no proper service the people answering the phone dont speak english and tell you they are not responsible for your order like that makes sense i ordered for my pregnant wife and recieved no food due to lack of effort in providing what we pay for

We ordered jacket potatoes from here and honestly it was disgusting it tasted like sand had no flavours and the tuna was dryer then anything they don't know how to cook unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again

As compare to price food portion is very small , taste is average. Not satisfied with size of portion ,quality and taste.

Really aweful place went few times the food was okay then found hair in the food 2 times when told The person and the counter she was rude to kitchen staff, people come upstairs to we’ve literally stomp up the stairs and slam down the plate I’m not sure who the manager is but staff attitude is disgusting will not be going there again!

I ordered a kebab burger and said no sauce and no cheese as im allergic to cheese and they put cheese all over my burger and then when i call them to complain they were very rude and said i have to buy another one and cant get a refund

Delivery timing was good but that’s about it. Half of my order was missing. Burger did not have any of the stated items on. Called the shop to solve was left on hold for ages and staff did not have a clue what was on their own menu. Will not be ordering again

downfall every order we have had they send wrong items that on receipt no one likes strawberries why put it on a cookie dough if it was not on the order and the size wanted was not correct it was smaller size they need to look at the order receipts carefully I am a regular customer n still send some wrong items.

I initially rated this place 5 stars. But, it seems like they've changed owners and it's gone completely downhill. I used to call to order food and it was ready in 10 minutes. The last few times I've ordered on the phone, I waited 40 minutes....my order was just fries. The old staff were so friendly. The new staff look like they don't want to be there. It's very clear that the staff aren't happy with management, the atmosphere of the shop has completely changed.

Went for their desi breakfast.. the person at the counter wasn’t interested at all to serve customers, this should have been a red flag to leave but decided to try it out. Ordered Parata with Nihari and Parata with Lassi Saag. Parata was half cooked & wasn’t flaky at all, it was just dough. Nihari - it should be renamed to Beef curry. Had no flavor, simple basics of shredded ginger & green chilies were missing. Lassi Saag - I’d say ‘pathetic’ Overall it’s was a ‘Yaadgaar’ experience for us to never return back.

Chicken pakora was very very hard. Could not even soften it up in the microwave and Could not eat it at all. But the pizza was very nice. Only thing that saved the meal.

Nice little shop but customer service is appalling. I was talking to a staff member about an order and midway she turned around and began another conversation with her colleague! I was left waiting for her to finish her conversation with her colleague so we can continue but she walked off. In the space of 5 minutes I dealt with 3 staff members. Not good service at all.

Ordered some sheek kb, shami kb and chicken pokora. Loved the chilli sauce with it. Great service and great food. Will definitely be coming back

Delivery driver polite and courteous. Food still warm when arrived, food quality good. Shy of 5 starts as I paid for Coca-Cola but got Barr Cola instead, which is a blatant ripoff.

Online order was not delivered even though order was accepted. Do not order online the service is non existent. Had to go through an online refund.

You have lost another loyal customer today, quality of food has gone majorly downhill over the years. I bought fish pakoras today for a family iftar and most of them had NO fish inside, only batter?!! A total scam, you should be ashamed of this type of service during Ramadan. I won't return here again and will tell all friends and family not to either.

My order arrived spilt everywhere. You can tell the bags must have been dropped on the floor as one of the cans were burst open and spilling out the bag. Two of my meals were also split open and leaking everywhere. Opened my jacket potato (asked for beans and coleslaw) absolutely zero coleslaw in sight, dinner completely dry as the beans have leaked everywhere. Portion sizes have gone down also. Website needs updating as you order sprite and get cheap barr lemonade instead.

If you want your money's worth go down the road to chainak you won’t be disappointed . Every item we ordered here was served to us cold.the staff had issues warming the food. Ordered the paye and kadi pokora both dishes were such a let down. Paye just soaked in oil with no flavour to the dish what’s so ever. Kadi seemed like it had been sitting there a few days. Some food came late and we couldn’t eat it as it was paired to have with other items. They need to employ more staff seemed very busy and chaotic in the kitchen. staff gave us food we didn’t order and were also messing up other customer orders. Really disappointed as the branch in Alam rock is really nice. Would not recommend the Walsall branch.

