Food is good and employees are generally nice and accurate with timing. Arshdeep served me today and i asked her if i could get the mother’s day free dessert as a takeout for my mom. She told me i can’t do takeout for free it will have to be full price, but if i eat in it’ll be free. i went to go and ask my mom if she wants to come back later and she said just pay full price. i went back in and told arshdeep about how i was on the phone with one of their employees today and she said i can take out and still get the discount. she completely ignored what i had to say and confirmed my order. her ignorance extremely affected my mood.

Food was exceptional and the service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful and always have smiles on their face which makes it even more welcoming. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I just visited this place for the first time, and I was craving something sweet. I ordered the San Sebastián cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was great, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a must-try!

We had a lovely evening with great service from Singh our server. All our deserts were very large portions and extremely delicious.

Had a very delightful experience. I ordered a ferrero rocher waffle, I usually only eat half but because it was very delicious I finished it all. Excellent customer service, staff member called Singh was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Visited here with my friends very disappointed with the portions they were very small but price was too high and the quality of dessert was not up to par even a basic tea was £4.25 and the tea bags were very very poor

Went here with full excitement as I have a sweet tooth for deserts!!very sad to say that don't even do mint ice cream!!yet other heavenly deserts do...couldn't believe as I would think this is a good combo with other items on there menu!!a group of us went but a lot us wasn't satisfied as we expect better from a place like this!!

Been to heavenly desserts several times now the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxed even when they are very busy they don't rush you or make you feel like your in the way. Hands down the best dirty chai latte I've ever had.

So, I went yesterday for dessert with my family. Before I went, I called to ask about their vegan menu, but the lady I spoke to didn’t know much and said I could come in to check. I also asked if I could bring food for my son from next door PePes, who is allergic to soy, egg, and milk, and she cheerfully said that would be no problem. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the staff didn’t know what their vegan menu contained, and the woman I spoke to wasn’t there. They told me we couldn’t bring food from elsewhere, which was really frustrating. In the end, we had to go to Pepe’s to buy something for my son to eat. It’s concerning that a well-known place like Heavenly Dessert doesn’t have better communication about their menu. It’s a shame, it was supposed to be happy family time a birthday celebration which was ruined and also my daughter wanted to come to heavenly dessert for a while. We did order, but it was really sad that my son couldn't have anything since their vegan menu isn't clear. It says "may contain egg, soyabean, and milk" for most items, and vegan means food made without animal products, so it’s frustrating when the menu isn’t clear about what’s safe, especially for someone with allergies.

I started uni in Walsall just a few months ago, and this has been one of the places me and my flatmates visit as often as we can! Beautiful and clean atmosphere, most friendly and welcoming staff and the food is always a 10/10. Especially love the waffles, they’re perfect.

Love this place! So nice to be able to go somewhere in the evening with a friend and just have coffee and cake instead of having to meet in a pub. Desserts are amazing. Have tried a few things but am now converted to milk cake! And also love the latte. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my partner for the first time on Tuesday and we have been twice this week! He loves it too. Think I've become a regular ❤️
