Food was really good here, staff were lovely, good range of food for all people. Kopila was our server and she always checked if we were okay and helping people when needed. Kopila was great!

Came mid week and was seated straight away, Kopila served us and she was brilliant. Food was really good with a massive variety all fresh and tasty. Love this place will definitely be back again

A phenomenal dining experience at Cosmo! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative flavor combinations. Our server, Kopila, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. We booked in advance, and we were shown straight to our table. Lots of choices and lots to eat. My tummy was a bit sore from new year, so had a lot of grill food, but stayed away from Indian food. But my friends had some. Overall all agreed that it was a good dining experience

Absolutely a joke was so packed u couldn't move table was booked for 7 but we didn't get on there till 10 past and u have no privacy to talk the tables are so close to each other and me and my husband have had a really bad stomach since .

Took my wife out for a date night got sat down 10 minutes late got told to be off at 8:45 had the curry was like water got charged a service charge for don't no what. Since eating the food we both had upset bellies all weekend won't be coming back.

Lovely place to dine, it was my daughter’s 18th birthday and she had her meal free, they brought her a cake over with candles and sang happy birthday to her, how nice. Mahammid our waiter was very pleasant and cheerful which made us feel really comfortable, thank you. The food is out this world with so many varieties. We would definitely return to this restaurant again it’s top class.

Great lunch service! Lots of variety for an afternoon. Diya was really helpful when the syrup ran out on one of the drink machines, really lovely lady. Will always come back.

I always love coming here. The food is tasty and the atmosphere feels great, the staff are friendly and welcoming. We was waited by Diya, she's Super polite and friendly, and was always there if we needed our tables cleared or to order any drinks. Thanks for making this a great outing with my mom.

Came for a family meal very good value for money and we had an amazing waitress called diya she went above and beyond for us very happy will be back again xx

Some of the best food I have ever tasted. Also big shout out to Adam. Amazing customer service from him. He goes the extra mile for you. My son with autism would only eat a cheese and tomato pizza and they had none. Next thing we know a full cheese and tomato ends up on our table just for him. I will return for sure with my family.

Visited today(30/12/2024) as a part of our 7th Wedding Anniversary lunch date. Unclean glasse, absolutely poor spread. Naan were cold, Indian section was horrible. First time am visiting a Buffet with no live counters, dessert section was so poor, lacking any taste or presentation or variety. Today was a spread of two hot desserts(Fruit crumble and custard). Salad bar seldom had anything. The thing they had most was a bunch a nuggets, fish finger's, crab claw...and etc frozen food, which has been deep fried. They did have a Chinese spread, which was the better of the whole lot. However, Cosmos - I thought was more than just a Chinese buffet place. It felt all below par, I had massive expectations from a place like Cosmos. The soup, was still being cooked. And I went twice but never got it. I agree, the price is cheap. But the spread you get for a couple of pounds extra at a place like 'Jimmy's Spices' I Birmingham is massive. Didn't seem anything close to what they advertise or showcase on the website. Definitely not visiting them again.

It wasn’t a bad experience but actually quite good. However even though the food was amazing I feel like it could be better, as the cosmo in Reading I thought was a tiny bit better, but other than that I would definitely come again.

Worse place to visit. Most things were empty took long for restocking. When we asked for food they were keep saying wait 5 mints. Asian verity is awful. Totally waste of money.

Ate here yesterday, I was enjoying the food and options, I got through 3 big plates. But a few hours later after eating I started to feel quite ill, today I’ve been lying in bed all day just not feeling well at all (which is pretty rare for me to feel sick)

Came with family and friends on Christmas eve, meal was nice, we all had fun. Wonderful staff Irina made our visit a memorable one.

Diya was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed, very friendly. Thank you.

