Really bad experience with this cake shop...rude staff and rubbish cake...please avoid them...you can get better service at dudley road cake shops

Rubbish service and rude staff..no manner and they have no idea how to deal with customers...this branch should be closed

Got some lovely cakes from the bakery. Ordered them a week in advance, listened to everything we asked for and delivered to better than our expectations. I have had a great experience from order to collection. They were decorated so well and tasted incredible. The pricing was great as well. Everyone at the party was obsessed!

Very ruthless behaviour of the owner. I always get cake from their shop but last tym they dint even gave me bag with cake meanwhile she said if you want bag you have to spent £7.00 on card . I felt really bad. I will nvr gonna get anything from this shop again.

The service of this shop is very bad. I ordered red velvet cake but they give us chocolate cake which was not fresh.

i am so so disappointed with cake shop because on last saturday i order rashmalai cake which was not good at all no doubt i like their services even they prepared my cake same day on my request i remember i placed order around 10 am and my rashmalai cake was ready around 4:30 services was so good but am disappointed because of cake because cake was completely dry from inside i felt insulted in front of my guests they left their portion in plates because cake was complete dry from inside no doubt outer look was amazing and juicy but dry and tasteless from inside. not recommended rashmalai cake

First off All cake was rubbish!! Customer service is awful miserable lady asked for a bag she said is 20p I said can I pay with card as i had no cash she said no I mentioned is £30 pounds cake you can surely give a 20p bag she turned around and said we pay for bags lol. Would not recommend at all. Cake was falling apart by the time we cut it.

Ordered a cake and cake boxes for 2 year olds birthday. Cake was delicious and all our guests enjoyed it.

Really happy with the customer service i made a mistake with the date and timing but they helped me and made sure i received my cake one day earlier also cake was fresh and lovely best cake shop so far

Awful! Sent them a picture to put on my daughter’s bitrthday cake and being charged extra £5. The picture was placed only in right corner of cake. The lady on the phone said this is what you sent, the picture dimensions fits only in the corner. She could not bother to enlarge the picture or bothered to contact us. Disappointed 2nd year in a row. Guys please avoid them and order from somewhere else.

Ordered a cake last month for my daughters birthday party on the 15th of July, which gave them plenty of notice and all the information in relation to the order for the cake when collected was not told it hadn’t been 100% set in buttercream, was not told it was been made in buttercream and when I left the store and within five minutes the whole cake had moved called the store and they offered no sort of replacement or assistance in regards to sorting the cake then spoke to the owner who also said that yes it looks like it’s moved. The cake was finished the night before as stated on phone call with owner, which means it hadn’t had 24 hours to set, which with buttercream it needs. Was then told he will call me back on Monday to organise some sort of agreement and see in regards to some sort of compensation heard nothing back. Absolute joke spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds a year on cakes. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this store but this is definitely the last will never be using them again. Would rather travel further out to a branch that does have friendly staff and can actually put the customers first. There are 2 young girls one is okay who I believe is called Kieran The other is just rude and try to insult me in Punjabi to what I believe is her Father, not realising I speak Punjabi myself so completely understood. Absolutely disgraceful customer service if I could give zero stars just to this store I would. Unfortunately this does put a bad name against the brand which is very unfortunate.

OK the cake 🎂 is beautiful but not eatable unfortunately it's very tasteless is like you are eating washing sponge. I have you used twice this place and I won't use this place again and it's quite expensive too ..

I loved the pastel colours rainbow cake that I’ve requested. The colours were exactly matching to the decoration for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I was impressed because I am a picky person and that cake was perfect !! ☺️

Ordered a birthday cake from here following being let down by another company. Couldn’t have the cake we wanted but purchased something similar. Cake was delicious and fresh. Only criticism is that changes were made to the cake without any discussion with me and when we collected the cake, it couldn’t be changed.

Ordered a cake for my Birthday party and Gender Reveal. I made the mistake of ordering for collection on the wrong date but contacted them straight away to correct this. I was advised it had been sorted and then I got an email on the incorrect date saying that my cake was ready to collect. I called up and said that I had already sorted the new collection date and now needed to make sure that I wasn't going to be collecting a week old cake the following week when I arranged to collect. It was definitely a week old cake... The cream was sour, FLIES were inside of the box and it absolutely stunk. I won't ever be ordering from here as not only was the cake disgusting without even getting a taste, the staff were rude when my partner went to collect.

Bought cake for my sons 7th birthday this Sunday on 31st July 2022 from Willenhall Branch . The cake was not fresh only the top cream was okay but in middle bread was so hard to chew it. I try to avoid to eat it and tell kids don't eat might be we get sick, When I try to cut it it looks like I am cutting some vegetable instead of cake. I try to phoned them on same day but due to Sunday they shut early. Please think twice to order from here. Thanks

Absolutely rubbish customer service, I ordered a cake and she took no note of what type of sponge I wanted so I had to call back and remind her. Then she requested another £2 cash and not card payment. No apology was given and assumption were made when I questioned her. Appalling service. Never go back there again.

By far the GREATEST & TASTIEST fresh eggless cake shop I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. I have bought a fair few from this lovely shop and the fabulous people who look after us. Kiran understood exactly what I wanted and executed it so fabulously, the cake was even better than I had hoped. I chopped and changed my mind a few times, yet the service from all at this cake shop was fab and they had great patience with me too. The cake... Well where do I start.... The design, the gold colour, the flowers, the writing style and the taste was all impeccable. All cakes here are delicious and you will definitely go back for more. I highly highly recommend this shop and all that have provided me with such exceptional service start to finish. Thank you
