Nice venue go there most Monday nights after football

We went to the The Clifton Inn the other Day for the first time in ages the other Day. Obviously it had changed (we knew that it had a Refurb)but on the whole we really liked it and will definitely go back again.

I often visit the pub nice meeting point yes I like it. Nice service and very friendly environment

Used to be ok. Now a bunch of robbing druggy thieves.

We visited this place so that my husband could see an authentic English pub and we were not disappointed. Very nice and helpful staff plus really low prices for tasty beer ;) We visited because I want to give my husband proper english pub experience. It was amazing - really helpful staff and affordable prices.

Had a laugh with the Karaoke when our coach trip rolled in before Christmas. They had every song we asked for.⛄🎁

A lovely pub with a great atmosphere, the staff go above and beyond. Ram and Steph the owners are lovely as is Ellie who manages the bar. Thank you for looking after us all at my mum's wake. See you soon. Emma xx

We were on a coach on our way to watch Arsenal v Leeds , we were stuck in traffic and had no chance of making the game . We decided to pull off the motorway and after being turned away by a few pubs and the match had already started we came upon the Clifton inn who welcomed all of our coach party into their establishment. We watched the game out and enjoyed great hospitality and good beer . Thank you to everyone there. We will definitely be back . Marching on together Leeds Leeds Leeds 👍🍺🍺🍺

By far the best watering hole in Rugby. Personally make frequent trips here for the atmosphere, fantastic staff and all round great times with the regulars. 40 mile trip from Brum to have a superb pulled pint, always felt welcomed and the Boss man/ Boss Lady are a credit to hospitality. One if not my favourite PUB

Would drink in there again. When we arrived the social distancing rules they had in place was explained to use very well and they kept checking we was following them

UPDATE. Visited upon covid Reopening. I have visited a few pubs and restraunts and this place by far has been the most organised and clean. The owners do a great job of following guidelines and the place was immaculate. Defo will be visiting again. Awesome pub. Pool and games room. Great crowd. Great deals on drinks. Massive gin selection.

I went in there after a Rugby Town match last Saturday with a group of Rugby Town fans I met the owner Ram Parma and he made us feel welcome we spent the evening in there ,a good band were playing and we spent a most enjoyable evening all the staff were very friendly and professional if you are in Rugby this is a brilliant pub to visit you won't be disappointed

Reasonable prices and usually great atmosphere. Great for watching sports thanks to a large screen and multiple medium sized screens around the pub allowing for different sports to be shown simultaneously. Unfortunately though they are not serving food at the moment due to having no chef.

Plenty of choices of beer, cask and keg, friendly staff, what is not too like

I know it's been sold so I hope it gets a make over TLC as it's a rough and ready kind of pub , I hear to start selling food so that will help, it has a big screen for the football and that helps bring in punters. So if your looking for a bit of class this is not for you it's a working mans pub full stop.