Booked a table for 13 people for a special occasion, whilst we were waiting for the last people to arrive out the party got told we had to pay everything upfront, which clearly shows what they actually care about, couldn't hear the server because it was so loud in there. Food was awful, definately not worth the money but ad you have already paid its not a concern for them. Whilst we were just finishing off drinks and desert, had a waitress come up and remind us we had to vacate from our table. 1 hour and half for 13 people. Disgusting, especially when you were struggling to get near anything because the whole restaurant had people packed in like sardines. Very poor service and all they are concerned with is getting as many people through the door as possible. They are not concerned with providing a good service. Will not be returning, has certainly gone down hill and this visit has reminded me why I havent visited for a number of years. We will not be returning.

Even though we were booked we still had to stand around at the front for a good 10 mins to be seated but for the time of year I wasn't surprised. Then we were "reminded" to leave at exactly 8pm eventhough we had been seated 10 mins late so should have had the table until 8:10pm which was annoying but luckily we were almost finished. All food was nice and fresh but if u want a steak then be warned they are on the same griddle as the fish so u will get a fishy tasting steak with a load of garlic butter on it too. That was the only "issue" with the food tho. All very fresh and tasty. Drinks too a while but again it was busy so be expected. More than 1 drinks refill station was very much needed though tonight. Didn't get many photos so don't be put off by my bland looking plates that was just 2 of many. Puddings were really good.

Had a very nice time with friends. Great variety of buffet food, not all of it is tasty but some dishes are nice. The atmosphere is good, cozy and carefree.

Toatally awful. It was my birthday when me and my husband gone their but 2 of us got food poisoning.

Arrived at opening time and the staff were efficient and organised our drinks arrived in a timely manner. The food was all hot and a good selection. The waitress irina was polite and attentive without being too invasive. It was an enjoyable evening by all in our party.

Service is great, our server Rita was really attentive. the atmosphere isn’t too bad and is welcoming. The food is as expected with all you can eat world buffets, a bit average and nothing special but does the job.

I enjoyed my meal at Cosmo at Bentley bridge Wolverhampton. Rita has been amaizing during our meal, she is a star.

The restaurant offers a decent variety of food. For the price, the taste is acceptable, but the environment is a bit noisy.

First time eating there and the food was amazing. I was served by a young lady named Irina who was very kind, sweet and polite. The staff there are nice and the place looked very hygienic. I will definitely come there again and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has not yet tried it.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of the staff otherwise it would have had 1. The toilets were filthy and stank. The food was not replenished frequently enough. In fact the food generally did not taste good. The in Indian food in particular was not cooked properly. The chicken tikka Masala tasted like it was out of a jar. Kids were running around screaming. The utensils used for serving were lying in the food. The deserts lacked variety. This establishment has gone downhill. They need to improve.

Not my first time at this restaurant and definitely not my last! Went there with my family for my birthday and was told my meal will be free! We had a really good time with a wide range of cuisine. Speed of getting a table was immediate (had prebooked). The staff were quite friendly. The restaurant was filled so quite busy with everyone going to get food but overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely going there again.

Another grand lunch at the Cosmo Wolverhampton! The range and quality of the dishes was immaculate but what i really must give credit to is the service. My server Agata was nothing but helpful! Would reccomend to all my friends and family.

Not very good food , all dry with no taste , sushi only rice with small pice of cucumber. , disappointed

The seafood it is so good we drive 1 hour to get here just for the seafood it melts in your mouth Thankyou to the amazing chef cooking it .

Food was absolutely delicious as always. Sooo much to choose from. But the thing that made our night was the waitress that took our payment was sooo lovely and amazing. My 5 year old son wanted to pay with pretend pirate money that my daughter got with her halloween costume. He put 6 coins on the table. She was counting them with him while i paid by card. She took 1 and let him keep the rest. Thanking him for his payment. All night he was soo happy that he paid. I feel awful that i did not get her name but she really is an amazing lady. If you read this. Thank you soo much not many people would have done that and it made his night. X

The service was top notch with Kopila and other members of staff.My sister and I could not fault the service and the atmosphere was lovely.Got talking to some of diners as well,it was just a lovely evening and the staff were very accommodating. Cannot wait to go back again,I.know my sister will be going back as well.
