would be another 2 hours ! Never will we order from you again ! Disgusting customer service. AVOID !!

We have been eating meals from here for several years and the food is always top quality and tasty, I would recommend this take away to anyone who likes Chinese food.

Used this takeaway for many years always friendly. Consistently great food and most importantly never been ill from it. Can't believe they haven't got more reviews that's why i'm leaving one and especially with current news creating unjust prejudice against Chinese people. As for the other review I love the chicken always soft may have some added water but who cares its way better than stringy tough chicken. Keep up the good food. Thanks

Was disappointed this time. We ordered by phone and collected our meal 35 minutes later. It wasn't until we had dished up and had started our meals did we find that we had been given the wrong item. Having ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken we were given Sweet and Sour Prawns. Not liking sea food, i put up with the egg fried rice. We could have returned the meal but the hastle of getting back just wasn't worth it.

Popped in here with a family member & ordered sweet & sour chicken, cantonese style, and chicken curry with boiled rice. When we got back home, and served the food onto plates, we noticed that the "chicken" in both dishes, (sweet & sour & curry) all looked uniform in shape & size, which is very odd for chicken pieces. When we began to tuck into our dishes, I began to notice, that the chicken in my sweet & sour dish, had a very strange texture. To be honest, it just did not taste like any chicken I've ever tasted before, it had no flavour. It was extremely soft, thin, with weird stringy consistency. The other dish, chicken curry was exactly the same. I've bought fresh chicken, and diced it myself, when I cook Thai Chicken Curry from scratch. "Chicken" once cooked, goes plump & firm, with a mixture of slightly different shapes, & not all uniformed, and certainly not thin & soft with a stringy texture. So, hasten to add, we did not finish either dish, as we were not convinced it was fresh "chicken" we were eating!! Think we'll be giving this particular establishment a wide birth in future, as we're not keen on the thought of potentially being served some "other meat" as a replacement for fresh cooked "chicken"!!!!!

Had a bad experience before, thought we'd try again. Delivered prawn balls instead of chicken. When questioned, I was told they couldn't refund my money as it was paid through their website, and I would need to speak to them. Really poor service.

Ordered online this time, collected 20 minutes later. Food as always was excellent and was more than could be possibly eaten.

Have to say the best take out I've had in a while, had the Thai Green Curry and it was lovely. Staff were helpful and service was with a smile. Good for size portions for the money.

I thought I found my perfect Chinese til that was shut then I ordered from hea best thing I ever did its just amazing caters for everyone you always get people who moan over nothing food always fresh and amazing I live 3 miles aways and they still provide an amazing service keep up the good work guys a+++

This place went on a vigilante hunt for a person who complained fairly about the food being genetically modified even handing out posters, pretty terrible way to run a takeaway

Absolute Rubbish. Waste of money. Chicken dry overcooked. Thin curry sauce. Even my dog didn't eat it. Going there tomorrow for my money back. What a disgrace.

Go there most Saturday always busy But there food is always hot and a bigger portion than normal so it's worth the wait Never had a bad meal yet

This is a regular chinnesse take away been using it for a few years noew. Food always very good and hot. Never had a order wrong for either delivery or collection. Only payment by card ovewr phone or online would make it better :)

Very rude. Always gets orders wrong and when you ring them up to tell them its wrong they shout and are very rude. Wont be eating there again.
