Fresh tasty chicken , chips bit on poor side but over all will try again

Great food, great prices and prompt and polite service and delivery

Order was wrong, garlic bread was burnt, replacement food was looked like something thrown together at the last minute and needed reheating. Order at your peril, a takeaway is supposed to be a treat, not a health hazard!

Taste good chips was dripping with grease and so were the wings, disappointing because your my go to place

Disgusting,,I have thrown up, I placed an order and the phone man doesn't even speak English this is horrendous.we did not get any of the food we ordered and none of the children are happy.greasy wet buns.chewy batter on chicken I do not recommend for a family dinner.

I ask for a plain burger I get a burger with mayo and salad. My granny asks for a plain burger as well and gets a chicken burger. Absolute waste of money, dont try this.

I ordered a deluxe chicken burger I got beef burger it was awful very gritty when chewing, chips were horrible. Husband had breast of chicken disgusting. What waste of money wont be going there again

Took 1hr 30 mins to arrive, cold, dry, and order wrong. Called and resent the food- driver asked to SEE the food, to prove that it was inedible and that we weren't lying! Very rude and aggressive. No apology whatsoever. We won't be using again after their behaviour.

So disappointed, our usual place was closed. Took over a hour and 20 minutes. The pizza had a strange texture and both pizzas tasted the same shouldn't have though different toppings. Sorry I'll not be ordering from here again.

2-3years ago it was much more better..now chicken is dry..chicken filet burger aswell..

Absolute waste of money. Apparently when you ask for just lettuce you get onion and cucumber (suppose they do look the same 😂). Salad portions are tiny. Delivery, i could of walked there and back in the time it took them. No taste to the food then to top it off their hygiene rating is 1!!! A 2 year old could of presented a more tasteful and presentable meal!!

Don't waste your money, or time. Food arrived after OVER an hour, had to phone to chase it. When it arrived, it was cold and swimming in grease. Driver was rude and said "I don't care, I'm just a driver". I will never, ever, go here again.

I ordered two pizzas and a bunch of other stuff from this take away. The pizzas (chicken BBQ and chicken tikka) cost me £20. Needless to say they were atrocious when delivered. They were literally cheese on dough with nothing else (one or two chicken pieces on them). I have never seen worse pizzas in my life, and I had guests over! If you want or like your pizzas do not order from them. The chicken pieces nuggets etc were passable.

Looked quite dirty and food hygiene seemed slack, serving people, taking payment then helping prepare food and hand washing wasnt witnessed nor were gloves being used. Staff not very friendly nor did they seem to know how to use equipment, made me very nervous to eat the food if honest.

We enjoy the food normally but ordered yesterday, wasn't happy, was a few minutes late, that I can cope with, when I got the order it was that soggy the bag fell apart, looked like a 2 year old threw the order together, the fries were upside down so they fell out

The worst meal of my Life. First they served me with the old and expired food then after that on my complain they gave me again old food. Meat was not cooked. Ridiculous

Tried this for the first time and had the classic burger , and I can say the food quality and taste was really good, and the staff was very attentive and polite, I would recommend this place and I will be a regular visitor for chicken Burgers

It was one of the best takeaways in rugby for me over the years,last couple orders were really terrible,old salad inide,the meat was really ridiculous,and chips looked like somebody vomited on them,customer service really poor,hard to understand them,they answer the phone,and talk to other people.Managment need to be changed.NOT RECOMMEND.

Great attentive staff. The menu covers all your munchies needs. They have everything from burgers, za, fried chicken and the list goes on. The fried chicken was a little dry and a bit over done but the flavor is definitely there. The spicy Wings rock. Good deals, good value for the dollar. They even deliver

Came within 10 mins, half the order was forgotten. Chips were cold and stodgy. Profiteroles were frozen completely and everything looked a complete mess. The only good thing was the chocolate gatto which was tasty.

Love their food, tastes fresh and flavoursome!

Crunchy crispy Nan bread and frozen profiter rolls. Tomato sauce was spicy, the large chips were small. Shish kebabs either come with bacon or pepperoni, not having either seems not to be an option, despite a specific request. We were charged for delivery on a £25 order and we live less than a mile away. The kids liked the fudge cake and the Friday early evening delivery was quick enough though.
