Seagull Fish Bar in Walsall

Food just tasted like 2 day old warm ups not nice at all wasn't edible which is disappointing because Food is normally nice from here, don't think I'll be having from here again....

We came across the Seagull by accident. It's our 1st time but it definitely won't be the last. The fish was really flaky, the batter was crispy and not too thick. The chips were amazing, some of the best orange chips we've had, nicest chip shop curry sauce I've had. We paid £15 for 3 people, absolutely loads of food, best chippy I've been to for a long time.

Need more staff whole que only one person serving it’s not fair on the lady serving alone and the customers waiting - waited 20 mins for 1 bag of chips

Just ordered and food was hot and tasty. Just found this chip shop recently and food and prices are 5***** Had it delivered this evening and it was just as good as when picked up. Delivery was great and very polite driver !!!

Ordered and paid 17.85 waited over an hour and 20 mins food arrived was wrong order tried calling number incorrect no.other number to call, had a call from a mobile man saying 20 mins for order I asked what to.do with the food that was incorrect phone cut off when trying to call back would not answer was left with food that was not what I ordered and no one liked and no response I requested a refund and they will only refund around 9.50 absolute joke never again

We ordered a meal for 7 pm and it never arrived we tried phoning the restaurant but it just kept saying wrong number but it was the only number listed not happy at all

Ugh, it's seriously annoying! I mean, who would expect a fish bar to run out of chicken, right? And to make matters worse, the food is all oily, and the service takes forever. It's just not a great experience overall. 😕

Says open all day on Friday, yet was closed at 2pm. Ridiculous!

Food was hot and tasted ok only down side was there website said they were open but I had to wait 30 mins as they were closed

This is my local chippy. But I have to say I have never had a ad meal from here I have gone at different through out the day and it has been brillant service and food

Under new management this chip shop not only has friendly and helpful staff who welcome you with a friendly professional manner but now do battered chips which is awesome as this is very local to me, I've been in this area since July 2021 and the chips and other products were not satisfactory so had not used this chippy until about a month ago. Definately recommend for the scrumptious chips and very tasty battered fish which I have purchased on a few occasions now. Just wish more chippies would sell pineapple fritters and then that would be perfect, owners have been very helpful with this idea too, Thank you 😀😀😀

Had chips and kebab meat and yet again just like the rest of the chippies round here the meat is bland and chips on this occasion were very greasy. Tbh the shop isn't the cleanest I've been into either

The portions are massive and not too expensive but the food wasn't great I'd rather they gave less and worked on the quality over quantity

Guys save your money this place is the worst chip shop I’ve ever been to food was that bad we couldn’t even stomach it it made us feel sick it tasted days old I’m not 1 for leaving bad reviews but this made me angry 😡 now my kids are hungry and I feel sick how this place can trade and people are enjoying there vile food is beyond me !!!!!

Didn't put the lids on the pots of curry and gravy correctly, they went everywhere in the bag on the way back

Love my chicken kebab meal in box n salad. Not for dieters or cholesterol dodgers. Tasty. Good on ya goods n great value.

Food was under cooked chips wasn’t fresh tasted like they had pre heated them, sausage was sloppy in the middle. Now in bed with the shakes and being sick😷🤮

It's changed hands since I last went and I took a friend as it used to be the best chippy in the area. Wish I hadn't, made me look a fool as we had fish,chips and a roe. Food was only warm and could tell had been cooked hours earlier. Will definitely not use again. Had to throw most of it away. Got a photo but can't upload it. Lucky for the chippy.

Chips are getting worse 3 times I brought a battered beef burger got home it was cremated and couldn't eat it
