Perfect food as always thankyou.

Food arrived 30 minutes late. Food was ok nothing special.

It is 10min past and they say it is still not ready.

Delivery guy was super nice. Friendly and very polite. Food was 10/10 as always

My food was not delivered and the drivers says "delivered" after waiting almost an hour. Are the drivers stealing peoples food now or what???

messed uo the order with the drinks had to wait and forget what sauce it was so i ahd to ask for some aswell as there was no straws with our drinks.

food was bland no flavour at all i requested hot, mild, lemon and mango, all tatsed same with no flavour, chilli sauce is awful

food was late. cold we had to re heat it the mayo had burst inside the bag and covered all the cans of pop in mayo it was a right mess I had to clean the cans before they were even drinkable and throw all the rest of the dips away. I will never be ordering from here again. I have had so many good meals from other Pepe restaurants but this was the worst experience I ever had

I always pop in when I’m passing through Walsall- nice clean shop with parking outside. The food is always top quality and fresh the staff are very friendly.

First time ordering and the portions are a decent size. Food is good quality. Will order again

Hi Generally I go here often. However after getting this ice cream order today and then being told it’s normal for it to be like this. I am going to AVOID this place. This is a sign things are not kept to correct temperature be that ice cream or other. I am hoping the chicken is not kept unfrosted. And only 3 start hygiene 🤦🏽, let’s pass To resolve I was told to contact Uber eats and store could not do anything

I love pepes food. They always serve me well. Sometimes, I bring my family members as well. But it's so cold inside. I think it's the heater which is not working properly .food gets cold easily because the room is cold.

I was not happy with how late the food arrived! & Just Eat updated that the food arrived when it didn’t.

MY ABSOLUTELY FAVOURITE PLACE TO NOW NO GO! I would not even give 1 star! A month ago I picked up family platter full chicken and it smelt really off! Called the shop immediately manager agreed some pieces do have a bad smell and will take this up with supplier. He sent me fresh order that did not smell. A months later I ordered again and same issue full chicken absolutely stinks! It's not only me my 6 year old daughter could also not stand the smell!! I am going to report them now and NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN.

Quesadilla was too small, literally 3-4 bites and that’s it, the taste of the flour wrap was more than the chicken, at most two pieces of strips in it, very disappointed very, as was hungry and then had to sleep on an empty stomach! £10 and to be ripped off! I’ve had the same item from other Pepe’s and struggled to finish it. This would not have satisfied a child to eat, imagine buying for your kids, I did not mention it in store as I was very busy rushing to get out, absolute disgrace

I had family come over and had them waiting for food for an hour and a half. When I rang the restaurant they said it would take 5 minutes but it took another 30 minutes. Would not order from here again. Ridiculous.

A huge shout out to Mini. She was super helpful, I made an ubereats order asked for extra garlic mayo. Upon delivery we had less garlic mayo I called back and she said she would get it delivered. The best customer service I've ever received! If you're reading this, Thanks Mini and I hope you get a bonus/commission/pay rise for your wonderful customer service!

I ordered Grilled whole chicken. It was not grilled properly but like steamed whole chicken. Size of chicken was ok. I ordered through online. It was user friendly. And delivery was on time.

Don't ever buy anything from here because it is worse and not worth your money, guys. I bought burgers, but they were just not good enough. I ended up eating only the chicken, not the burger buns, so you can imagine how bad it was. I would rather prefer Peppers by Walsall town near Tesco because they are so much better than these guys.

Nice food but the service is terrible especially if you call, you’ll b waiting 7 minutes before someone answers then another 5 mins to take your order Parking to collect also needs improvement Dont forget to put your reg into the system or you’ll get a ticket

Tasty food as always! And the delivery driver always comes on time, he’s very lovely makes conversation, down to earth and I’m very happy overall! Always order pepes and I’m not disappointed!

Absolutely disgusting... Bought a whole chicken to find a chicken leg that looks almost half eaten or missing. Didn't eat any of the food went straight into the bin. Absolute waste of time and money. Save your money and buy from literally anywhere else.

Enjoyed a delicious meal at Pepe's peri peri walsall recently. Chicken was particularly flavourful. Service was friendly and attentive.

The food wasn't hot and the chicken/rice was dry.

Ordered lemon and herb wrap partner had mild burger....both undercooked. Phoned the restaurant for a refund on just the wrap and burger nothing else. Food went in the bin, I'm now been asked to go threw the bin or they won't bring my money back. Never will I order from here again. vile food and vile manners

Waiting 30min in store & was not acknowledged & absolutely poor service & when asked what is taking so long, the female Asian staff member with the big square glasses refused to know what's going on & lied saying it's coming. I go pepes twice a week & this was the last straw, I won't be going back again. Food was cold too, awful service.

Food cold, compensation was only £2.87 a joke.

The food was delivered with great care but there were no forks for us to eat with so we ate with our hands🥲

The driver couldn't find the address or even follow instructions therefore food got cold. The fries were undercooked and chicken was hard couldn't even eat it properly.

I placed an order and when it was delivered my rice box was missing and yet their prices are so expensive you would think the least they could do is get the quality of food right? Never mind the missing food. The remaining food was ice cold I should’ve given it zero stars And that’s what Pepe deserve. I accidentally made a mistake ordering from them. They are the worst place ever to order food from.

Just spent £10.20 for an over priced Chicken Rice box meal. So disappointed as i was really craving this all weekend 😫.. the rice lacking flavour and i ordered a 🔥 hot...the chicken looks anaemic..no sauce so dry.

We ordered food for a large family worth a lot of money. They took an hour to deliver , ontop of that, they left out some wings , we called to rectify the situation and they accused us of lying about the wings not being delivered and refused to give us a refund. The girl / lady on the phone was rude. Normally I would recommend but tonight’s service was a disgrace. You have lost a customer.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered food for delivery and took them two hours to even have it delivered. Despite having rang multiple times for updates as the order was delivered well after the expected time frame, the server was extremely unhelpful and did nothing to compensate for poor service. When food finally arrived it wasn’t cooked through properly. Some of the chips were undercooked and some pieces of chicken were burnt and was hard to even eat. All food went in the bin as it was inedible. Waste of money and a huge waste of time. Extremely disappointed as this used to be a regular spot before the refurb.

I went there yesterday with my family and I never found this tasty food anywhere the quality and quantity both of the meal was satisfying definitely plan next dine in plan with my friends to this place. And specially staff was so polite and Umer Nawaz the manager served us with dignity and politeness for sure this place is totally recommended by me do visit once
