The food was very good they gave us a discount on the food

We stopped @ Rugby Service Station for an appreciated stop, stretch our legs and grab some food. We choose Burger King and were very happy with the Smoky Chimichurri Chicken, Smoky Chimichurri Angus and loaded fries, but the onion fries were absolutely rank. Most disappointed to be offered a special of 1 pound onions rings to eat them at the end and leave a stale fat and burnt offering lingering taste. Without them we would have given Burger King top marks but the onion rings were a woeful at best.

Very slow in service and staffs are making more mistakes in orders they need training especially The manger is struggling and the production is very slow .

I’m really unsatisfied with my order, I’ve explained to the cashier 3 times regarding my food not having bacon included and they included this in my burger. When I brought my food to the shop the manager Maz was so rude about me having proof of purchase when me holding the burger is sufficient enough to prove so.

Speed of service was average. But the quality was brilliant. You guys deserve 5 stars!

The wait for food was much too long and their machines did not print recipts but just made a loud noise. I ordered my chicken burger with no American Cheese and no Mayo, instead I got my burger with cheese. I went back and got a new one, but this time it did not have cheese or mayo, which was correct, but they left out the bacon. The bacon is the only was to distinguish it from a chicken royale. So overall, just a poor experince.

Breakfast menu is wide ranged and well prepared. Hot and delicious food! But coffee is not that good in this place

First time in this restaurant, but I really liked it! You will get an excellent service and tasty food!

I just wanted to have a whopper with water, but the cashier has told me that it is better to have it as a meal as it comes even cheaper as a meal. I was so delighted as the employees care about their customers so much. Excellent job BK!

If want a quick meal don’t come here. No mayo, and was burnt couldn’t be asked to walk back in and wait another 30mins This place is a joke and won’t be coming to BK again. Will be emailing BK head office as not acceptable

I had to wait 20 mins for 3 ice creams. Ice creams taste like cough sirup. I've ordered them for take away, none packaging was provided.

Short staffed, so service was a bit slow. Food was warm., so was probably sitting for while before serving out. Will not go here again.

Terrible spent just under £40, for the request of NO SALAD AND NO SAUCE TO BE IGNORED! no way to contact them and have all the proof that this was stated clealry and it was due to allergies, useless, what is the point it having the option to tell them about this if they clearly ignore it! Terrible, you have one bloody job! Give what is asked and paid for, its written down in front of you if you take notice, i clearly see it on my reciept that you sent! Idiots.

Food was hot service was quick great area to eat will visit again in the summer and make use of the outside area 👍

I've bought from here many times without issues. This hasn't happened often, but we do tend to post negative reviews more often than positive ones. Unfortunately. I ordered a double whopper with cheese, but instead got just a whopper. And the bacon on my fries looked like pigs have gone on strike. 🤣😂 I couldn't be bothered to walk from the truck park. I normally love this place. But not today. Guess I have to check my order every time from now. Was otherwise as expected from Burger King. Good taste, not cheap.🤣😂🤣😂

Customer service was generally appalling, and then I had to return my burger. They replaced it, but no apology given or even basic communication.

I would of loved to leave a 5 star review for this place but one problem the manger ( LARGE LADY) is such a moody jobs worth. Have never had a problem here until this cream cake warrior i had dealings with over a problem with my order was just point blank RUDE to me and my family over a missing chips and accused me of eating them before notifying them ( i think she had the chips). I did ask to speak to a manger but she was the manger did email head of moto and head of burgerking with no reply as of yet.....

Never thought I'd rate a service station on Google but the play area for kids is great and warrants a special mention. Plenty of food options too. Very modern services so everything works.

Absolute disgrace of a service tonight, the lady, well teenage girl who probably missed parts of her education, was extremely rude, when asked if I could have something removed from ONE burger before they even started cooking it, as we had an allergy and there was no option on screen to remove. Appalling service from this person, and we were spoken to like dirt, if you’re unhappy with your job why work there? She needs to be re-educated on customer service as there was none on show here tonight! Food was tasteless, parts of the order were wrong avoid this dump!

Just like any other burger king. But they seems to be in a rush. Its poor when even the most basic thing like ketchup has ran out.

Appalling. Staffed by 3 people on a Saturday lunchtime. 1 cooking everything and 2 serving. Every order before us was wrong. Continous flow of past customers coming back to correct errors. People coming back complaining about food being cold. Not very busy but painfully slow service. £10 for a small basic meal. My meal was cold also. Coffee was terrible (and not hot). Clearly understaffed and cannot cope, hence slow, cold food and many errors.

