Lovely atmosphere, very nice food and service. Clean and organised. Very happy!

The food was delicious, can always rely on good food here. Kopila was an amazing server, very attentive!! Always took an empty plate away, replaced cutely in a timely manner, asking us if there is anything else we need including drinks which also came very quickly too.

Lovely evening again. Reunion meal with one of the besties visiting from New Zealand. Her first time dining here and she was impressed. Lovely friendly service from Kopila as usual. Nothing is too much and always ensures your needs are met.

Went to Cosmo on the 6th April for dinner. Alyssia our host was wonderful and very attentive. Will definitely come again. The variety of food is just amazing

we went here for mother’s day. I booked for 5:15pm, but still waited for 10mins to be seated. Anyway, food is alright, they have plenty of choices and the asian dishes are nice! chinese choices are the same with other buffets. it is a bit expensive though for a dinner. Parking is free for 3hours.

Came for a catchup with my siblings. Service was amazing. Our waitress Alyssia was so good, very attentive and friendly.

The food was great. Spent the evening with my sister there and we totally enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress Bonita was super lovely, and attended to us in the best way. Will definitely return!

Food cold and hard and for the time we went the verify wasn't the great.

We attended for our daughters 9tb birthday as it is her favourite place. Kopila was very welcoming and helpful and made an extra fuss of our daughter even getting an extra chair for her doll. Food was lovely and fresh. Another great experience.

We went here for my nieces 14th birthday last night. She was so excited to go, we had booked in advance, there were 8 of us in total. My niece had her Birthday banner around her. We got there and there was a Chinese young girl on the reception desk, she asked if we had booked we said yes and gave her details, she told us to wait until the table was available. As we were walking to our table the girl asked if we had a birth certificate with us to prove that she was 14, as she would get her meal free, we said "who carries a birth certificate with them and we werent asked to bring it when we booked in advance". The girl said "without proof you can't get the free meal for her birthday because we go by height so it's £22 for her". We said "We'll just pay the full price then". Then she took us to the table. The food wasn't very nice, all 8 of us didn't enjoyed it. A female waitress came and bought my nieces cake out with 1 candle and 1 sparkler, as she was trying to light the sparkler, she put the cake very close to my niece and she burnt her leg and made a hole in her leggings with the sparks off the sparkler. None of us will be back again. Awful experience and ruined her birthday night to say the least. We have a big family so i'm sure this experience will prevent alot of custom for Cosmo's Wolverhampton in the future.

One of the worst Cosmo restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff, including the manager, were unprofessional, treating customers like rubbish with no respect – never again.

Don’t recommend coming here if u have an allergy, especially any gluten intolerance or celiac. The website states they try to accommodate to any allergies, even asking a chef to customise a meal. Went there, informed a server and any recommendations for anything without gluten. Only option he gave me was salad. Everything and I mean everything had gluten, even stuff that are naturally gluten free like rice. The naan bread was not ticked off as containing wheat, or barley or rye, so I ate. After eating I was told that the naan isn’t gluten free. Would not of come here, found either the website to be misleading or the servers just unbothered.

The food was extraordinary and had an excellent variety. Furthermore, Kopila had done an amazing job at the service.

The place was really buzzing but that's the time of day. Couldn't fault the food or service, as buffet you got your own food but staff we're really pleasant and cleared away efficiently

First visit to Cosmo and the kids really enjoyed it. However, £100+ for 2 adults and 3 kids was expensive for what we had. There were lots of dishes to choose from but sadly a lot was overcooked and there were many dishes that were ‘warm’ at best (like the soft chips). Drinks were ordered but we had to remind the staff of the orders and even then, they didn’t arrive for another 10 mins. It would also have been good to have additional cutlery available at our table as ours were taken when the staff collected our plates. We did leave with full bellies but overall we were disappointed with our first experience.

All the staff at Cosmos Wolverhampton are very friendly and polite. The food is always top quality and very well stocked and hot, with something for everyone and all ages.

Food was hot and fresh and restaurant is clean. Always checking in that everything is ok and clearing away the empty plates, very attentive! Would recommend. Only thing that could make this place better is if they bought back some of the old desserts! They used to do similar to a Swiss roll with cream, they were amazing! Prices are fair too £19.99 for the adults and £10.99 for the kids. Kopila - super friendly and was great with the kids? and Mariam (not sure if that’s correct but she was the lady who was training and took our order and payment) - very nice young lady! If she treats all her guests how she treat us she’ll be a great addition to your team!

I booked on Saturday Night for my anniversary but they didn't bother about any type of celebrations they just ask the purpose for fun. They served whole food cold nothing was hot and fresh and the main course at the end before 10pm they gave finished everything whereas they are opened till 11pm. Waited for pizza for a long time. My kid was 1 and half year he didn't had anything but charged £2.99 for him also and a service charge as well where they are not bothering anything about the cold food nor picking up the plates from the tables.

First time going there and i wasn't disappointed, the food was delicious and loads to choose from.

They were very accommodating, we had a 97year old with us and they arranged seating near the food so she didn't have to walk far. Wide range of food to try to suit all tastes. Thank you for a pleasant meal.

Food was about the only thing good about this place staff had no clue who was waiting etc nobody was seated at the times they had booked and was standing in the door way area where people had to walk through with food. Unfortunately it lets the place down the whole place needs a re think.

The food was fab. It's just a little daunting that the staff dont wait for you to finish your food before collecting the plates, but other than that, it was a good experience

One of the best "all you can eat" buffets that we've ever had, booked online, our table was ready upon arrival, the evening buffet had a huge selection of food, which unlike most buffets, was all hot and fresh, the dim sum was "wow" and the chef cooked teppanyaki was out of this world, we will definitely return
