KFC Walsall - Junction 10 M6 Services in Walsall

Yesterday i have ordered bargain bucket of fourteen pcs through home delivery. Kfc employee put all the leg pieces in bucket and the pieces were more fried look like burn. It was very disappointing and waste of money nearly 39 pounds. Please be careful , money makes by hard work not pluck from the trees.

Good food, quick friendly service in a handy location when travelling to or from Walsall. Inside KFC is ok, identical to 99% of all their restaurants. I do wish their seating wasn't so uncomfortable.

Ordered a fillet box meal and received what looked like a mini fillet in the burger. Extra piece of chicken was missing too. Waste of £20!

Ordered food through the app that came to just over £ 30.00, it never arrived at my house. When I phoned, the member of staff blatantly told me my food had been stolen and offered no help or assistance whatsoever. Go elsewhere for your food in future everyone appalling service.

Didn’t receive burger and fries

The food was perfect as always but the delivery guy was super rude to my partner at the door for literally no reason.. He gave the driver the code but then the driver was questioning why I wasn't at the door and he was.. very bizarre behaviour.

Wings and zinger tasted burnt and had a old oily flavour and beans were dry.

Never got to me did not receive anything

Nice and smart venue. Clean and tidy. Staff doing everything they should be doing. Trendy decor, plenty of parking spaces. Steady stream of customers during my visit but not too busy.

Food was cold and one of the bags of chips was half empty

Delivery was great but the but I received two small chicken drumsticks…..

chicken was hot and very good chips ok

im leaving a review because I was missing a bottle of pop that was supposed to come with my order, The delivery driver wouldn't give me the bottle, even though I saw it in his bag, he kept telling em to take it up with kfc. I was fuming.

KFC fast food is usually clean with friendly staff and you can enjoy your meal but not this time :/ This particular establishment fell short of expectations. The atmosphere was not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Improvements could be made to enhance customer comfort. A more welcoming environment would greatly improve the overall experience.

forgot gravy again,the 3rd time this has happened.

Again no gravy,spoit the meal wont be going back and nowhere to talk to someone to complain.

It was OK but the coffee machine was out of service. Toilets were clean.

Never turned up rang shop and told me it was delivered and I didn’t receive it they think the driver took it for himself

Now I’m aware that nobody wants to be working on a Friday evening. But if your opening times are until 11pm then they’re til 11pm. It’s just something you expect to just be better from a franchise.

All my food was very very cold. it was 35 minutes late, and the driver refused to deliver to my front door, I had to walk to the bottom of my driveway to collect. he was also very rude.

Driver went somewhere else in the opposite direction from my house, I assume their home or friends house before they came to deliver my food, by the time I got my food it was all cold I had to reheat everything…. Terrible service from your drivers

Can’t rate the food as I didn’t receive any! Ordered £40 worth of food through your app, must have given the driver the wrong order and then received the wrong order before taking it back and then I never received my order and no contact of not receiving my order and I can’t even get a refund because the driver demanded the code. Absolute joke

The delivery man was so rude!! He was on a phone call, which was loud and shouted”code” at me!! Also all my chips was all mashed and gravy was split on everything

I spent just over £40 for a meal I could have got anywhere else for £20 max, the coleslaw at 3.99 I could have got a lot bigger tub for less at the supermarket and the beans I could have got 4 tins of heinz for less also and again paid 3.99 for them, each were about 100gram. what a waste of money. portions used to be a lot bigger. very disappointed KFC! Will not be ordering from you again.

The 2 lads on drive through managing to get the lad on windows name which was Alfie and the other lad tall blonde lad with glasses think his name was josh, unbelievable service, on my previous visits to kfc I had a few issues but these 2 lads wouldn’t have made my experience better, were friendly, helpful and seemed very funny as well having a laugh with me instead of just slamming the window on my face like normal. It’s just a shame that after I’d received my food and ate it in the car park, I came inside to use the toilet and discovered a rather large poo in the men’s urinal and it almost made chuck my guts up, netherless the 2 young lads were on hand to open the disabled toilet for me, unreal service and fantastic experience

I've not visited a KFC in about 10 years because of a regular bad experience. I pulled off the motorway and had. Buffalo dipped bites £2.99 Kentucky savers snack box bundle - flamin mini wrap, small popcorn, fries, and an American coffee. I'm seriously surprised. It was a decent amount of food for the money, and it tasted pretty good. Looking back at my previous post about BK, they are defo out now, and Maccies might not get a look in for a while, too 🤣🤣🤣. I might buy that again £7.97. This is a really relaxed place, great music in the background and fast touchscreen order points with plenty of juicy pictures of the menu. I'm liking this. A good 4. Well done

Fine. Was served Sprite with no flavouring which they couldn't fix so provided an alternative. Quite quiet despite being very close to the M6.

I frequent this KFC very regularly and the staff are absolutely shocking. If you wish to pay at the counter you are met with a very long wait as they try to juggle seemingly infinite responsibilities. Once you have ordered you could butcher the chicken and slow roast it quicker than it comes from the kitchen. The staff have little training on the till system and certain discount codes, this isn’t their fault they just need training. 10/10 would not recommend
