Food was amazing and the service was good but my husband got charged twice that was £56. He has rang 6/7 times to be told it will be refunded. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and still no refund. We have a big birthday coming up and was going to book for this. I’m really disappointed it has not been sorted out. The manager / whoever keeps telling him it will be sorted. We waited 15 minutes for a table that was booked.

Some food was very nice other foods were bland and cold very loud atmosphere a long queue of people just standing blocking the exits and enterance. Overall I had an okay experience just wish it was a little more peaceful and warmer food

Cosmo is an amazing place with a range of different continental cuisine with great staff service.

Visited on a Saturday at 5.30pm. The place was super busy as you would expect but somehow the noise was unbearable. The staff were helpful and there was a good selection of dishes which were constantly being refilled. Loved this place when I've visited before, but felt there were too many people crammed in there causing the noise to raise to uncomfortable levels 😕

It was my birthday today and kopila was very kind and attentive and I really value and appreciate her.1

Been here a few times now. No issues with the food or service. Toilets are always clean. Only complaint I would make is it's a little noisy in there, not the staffs fault or anything. Just always busy. Good for them who work here tho👏🏼

Great meal and great service from Binita

We had a lovely and amazing birthday dinner and it was fantastic. The customer service was top notch, the food was superb and the staff were polite and very helpful. Special mention to Kopila who gave us an exceptional service.

We were served by Binita. She is such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile. She welcomed us really well, and also checked up on us on our table to make sure we are okay with the food or drinks or if we needed more drinks. The food today were all very delicious. Thank you Binita for your brilliant service today.

I've been here 3 times. Twice for dinner and once for lunch. The menu slightly cha ge between lunch and dinner. Optionwise I eman. But it is still worthy for the lots of food selection, quality, and freshness. Deftly will go again.

Dont bother coming. The standards have really gone down. Service without a smile and the food was really slow to be replaced. The variety/options was poor. £84 for the 6 of us and just feel robbed. Dine and wine in Walsall is much better service and value

Food was cold serving point was meant to be 75°c but was served at 60°c then they was adamant on me having same food after a fresh batch was put in

Dıspicable the food is cold at served 60 degrees not good at all enough to make anyone feel sick. I will never go there again an would advice others not to eat at this place unless u want full on food posioning....

Visited as Birthday treat on a Thursday evening over Easter school hols. Was completely underwhelmed by the experience. The food was very cheap, not quality cuts of meat or other ingredients. Many of the dishes had obviously been out a long time and were dried up. The Duck pancakes section was pork?!?!? And this was very dry with the pancakes all stuck together. This was not replenished the whole evening. Throughout the evening 30-40% of the dishes were unavailable at the same time, and being replenished very slowly, when I asked I was told to ‘“wait” they’d be out soon. This isn’t really a cheap option to eat as a family, yet the quality and service feel more McDonalds than special occasion. They also applied a 3% automatic service charge onto the bill (only 4 of us not a large group) and considering the service we received, self service and empty food, this was not justified! They make you pay as soon as you arrive, which given our experience is a smart move. Much harder to get a refund or even walk out, once you see what’s on offer, and we probably would have! There are better alternatives, even in Wolverhampton!!! Will not return. Only good thing, non of us felt ill the next day, which really was a worry given the dried up poor food on offer. Not able to give less than 1 star, else I would!

Whole experiance was fab! Great service from Binita and the team. Team was top tier cleaning and replenishing. Food was excellent, atmosphere lovely! No complaints at all!

Just got back from an absolutely fantastic buffet experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the sheer variety of food on offer was impressive. Every dish I tried was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. There was something for everyone. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Excellent value for money and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Great food and lovely service our server Kopila was very attentive. Atmosphere was pleasant just spoiled slightly by rowdy people but that does not take away from here or the staff.

we went here for mother’s day. I booked for 5:15pm, but still waited for 10mins to be seated. Anyway, food is alright, they have plenty of choices and the asian dishes are nice! chinese choices are the same with other buffets. it is a bit expensive though for a dinner. Parking is free for 3hours.

We attended for my husbands birthday meal, great offer for those who are celebrating their birthday (eat free). Food was good, the selection was good & fresh. Served by Kopila who was helpful and prompt with getting us drinks.

We attended for our daughters 9tb birthday as it is her favourite place. Kopila was very welcoming and helpful and made an extra fuss of our daughter even getting an extra chair for her doll. Food was lovely and fresh. Another great experience.

Don’t recommend coming here if u have an allergy, especially any gluten intolerance or celiac. The website states they try to accommodate to any allergies, even asking a chef to customise a meal. Went there, informed a server and any recommendations for anything without gluten. Only option he gave me was salad. Everything and I mean everything had gluten, even stuff that are naturally gluten free like rice. The naan bread was not ticked off as containing wheat, or barley or rye, so I ate. After eating I was told that the naan isn’t gluten free. Would not of come here, found either the website to be misleading or the servers just unbothered.

One of the worst Cosmo restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff, including the manager, were unprofessional, treating customers like rubbish with no respect – never again.

We went here for my nieces 14th birthday last night. She was so excited to go, we had booked in advance, there were 8 of us in total. My niece had her Birthday banner around her. We got there and there was a Chinese young girl on the reception desk, she asked if we had booked we said yes and gave her details, she told us to wait until the table was available. As we were walking to our table the girl asked if we had a birth certificate with us to prove that she was 14, as she would get her meal free, we said "who carries a birth certificate with them and we werent asked to bring it when we booked in advance". The girl said "without proof you can't get the free meal for her birthday because we go by height so it's £22 for her". We said "We'll just pay the full price then". Then she took us to the table. The food wasn't very nice, all 8 of us didn't enjoyed it. A female waitress came and bought my nieces cake out with 1 candle and 1 sparkler, as she was trying to light the sparkler, she put the cake very close to my niece and she burnt her leg and made a hole in her leggings with the sparks off the sparkler. None of us will be back again. Awful experience and ruined her birthday night to say the least. We have a big family so i'm sure this experience will prevent alot of custom for Cosmo's Wolverhampton in the future.

The place was really buzzing but that's the time of day. Couldn't fault the food or service, as buffet you got your own food but staff we're really pleasant and cleared away efficiently
