We have used this Chinese for years Recently they have changed hands twice now the egg Fried rice has been burnt and chips over done

Arguably worse one we’ve had and we take out most weeks. Worrying decline since the change of owners, standards need to improve before we return, such a shame as it was so good before

Ordered house Special Chow Mein/Salt and pepper ribs/King Prawn & Chicken Curry-First time ordering from this Chinese for me and the wife...Ribs were soft fall apart and very tasty-Chow Mein/Curry was best I've had in a while..so flavoursome and really good portions all for £20 and they thrown in some Prawn Crackers-Pricless-Great job TEAM Hung Family-I will be back for some more of your delicious oriental treats....Reaallllllllllllyyyÿyyyyyyÿy Thank you 😊 😋 👍

The best food in areas food is great 👍

Terrible quality - really poor ingredients, very low meat content, poor flavour profile. Really sad to have wasted so much money on something that should have been a treat.

AWFUL! The place has Covid restrictions still in place (hazard tape and plastic screens) feels very hostile. CASH ONLY. Food was the worst Chinese I’ve eaten. Chicken didn’t resemble meat at all, rice was sloppy and tasteless. Chips clearly had been recooked and were so hard they could chip my teeth. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Dreadful unfortunately as this is our local Chinese so we thought we’d give it a go. We had quite a few different dishes to try it out but each of them were dry and bland. I will say however that the prices are very reasonable. I’m just glad we didn’t pay more for it!

We got some food last night and the chips there were uneatable, wish I’d taken them back now but everything else would have gone cold. Used to be fantastic but sadly not as good as it once was.

Good food, tasty, fab portions, very reasonable prices! 4 main dishes, plus mushrooms, vegetable spring rolls, and prawn crackers for less than £30. Would have liked to be able to order a pot of Oyster Sauce on its own though. Will definitely revisit.

The food is really good, we've tried all the Chinese takeouts in the area and it's the best one. Delicious food and quick service. It's cash only and collection only.

No delivery service and after I bought from there the food is small

Delicious food, we had chicken fried rice, chicken balls, chicken satay skewers and mushroom chow mein. Service was quick and friendly. Worth noting they only take cash

One star is a generous review, firstly the food was so bland I was more excited to write this review then eat my meal this is the first Chinese takeaway I’ve come across that is scared to use salt, secondly the salt and pepper chips might aswell be named a slice of carrot and onion chips woeful performance from the chef no chilli soy sauce salt pepper nothing just frozen chips carrot and onion ridiculous I would highly recommend taking the extra 5 min drive to aldi and buying a frozen curry meal as it would have more taste.

Delicious food! Great flavour I'm really funny with any meat but there was no fat or griessel in sight! Lovely staff, I've found our perfect Chinese takeaway. Thanks again for a scrummy meal. We will definitely be back for more.

Just eaten one of the best cooked and tasting meals I had in a long time. Everything was fresh, the service very good and the price reflected the food quality and containers used to take it home. Well done and thank you for 2 very nice meals.

Food was fine but the fish gasping for air in the tank behind the counter was abysmal, the conditions of the aquariums were disgusting, was not a pleasant sight to behold whilst I was waiting for my food. Kinda makes you wonder the hygiene state of the rest of the establishment if taking 10mins per week to clean a fish tank is too much work?

Its a good place if your really really hungry as its the only one in the village. Food is average. Shame they dont deliver however normally the order is ready within 15 minutes or so, so its not that bad.

Food is ok. Could do with less padding out on veg and more meat.

Food is great respect the mini spring rolls. Can't pay by card though. And no delivery service.

The ambience that you get at night while waiting for your food is strange. Like something from a movie. Good noodles, good chicken balls, good BBQ sauce but chips could be better

Educational is the one word I would use. Educational. The only way to learn is to experiment and experiance. Try anything once they say, live and let die is a popular one. In for a penny, in for a pound. Go on, I dare you. My mate* said it was 'ok'. I double dare you. Mum mum, he's tried it! Well we all have to start somewhere, said mum. *said for effect.

Love the food there and lovely people

The prawn toast and sweet and sour chicken balls was excellent, the sweet and sour sauce could have been stronger but was still good.
