Lovely atmosphere, very nice food and service. Clean and organised. Very happy!

The food was absolutely amazing, and our waitress Agata was the loveliest person on earth, made sure all of our questions were answered and provided fast and friendly service… Will definitely be coming again!

Another grand lunch at the Cosmo Wolverhampton! The range and quality of the dishes was immaculate but what i really must give credit to is the service. My server Agata was nothing but helpful! Would reccomend to all my friends and family.

Not very good food , all dry with no taste , sushi only rice with small pice of cucumber. , disappointed

The seafood it is so good we drive 1 hour to get here just for the seafood it melts in your mouth Thankyou to the amazing chef cooking it .

I dined here with my buddy, and agata was our server. She was so polite, kind and friendly. This is some of the best customer service I have had in a while and she really made the evening magical.

Food was absolutely delicious as always. Sooo much to choose from. But the thing that made our night was the waitress that took our payment was sooo lovely and amazing. My 5 year old son wanted to pay with pretend pirate money that my daughter got with her halloween costume. He put 6 coins on the table. She was counting them with him while i paid by card. She took 1 and let him keep the rest. Thanking him for his payment. All night he was soo happy that he paid. I feel awful that i did not get her name but she really is an amazing lady. If you read this. Thank you soo much not many people would have done that and it made his night. X

The service was top notch with Kopila and other members of staff.My sister and I could not fault the service and the atmosphere was lovely.Got talking to some of diners as well,it was just a lovely evening and the staff were very accommodating. Cannot wait to go back again,I.know my sister will be going back as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Cosmos, and a big part of that was thanks to Agatie, our amazing server. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We celebrated my mom's birthday and it was awesome! The staff is very patient and ready to provide a solution, food is tasty and of good quality and the place is nice as well as the price. Really reccomend it.

Very good selection to choose from, the food i tried tasted very nice and was restocked fast, plenty of attention to detail and good time keeping. The staff where very fast and efficient. Another bonus i really liked was that they do Refillable soft drinks, many other buffets i have been to dont offer this. I Would return.

Normally these places are high quantity and low quality but not the case here. For how much food is available the quality is really good. A good selection and reasonably priced. Certainly worth a visit 👍

Use this restaurant for family birthday's often and we always have the best time. Today my mom and I went for lunch and as always the food was delicious and the service was top notch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For options were low grade, ice cream really cheap quality. Dessert and cakes were fresh and made with real cream. Salad bar non existent, no quality meat like lamb chops and steak. Most dishes were cold. This was my sons bday meal and cost me £75.

Haven't been for a few years a few things have changed it's a great place for groups as everyone can choose different dishes without waiting.

Lots of good food choices, always busy,good choices of drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic. Family friendly, good staffing levels, and the only thing that let's it down are the prices which are a bit expensive

Went for my sons 18th birthday meal and the food was awful. Ours was a group of 14 and not a single one of us enjoyed the food. 2 of us got food poisoning. Food was either tasteless, hard, looked like it had been there a long time. I had a chicken noodle soup which smelt so bad of rotten fish i had to ask the waitress to take it away as the smell made my sister fell quite ill. Spent £300 on the food and we all left hungry. Never again will i go to cosmo .

I went here for a birthday meal and u git food poisoning never go there it was horrendous

Went yesterday for my daughters, birthday and the food was soo bad onion rings were rock hard, everything seemed so tasteless would never go again, ridiculous amount they charge considering there food was crap. I have been too so many buffet and this was defo the worse.

Our server was lovely all the ladies are kind and courteous, range of food was great 7 Indian currys, many Chinese dishes and king prawns, scallops and Peking duck were delicious , enjoyed our evening and we took a cake and they brought it out with candles singing happy birthday such a nice touch Plenty of variety for most pallets and tastes they even ask if you have any dietary requirements which I have never been asked eating out before and excellent idea.

I came with my husband for my birthday and wow the customer service is a big wow,! Paru is a wonderful customer service who came to out table and always greet and attend with a smile. Wonderful experience in cosmo! Keep it up guys!

Met up with a lovely friend for a midweek catch up and the food was lush, ribs, prawns, vegetables and the fruit crumble was divine, an amazing dinner.. would highly recommend this place if you enjoy eating a variety of famous world cuisines.. Staff are friendly and polite, Kopila to mention a few and also it’s nice to see the manager getting his hands dirty too lol, extremely helpful he was.. Definitely a visit again real soon.

The girls at the reception desk will always find a great table for you, but it is advisable to book a table in advance because of the large flow of people. Always nice service from our Bhagyam and other waiters. cosy, clean and tasty, happy to come here with the whole family

Food as such is ok! Tables are wonky and wobbly! Thing I don’t like and not returning to Wolverhampton branch is, you got seating on one side and then you need to walk all the way to other side to get your food, through so called reception/bar area which is ever so crowded as people who not booked waiting to free some tables. You imagine to wiggle your way through that crowd with your food plate! Not very hygienic or safe! Refill drinks needs to be paid separately which they don’t tell you once you check in, you only find out once seated and they ask payment. Very misleading by my opinion as not even mentioning that on website! Overall not a pleasant eating out experience!

Food was okayish, some items really fresh and some old and tasteless. Chicken tikka masala was served without chicken. Bread hardly any. Sea food section. Closed no one is there. Worse part is. They will give 1hour 30 mins to eat 2 adults. And family of 4 where there 2 kids 6 year old and 4 months old. Before you realise. Half the time is gone looking after kids and you cannot enjoy food. Management needs to update there policies. Not all the customers visiting restaurant are the same. Some.have special needs. And staff at reception should be able to identify at check in desk.

Saturday 21 September 24 went fora family meal for my Granddaughter 9th birthday , unfortunately the whole evening was spoiled because my Daughter meal the chicken she had wasn’t Cooked properly, red with blood in it, my daughter call member of staff explained what was wrong she said she would show the manager, when he did come to our table, he laughed in my daughter face she was that upset she left cosmos and the rest of family were sat at table in disbelief , I call manager back told him I want a refund for the meal my daughter hardly eat because it wasn’t cooked I said I will report this matter to environment health, he wasn’t really bothered, after a while, I was finally given a full refund, but my Granddaughter birthday meal was ruined and her mom wasn’t even there because of been upset and worried she was going to get food poisoning. Very disappointed poor management. Wouldn’t recommend

Food was excellent having had bad experience not long after it opened. Went for family birthday and didn't disappoint. So many choices they cater for vast range of tastes. Refill soft drinks also good.

Came by because I don't often go out to eat however it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were really lovely, especially Agata who was really pleasant to speak to and made the experience even more enjoyable with her service. Additionally the food I tried was really good, so I was happy to find things I could enjoy! ☺️

Didn't book was a Sunday afternoon didn't have to wait, they take your payment before you go up to eat don't blame them as I no alot off people walk without paying, nice selection off food, wasn't to thrilled with the starter selection was mainly just deep fried stuff so stuck to the fresh grill stuff and Indian food all was very tasty, the staff are great continuously check up on you see if you need anything and clean any food mess, highly recommend.

Visited this place with family and friends, was not disappointed. Staff very professional, waited for a short time to be seated. Diners smartly dressed which was good to see.
