The fish and chips was really hard not really any fish in side was all batter

I ordered diet pepsi but gt regular pepsi. I'm a diabetic and for me no sugar is important. And that's happening second time in the row . You left me without drink what I paid for.

Delivery driver left good outside door, did not knock. Items missing from order. Disappointing.

Masala fish on nan amazing. The large mixed kebab was ok and the 10 chips that came with it not good. The pie had exploded and the curry sauce what was that, it was inedible lumpy cold slop, also the minimal salad that was served on the food was ok

Although it was closing time they still took my order and provided me with hot meal. They sent me alternative to what I ordered and I appreciate that since they were closing and had no nibblets

gave us the wrong food and when I called them they said they would send someone with the correct order nothing arrived and the next call they was rude and we ended up having to have less food then what we paid for. Don't order from here.

Buy a Family size pizza just now and when I reached at home and open it saw that it’s half baked cheese visible on the top of pizza?? Very disappointing

food was cold especially the donner meat, chips was not fresh & quite undercooked. The delivery time was 8:50-9:10pm. I called at 9:24pm to ask for the food as I it said delivered on the app however I didn’t receive the food, the worker said it would take 6 to 7 mins however it took 45 mins to finally arrive. quiet disappointed.

Had some guests and needed few roti , foolishly I didn’t check till guests every single one burnt black , thank you to the staff

This place is not like it used to be before.

I haven’t received my food. I waited for a long time and then called them. A lady on call said the driver is out for delivery but it didn’t come.

Ordered a few times. My last time will be my final time as the chips were completely raw to bite into as well as the chicken. Undercooked completely. Meat made me gag. Other times I’ve order the chips have been sloppy like mush. Level of quality has completely dropped over the years. So disappointing.

Excellent service and excellent food would highly recommend it

The food is sometimes around a 3 star sometimes a 2.5 but the service delivery wise is hit and miss so gave a 2 star. Had the ahsam special pizza, large chips, southern fried chicken, niblets, Mozzarella sticks. The food on this occasion was ok. The niblets are a bit salty. But generally was OK. Good value based on the quantity for price. Probably would order again.

Not happy with service, as I've not received my order and its been 2hours, never had a problem with this place before and this is the first I've experienced. and the person or phone especially the female was really unprofessional as she didn't know what to say on phone and continuing saying 1/2 minutes it'll come, 10mins became half hour and then an hour and eventually gave up and had to buy food elsewhere.

I haven't received my food so I don't know why it says delivered. Also, I rang the restaurant and the lady apologised and just said he left 5 mins ago. I'm still waiting 10 mins later

Staffs are very friendships and servising very quickly and qualify. All of foods are cheap and best quality and delicious.

No salad, forgot my pop again, no options for sauces, it was dry, no point writing in the comments as they don't read them. Used to like this place, but gonna find somewhere else.

Was absolutely disgusting, didn’t ask for sauce on my kids cheese burger they put hot chilli and mayo and salad, ordered pepperoni pizza it was burnt my child couldn’t eat it. Chips tasted like they was rewarmed. Donner meat was rock hard. I will never be ordering from here again.

If I could give no stars I would. First time ordering and it's so rubbish. The kebab box which they charge 8.99 is a small kebab just thrown in a pizza box. Chips are old and horrible kebab is warmed up and dry. Had no curry sauce on chips and no cheese either. Literally the worst takeaway I've ever ordered. And reading the other reviews they should be closed down.

Came on time, was nice but the fish & chips seemed less than last time. And forgot a can for my burger meal, called restaurant and they said they'll send one out, never received it. so poor customer service.

Food quality very bad.i ordered peri peri full chicken over the phone and they forgot my order I went to the shop for collection and the staff was blaming each other for my food for not preparing my food order then they start cooking my food and served me raw and cold chicken.they could not grill it properly and served me with the not fully cooked peri peri full chicken. Staff uniform was dirty and the shop is the dirtiest in walsall and very unprofessional staff and the food was below average. Don't wate your money by ordering from this shop

Ordered pizza but Toppings sparse - very little put on and Cheese was missing in large parts - have been ripped off with effectively bread and tomato sauce !!! Food was cold too Ahsam kebab house pleck walsall please Improve on your quality and portion sizes !!!

