KFC Walsall - Junction 10 M6 Services in Walsall

Food was lovely and the gentleman that delivered was absolutely lovely. Thank you’s all around.

We have visited many KFC restaurants around the globe and who would have thought that this amazing service and meal would have been found in Walsall M6 Jnc10 of all places. We were staying at the Holiday Inn just up the road and thought that after we had checked in we would grab a quick bite for a late tea. Upon entering, a member of staff was busy cleaning and tidying up. The drive through staff were super busy, as expected at such a location just off the M6. But, what really stood out next was our server Sharon, who took our order went through the options and extras that were available and went that extra mile with a super friendly attitude and smiled all the way through our order. The food was piping hot, all in order and quite frankly the whole experience was super. It’s as we were about to leave, that stands out as quite memorable. There was Sharon on a busy Friday evening, now tidying up near the exit, took our trays, asked how much we had enjoyed our meals and the whole experience. What an amazing women, someone give her an employee of the month award. Quite frankly it’s people like Sharon that exceed customer expectations, excellent professional service skills and generally made our dining in experience, really memorable. 🙌😃🌟

Not as tasty or quality just lately. Very small beans & salad for a bucket to feed 4.

Nice and smart venue. Clean and tidy. Staff doing everything they should be doing. Trendy decor, plenty of parking spaces. Steady stream of customers during my visit but not too busy.

Food was cold cans of drink in same bag & squashed the box with food in chips freezing cold wrap cold food nice if hot but not nice eating it rewarmed

Yesterday i have ordered bargain bucket of fourteen pcs through home delivery. Kfc employee put all the leg pieces in bucket and the pieces were more fried look like burn. It was very disappointing and waste of money nearly 39 pounds. Please be careful , money makes by hard work not pluck from the trees.

Cant really blame kfc but my driver decided to drive to the other side of walsall with my order to then come back on himself resulting on my food being cold

Ordered a zinger filler burger bit into it and it was 2 hot wings stuck together to be made out to look like a burger was chewing on bones

Good food, quick friendly service in a handy location when travelling to or from Walsall. Inside KFC is ok, identical to 99% of all their restaurants. I do wish their seating wasn't so uncomfortable.

Ordered food through the app that came to just over £ 30.00, it never arrived at my house. When I phoned, the member of staff blatantly told me my food had been stolen and offered no help or assistance whatsoever. Go elsewhere for your food in future everyone appalling service.

Ordered a fillet box meal and received what looked like a mini fillet in the burger. Extra piece of chicken was missing too. Waste of £20!

The food was perfect as always but the delivery guy was super rude to my partner at the door for literally no reason.. He gave the driver the code but then the driver was questioning why I wasn't at the door and he was.. very bizarre behaviour.

im leaving a review because I was missing a bottle of pop that was supposed to come with my order, The delivery driver wouldn't give me the bottle, even though I saw it in his bag, he kept telling em to take it up with kfc. I was fuming.

KFC fast food is usually clean with friendly staff and you can enjoy your meal but not this time :/ This particular establishment fell short of expectations. The atmosphere was not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Improvements could be made to enhance customer comfort. A more welcoming environment would greatly improve the overall experience.

All my food was very very cold. it was 35 minutes late, and the driver refused to deliver to my front door, I had to walk to the bottom of my driveway to collect. he was also very rude.

Driver went somewhere else in the opposite direction from my house, I assume their home or friends house before they came to deliver my food, by the time I got my food it was all cold I had to reheat everything…. Terrible service from your drivers

Can’t rate the food as I didn’t receive any! Ordered £40 worth of food through your app, must have given the driver the wrong order and then received the wrong order before taking it back and then I never received my order and no contact of not receiving my order and I can’t even get a refund because the driver demanded the code. Absolute joke

I spent just over £40 for a meal I could have got anywhere else for £20 max, the coleslaw at 3.99 I could have got a lot bigger tub for less at the supermarket and the beans I could have got 4 tins of heinz for less also and again paid 3.99 for them, each were about 100gram. what a waste of money. portions used to be a lot bigger. very disappointed KFC! Will not be ordering from you again.

The 2 lads on drive through managing to get the lad on windows name which was Alfie and the other lad tall blonde lad with glasses think his name was josh, unbelievable service, on my previous visits to kfc I had a few issues but these 2 lads wouldn’t have made my experience better, were friendly, helpful and seemed very funny as well having a laugh with me instead of just slamming the window on my face like normal. It’s just a shame that after I’d received my food and ate it in the car park, I came inside to use the toilet and discovered a rather large poo in the men’s urinal and it almost made chuck my guts up, netherless the 2 young lads were on hand to open the disabled toilet for me, unreal service and fantastic experience