The pizza wasn’t the best, the crust was very thin and abit burnt and tasted unpleasant. I will order from here again as it was probably just a one off. we’ve had pizza from here before and it was perfect but the pizza we ordered wasn’t good quality and we all agreed it wasn’t the best tonight.

1st of all, train your staff to have some self-respect for themselves, they're so rude, unprofessional, they have no respect towards the customer. Their online serve is the worst, when I showed them proof of my order I made online, they said "we couldn't get your order" and trying to all get on me like real school bullies. I stood my ground and scolded at them, I'm not speaking to them rudely, I'm being nice whilst the one of them is literally acting like a wild untrained dog on me. So embarrassing. So rude and annoying. Train them instead of letting them work like vile animals trying to bite their customers and be rude towards their customers. -100 rating for you guys. I have never had such bad customer service like I had received today.

Deserts are great n delicious. Even after eating there I always grab few’s for home 😘. food is fine but their pakora seems not fresh… but they try to put their effort to do the best… Cleanliness is also an issue…

Absolutely vile service staff I ordered over Uber and they never delivered my food I called them and got told it’s nothing to do with them not their responsibility and I had made a order through an app which goes to them the assumed I made a claim for my money back which I have evidence to that I never had my order go through and never came the number wasn’t working no way of contacting the delivery person yaadgar don’t deserve any stars at all worst service ever I will definitely be reporting them

Most of the bakery items are not baked , like bakarkhani are not even put into oven they have yellowish brown color in the dowh. For jalaibees they often use oil with a smell of fish .

The Oreo cookie dough was pleasant and well baked but ordered three milkshakes, which were extra milky and had little flavour to them. Disappointed as the quality is usually better at Yaadgaar.

The food was nice but a bit of cold, not too warm. Toilets are durty and smelly. No tissues were there, and no cleaning was done at all. They should focus on cleaning. All items are having chicken they should add lamb in their variety.

Best milkshakes with affordable prices, especially the galaxy flavour. Chocolate one tastes like a normal chocolate milkshake of asda or tesco. I had their samosa chaat and it was alright. On top of that, it is a muslim pakistani food shop and staff is really friendly. I hope they will make me visit their shop again and again.

Horrible, make a scheduled order for a big delivery, calls me 5 min before the max schedule time to tell me they had a busy day and couldn't do it. Unprofessional and rude.

Order arrived within 40 minutes of ordering so quick delivery. Ordered bbq chicken pizza and chicken strips. The chicken on the pizza was spicy which was unexpected since it’s bbq chicken. The chicken strips were nice just a bit salty.

The cookie doughs were literally rock hard! I ordered 5 and all went in the bin. Id say 60% -70% of the times iv ordered your cookie doughs iv had this issue. And i have ordered them alot! I dnt think i will be ordering them again!

Went there today, ordered a milkshake which was delicious. However, the chicken pakodas tasted old, I went at 9.30am, you'd expect fresh food first thing in the morning, but no, it's very rare you get fresh food here. I also ordered 2 katlamas, and there was barely any meat inside. I'm not even exaggerating. There was the smallest amount in the top crust. My kids had to peel chunks of the dough to find meat in there. Felt embarrassed to even call the place about it. I was served by 2 young women who didn't seem to know what they were doing, maybe new staff but they were nice. I won't be going there again. There's plenty of other places that do fresh and tastier food, please do not waste your money here.

Food was really disappointing. Used to be a regular customer and loved ordering. Since then, their food quality has dropped. Cake was stale and old, pizza was drowning in cheese, hardly any mince or toppings. Nachos was freezing cold. I had to grill it to make it edible. Wont be ordering again. Wasted my money

Ordered halwa puri breakfast and chana was very very spicy and puri were under cooked. Phone to complain and met by a very rude lady. Will not order again. 2nd time this has happened.
