Food is good and employees are generally nice and accurate with timing. Arshdeep served me today and i asked her if i could get the mother’s day free dessert as a takeout for my mom. She told me i can’t do takeout for free it will have to be full price, but if i eat in it’ll be free. i went to go and ask my mom if she wants to come back later and she said just pay full price. i went back in and told arshdeep about how i was on the phone with one of their employees today and she said i can take out and still get the discount. she completely ignored what i had to say and confirmed my order. her ignorance extremely affected my mood.

2025 update, smart, clean, pleasant staff. Still a great venue A great venue, rooms were pristine. Not a sign of wear or tear and very very clean. During my visit I was in a room with twin single beds, plenty of space to move around. A desk and seats were available to operate your laptop if needed. TV with remote, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, electric kettle with tea and coffee. Large shower and toilet space. Plenty of space for your shaving and make up equipment.Additional shelves and hanging space for your clothes. Large dining area was good as you never felt you was sharing your meal with strangers. Breakfast was included in this visit. The food was well prepared for a standard Full English. Porridge packs, cereal, fruits, yogurt and everything you need for a continental breakfast was available. Various coffee option, tea flavours and fruit juices. During the day the lounge area is very large and spacious with lots of natural light available via the large windows. Multiple plug and UBS points make this a perfect and comfortable area if you are on a business trip. Meeting rooms are available if you are planning a conference or family gathering. Bar facilities are on site. Reception area is large and spacious, staffed 24 hours. All staff were pleasant and polite, well presented in their various uniforms and very helpful. Various snacks are available in the reception area including meal deals and ice cream Parking is free on site, you just need to confirm your car registration. I didn't see any EV points on site, so this is worth checking if it's one of your requirements. Access to the entrance of the hotel is via steps or ramps making it easy for cases on wheels, pushchairs or mobility scooters. Within 3 mins walking distance is a KFC outlet, Asda petrol station and grocery store 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive. Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others.

Had food from here on 2 different occasions and both times food was great and would recommend this place to everyone better than my usual Chinese takeaway I've seen some reviews on here and think they must be really old ones or people out to get free food because my experience has been wonderful and will continue to use this company thanks for a fantastic service

When this first opened the food was lovely. My second visit was not so good and my third to be honest was awful did t take long for standards quality and potion sizes to dramatically fall.. one star is too fair my last meal was just plain awful….

Paid £1.95 for not even a full scoop of ice cream times 3. Disappointing.

Did not receive complete order, was missing drinks and extra fries that were ordered.

Top food. Even late night when closing. Huge chicken fillet burger. Super tasty. I couldn’t finish it was so huge. Fresh chicken and the piri sauce was super flavoursome too. Can’t fault it. I’ll defo be visiting again

We ordered take away from here, delivered in timescale, drivers very polite and friendly, unfortunately items were missing, however, customer service would still be rated 100% due to how promptly and fairly they dealt with complaint. Will order again.
