Food cooked lovely and fresh polite staff not much of the wait for the food lots of tables space parking outside free for a couple of hours then chargeable or free for blue badge holders ground floor so lots of disabled access available a nice one well done keep up the good work 👏 🙌

This was my first time visiting the new Burger King Moto Stop in Rugby and I was genuinely blown away! The place was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was super quick. My burger was fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked – honestly one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The self-service screens were easy to use, and my order was ready in no time. I’ll definitely be coming back – great job to the team there!

The glitching display on the Fanta Frozen machine has not been fixed since my last visit several months ago. Food selection isn't great, especially for breakfast. Staff are good.

Waited for nearly 30 minutes for my order, only to find one item was wrong and burgers were cold. Whilst I was waiting, one woman came back 3 times as her order was wrong. I love BK but this really was a rubbish experience. No direction in the back with staff just wandering about aimlessly. Counter crowded with the usual mob of delivery drivers. Not welcoming at all.

I recently visited Burger King for a quick lunch . The service was fast and friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. I ordered a Whopper meal and a side of share box. The burger was juicy with that classic flame-grilled taste, and the fries were hot and crispy.

Ok food, very expensive, god awful service

The food was sitting in the heated display ready for more than 5mins. along with 3other completed meals with customers waiting.The staff and in particular the supervisor were too busy fooling around and chatting among themselves.When I asked for my meal the supervisor said it would be ready shortly,and it was in the hot cabinet.No manners either.

I don't know who just prepared my "triple whopper" burger without lettuce, but it turns out that the only thing you can see are the three beef steaks, it barely has tomato, cucumbers and the onion was lost along the way, I find the service of the person who made the burger ridiculous, it seems that the worker paid for the ingredients when the customers paid for it as they charged me 14.19 pounds for the shit amount that it brings that I almost have to go and get a magnifying glass to see them.

Tasty burger and speedy service!

I downloaded the app for my free burger on 5/03/2025 and drove over 10 miles to collect it , to be told “ we don’t do that app” at Rugby, Warwickshire, no apology just a very blunt statement. I was looking forward to my hopefully tasty treat as I haven’t been to a Burger King in several years, and after this experience it is going to be several more years before I ever go back again. False promotion, I’m on my way to McDonald’s now

At 7:30 in the morning 5/3/2025. A kind, civil, man attended my order with true care and presiccion. Fries hot, polite small talk. A perfect example of 5 star service .

I always stop here for the double Whopper meal, when I travel for work, the staff here get it right every time, never been disappointed, highly recommended

The order was incorrect, however, the staff corrected the order in a timely fashion. The staff were very polite and amenable.

The guy who served me was very cheerful and friendly, he assisted me offering one of their best sellers burgers the cheddar bacon angus, I did not have to wait long less than 5 min I received my order, and the taste was very delicious.

I visited the restaurant in the very busy hours, but they still managed to get my order done within 5-6 minutes what is all about being a fast food restaurant. Well done guys!

Ordered at 18:45 said it was going to deliver at 19:23pm. Still waiting at 20:33pm. Had to order from somewhere else in the end. Awful service and no way of contacting the branch. Tried calling and the call couldn't be connected not by Burger King or Moto Services. Won't be trying again.

Expensive as it's on the local motorway service area. Accessible off the motorway though. What you'd expect of the brand with a nice indoor or outdoor seating area. KFC and Greg's available too

We stopped @ Rugby Service Station for an appreciated stop, stretch our legs and grab some food. We choose Burger King and were very happy with the Smoky Chimichurri Chicken, Smoky Chimichurri Angus and loaded fries, but the onion fries were absolutely rank. Most disappointed to be offered a special of 1 pound onions rings to eat them at the end and leave a stale fat and burnt offering lingering taste. Without them we would have given Burger King top marks but the onion rings were a woeful at best.

Very slow in service and staffs are making more mistakes in orders they need training especially The manger is struggling and the production is very slow .

I’m really unsatisfied with my order, I’ve explained to the cashier 3 times regarding my food not having bacon included and they included this in my burger. When I brought my food to the shop the manager Maz was so rude about me having proof of purchase when me holding the burger is sufficient enough to prove so.

Speed of service was average. But the quality was brilliant. You guys deserve 5 stars!

The wait for food was much too long and their machines did not print recipts but just made a loud noise. I ordered my chicken burger with no American Cheese and no Mayo, instead I got my burger with cheese. I went back and got a new one, but this time it did not have cheese or mayo, which was correct, but they left out the bacon. The bacon is the only was to distinguish it from a chicken royale. So overall, just a poor experince.

Terrible spent just under £40, for the request of NO SALAD AND NO SAUCE TO BE IGNORED! no way to contact them and have all the proof that this was stated clealry and it was due to allergies, useless, what is the point it having the option to tell them about this if they clearly ignore it! Terrible, you have one bloody job! Give what is asked and paid for, its written down in front of you if you take notice, i clearly see it on my reciept that you sent! Idiots.

I've bought from here many times without issues. This hasn't happened often, but we do tend to post negative reviews more often than positive ones. Unfortunately. I ordered a double whopper with cheese, but instead got just a whopper. And the bacon on my fries looked like pigs have gone on strike. 🤣😂 I couldn't be bothered to walk from the truck park. I normally love this place. But not today. Guess I have to check my order every time from now. Was otherwise as expected from Burger King. Good taste, not cheap.🤣😂🤣😂

Customer service was generally appalling, and then I had to return my burger. They replaced it, but no apology given or even basic communication.

I would of loved to leave a 5 star review for this place but one problem the manger ( LARGE LADY) is such a moody jobs worth. Have never had a problem here until this cream cake warrior i had dealings with over a problem with my order was just point blank RUDE to me and my family over a missing chips and accused me of eating them before notifying them ( i think she had the chips). I did ask to speak to a manger but she was the manger did email head of moto and head of burgerking with no reply as of yet.....

Never thought I'd rate a service station on Google but the play area for kids is great and warrants a special mention. Plenty of food options too. Very modern services so everything works.

Absolute disgrace of a service tonight, the lady, well teenage girl who probably missed parts of her education, was extremely rude, when asked if I could have something removed from ONE burger before they even started cooking it, as we had an allergy and there was no option on screen to remove. Appalling service from this person, and we were spoken to like dirt, if you’re unhappy with your job why work there? She needs to be re-educated on customer service as there was none on show here tonight! Food was tasteless, parts of the order were wrong avoid this dump!

Appalling. Staffed by 3 people on a Saturday lunchtime. 1 cooking everything and 2 serving. Every order before us was wrong. Continous flow of past customers coming back to correct errors. People coming back complaining about food being cold. Not very busy but painfully slow service. £10 for a small basic meal. My meal was cold also. Coffee was terrible (and not hot). Clearly understaffed and cannot cope, hence slow, cold food and many errors.

Nice kids play areas in and outdoors. Frustratingly as ever the toilets are all the way at the back. People waiting for not so fast food in walkways. Comfortable seating in dining area.

Food was great, service was great and cleanliness was great, all that being said, it's a good 50% more expensive than you pay at McDonalds, this could be because it was at a services, but still a good hit to the wallet. To reiterate, the only problem I had was price.

Ordered loaded chips, but were cold. Replaced but was only lukewarm.

Why don't you let your customers cook the food itself and then you can get rid of all the staff. Dismal....