Nice kids play areas in and outdoors. Frustratingly as ever the toilets are all the way at the back. People waiting for not so fast food in walkways. Comfortable seating in dining area.

Waited over 40mins for food. This is a services and people are driving long distances, 40mins to get food is terrible. 2 people over worked making mistakes, this should have been closed to save the mess

Staff ignored me whilst I stood patiently at the till, when I asked for service staff where rude and said they where busy. There was only 3 other customers. Eventually took my order and had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted as she wasn't paying any attention. Piss poor service

Definitely some greedy people run this place, not accepting BK app, wank…. The review is only dictated by the fact of no offers. Lack of acceptance of BK app should be in your description I would stop somewhere else.Staff is absolutely genuine and nice food also prepared to the best standards.

Food was great, service was great and cleanliness was great, all that being said, it's a good 50% more expensive than you pay at McDonalds, this could be because it was at a services, but still a good hit to the wallet. To reiterate, the only problem I had was price.

The building is clean and looks very smart. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. One women in particular was very kind and made my visit delightful. The food was hot and fresh. Loved it.

I had the best experience here. I was stuck on what to order so I went to the till to ask what they would recommend and the manager Jessica Broomfield was an absolute legend!!! She recommend a burger and I couldn't resist the urge to try it. After waiting for just a couple of minutes she called my number handed it to me in a really professional manner. She even went out the way when I was sat eating to come and ask how my day was and to ask what the food was like.... this is outstanding customer service and she truly deserves a raise!!! The most polite person there. I will definitely be back

Best burger king in the country. Hot food and staff. I spoke to the managers Benn and Jess and they were so very kind and helpful to me. I will deffo return

The food is the best if you like fast food. Ingredients in hamburgers are fresh, you can feel the difference. The toilets are clean. The tables are clean and not greasy and I love the fact that you can eat in While you are enjoying your food your little toddler can play in the free play area. You can play a bit of slots while waiting for the food to prepared.

Just ordered 2x double whoppers to takeaway. Got back to the car to find we had been given 2 X double cheese burgers. Couldn't be bothered to walk back so we ate what we were given. To top it all the chips were cold

Some of the ordering systems weren't working and the staff when asked about this were dismissive, like we were supposed to know how to work around the problem. The service overall was a bit rubbish with confusion over what we ordered etc

Really enjoyed our meals here. There was an issue with one of our burgers but they sorted it really quickly and replaced it with a more expensive meal. Service only seems slow (but isn't slow, just isn't instant as can be expected) because they Make Everything Fresh and not sat on a shelf like another well known burger restaurant. The food is hot and only unfortunately goes cold quite quickly because the Aircon in the services is on full blast which so not Burger Kings fault. The value for money is very good because the meals are large and filling in comparison to another well known burger restaurant where you are always starving after 10 minutes.

If I could put 0 stars I would it says online that it opens at 11 when we arrived so we waited and waited and they told us it would open at 12 but didn’t open until half 12, we were the first to order and when we got our food it was some how already cold absolute joke to be honest for the price as well

Not the best...waited for a while to receive food while staff were stood there talking and the food going cold. Received order to find things missings and the rest was really cold. Nit the best experience here.

we ordered at one of the machines to speed up the process but the service was very slow. The food was good although they only had one kind of dip.

Food is on point, the service is not. I love the plant based nuggets. They are my favourite fast food item. Waiting 28 minutes, with four people working in the restaurant, and two orders (not huge ones either) in front of me, is outrageous.

Been multiple times now and has been closed way before closing time but 50 minutes before is a bit excessive

I’d drive further in future just to avoid to be honest. Stopping at a services isn’t the most fun thing for drivers either, but basic manners don’t cost anything. All because I asked for sauce to go with the meal. First I was abruptly told no, I had to order and pay for it. “It’s 20p a pot you know”. Not an issue, except there was no option to order sauce on the touch screens - I’ve never been charged before so didn’t know it was a thing. When I told the lady that she then just slammed some on the counter and walked off leaving me to have to lean through the protection screen to try and reach my food and the squashed sauces - Yep, she hit the counter with them so hard they’d flattened. Everyone’s entitled to a bad day but really unnecessary and inappropriate in a customer facing role. I’d not made a fuss, just asked for some sauce. With no option to order on the screen and not wanting dry chips, I’d be scared to dare ask again!
