Very good customer service and good quality food, service was quick, ordered donor meat and chips and was better than I expected

I do not suggest going there. Orders get wrong and after trying to correct them they attack customers. Very bad experience.

Brilliant Hotel, close to city centre with everything within walking distance. Recently refurbished with comfortable beds. Good cooked breakfast in the morning, glad I didn't take on board other reviews, people do love a Moan!!

Overall, it was a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious—rich in flavour and clearly made with care.😍😍 Although the service took a bit longer than expected, it was due to an issue that was being resolved at the time, and we appreciated the transparency. The owner was exceptionally helpful, taking the time to guide us through the menu and make recommendations based on our preferences, which made a real difference. One point of feedback: the white rice didn’t seem very fresh and was quite hard. Also, while the food was full of flavour, the spice level was a bit high for my taste. That said, I’d definitely return and would happily recommend this place to others.❤️

First time I’ve eaten from here but it was delicious and I’d recommend here for anyone. I had a jacket potato with tuna and cheese and it was filling and delicious with plenty of filling inside. All in all i rate it ten out of ten

I have travelled to many places in Uk, a bit of a foodie. Didn't expect much to eat in rugby was planning to go to Leicester. But I thought to myself let give this place a go. It did not disappoint, the smash burger was good, the naga donor was really nice. The chicken burger was nice and fresh. The chap really looked after me with the portions.

Amazing chips, good portion and nicely cooked, like chips should be. Thanks. Mr Chips the owner was very friendly with service with a smile!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We placed our order at 17.50 and was due to be delivered at 18.50. It is now 20.25. We rang them 3 times and they just kept repeating that the food had left and the manager stated that he was busy and there was nothing they could do. Appalling customer service and will never return!

Im sorry but you have lost us as customers. Had Singapore chow mein. 2 king prawns 2 small pieces of beef, 5 strands of chicken, 1 slice of carrot and 2 pieces of green pepper, the rest was oily noodles, the heat came from runny curry sauce. 1/4 of duck was smaller in size than ever before....the batter on prawn and chicken balls under cooked... This was really good take away a year ago.

Only ever had takeaway delivery meals, it's our go to Chinese, always delivered on time always hot plentiful and tasty 😋