Paid using account credit and the remainder cash yet they don’t realise it

Ordered online a mistake happened with the delivery partner who didn’t accept my request of account credit so when they came they refused to give it me fair enough however I immediately ordered it again using account credit so had to adjust order slightly but they never came back with it and I waited a hour and a half gave them a call they refused to make it and re deliver, and had a go and raised their voice at me ( they also complained about how far away I was ) in that case adjust your delivery span to nearer if it is going to cause a issue and also to add for the second transaction using the credit they have taken it and refused to cancel the order so basically robbing me and I’ll have to do the process of reporting them and trying to get a refund

Refused to sort the second order out and complain about distance after I’ve paid for it after correcting error first time round tip chnsge your delivery service to somewhere closer to you and stop complaining about how far it is even though it’s a 15 min drive away

I just ordered two extra large pizza and I requested for them not to add an chilli tomato sauce the guy said yeah that okay we can add just plain tomato sauce when I get the pizza i saw the disgusting food I ever eaten he added an ketchup not tomato sauce , I called them and explained what is wrong with the pizza he said ketchup and tomato sauce are same he raised he’s voice on the phone being aggressive didn’t apologise or offer me to have a other pizza or even to apologise but he was saying laud listen ketchup and tomato sauce are the same thing this is how we do . The guys there are very rude we are regular customer they know us but he didn’t even apologise to me but he was raising he’s voice on me . Here is the pictures to see what does this review mean . Didn’t care and hygiene was tooooooo poorr

Firstly , they didn’t have a balti that we had wanted so we were forced to choose an alternative which came cold. Additionally , the delivery driver had an attitude when the food was already late and simply sighed at us , did not say a word to us. All the food was cold , orders were incorrect as we had asked for salad on multiple items and did not receive salad and the correct sauces like we had stated. The pitta bread in particular was like cardboard, inedible around the edges , absolutely rock solid. I think it’s disgusting, I should be refunded for the disgusting quality of the food.

The fish is oily as anything and hard and doesn’t look like it’s proper fish and been made properly oily things are so bad unbelievable

Ashamed kebab house. The food vile. The service depressing. I ordered for the family and they all left dissatisfied. The masala fish cod wasn’t even cod. I got mix donner in naans and it was dry and flavourless 2/10.

Delivered 30mins late as I scheduled the time from 5pm that i wanted at 6:30 and came 7:10pm. Called restaurant and they said they been busy as its not good as they did not keep me informed.

My brother asham kebab house your palak is oily as I’ve never seen that in palak before I’ve seen it in curries before as that is normal but try too sort it out 👍 will do you a 5 star as u definitely deserve it

Food was around 10 mins late when it arrived the food was cold and not up to standards

I bought what was supposed to be a lamb curry, but what I got when I opened it was 7 millimetres of nasty oil and some nasty gloopy gunk at the bottom and just pieces of bones from god knows what. Didn't eat it. Filthy place.

Food did not turn up waited nearly 2 hours then when I called them an hour later they decided to change my order with out asking me.

I ordered through just eat, and they sent me the wrong food. I first thought it was a simple mistake and therefore, I called the place. The man on the phone was very rude and said to me “there’s nothing I can do call me tomorrow”. I replied to this saying, “I can’t eat what was delivered” and he continued to say “call me tomorrow I will sort it” Theyre quick to take your money but dont offer the service or food they advertise.

They gave us the wrong food that we didn’t order. It was dry and not nice. When we called to ask for the correct food they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Disgusting lamb curry full of fat, oil, watery. Went in the bin. Sent extra dish which was burnt liver in spinach all went in the bin vile avoid at all costs !!!!

The SFC and Donner meat was really nice the chips could of been more fresh. The chicken strips are spicy but overall can’t moan for the price. I will order again next time :)

Lovely food, chips were fresh this time. Last time, some were fresh, and others were not, so this time, I was happy to receive piping hot fresh chips. My family enjoyed it. We shall be ordering from here again.

Order was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. Called the shop 1st time shouted "on its way" then hung up on me, second time I called shop they said "drivers not here don't know where he is" then I did a text update via just eat and they added a further 10 more mins. Food was cold, would have been better if were honest and said 90 mins wait in first place and sent the food hot. Probably wouldn't order again unfortunately.

The owner walks around yelling at the staff right infront of the customers. Staff uniforms looking 5 years old unwashed. Mops seem to be non-existant as the floor was filthy. Fries where bland. Had to wait 26 minutes for the food. Got the order wrong twice and the food was VILE. Donner was chewy. Avoid at all costs.
