Railway in Walsall

Appalling service, the drinks were definitely not up to scratch. Charged for one drink then told didn't have syrup. Woman actually making drinks didn't seem to be bothered about the appearance of them and ran out of cream was about to just fob me off with it but another staff member told her to top it up which she did reluctantly. Love Costa but will definitely not be coming to this one again

Food was ok but we are very disappointed to find that we have just received a parking ticket for parking in the pub car park. We did not see any parking signs as we were too busy helping our elderly mother into the pub. When we were shown to our table the server never indicated that this was something we needed to do so very annoyed to have this £60 fine to pay !

This place has recently changed name and I have called here on a few occasions over the years but today was the worst. The food was okay and staff plesant but it was absolutely freezing in there and I literally came in to warm up while the misses had her nails done 4 doors down. I didnt really have a choice to anywhere else as i'm unfamilar with the area and had our dog with us.

Quick service and lovely food. Server was Gemma who was so nice and extremely helpful; she couldn’t do enough for us. Would come again.

I came in today with a friend for a quick drink and I wasn’t sure on what to get as I didn’t want to go for my basic drink the caramel frappe. But, I was greeted by the woman at the till whose name I think was Clair and she provided great customer service and helped me choose out a drink asking me what my preferences where. She was so sweet :)
