The best restaurants in Pembridge and Lyonshall with Titley Herefordshire, County of West Midlands

Visiting friends in the area and they took us to the Cider Barn, what a lovely treat. The food was delicious and the service great. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the barns are beautiful. They also offer meals that you can purchase to take away and cook at home. We bought a couple of these and again they were lovely. We would highly recommend

We cycled over 10 miles to visit this entity which apparently has not been a tea room for over 3 years. It is still showing on the Herefordshire publicity material and cycle guides as a tea room. The photographs on Trip Advisor are also very misleading. There are currently no tea rooms in Pembridge.

Amazing find!!! We came to stay at the campsite just down the road and decided to have a walk to find the local pub, and what a little gem this is!! We came here every day of our 5 day stay! When we arrived Friday evening no food was being served but we were welcomed with open arms for a drink and to watch the local darts match! On Saturday we decided to go for lunch and it was absolutely amazing!! Everything homemade and fresh! What more can you ask for!? We had Pie of the day, gammon steak, scampi and kids chicken nuggets ( freshly battered chicken chunks) and it was all 10/10! Then the puddings wow!!! We had drinks on Sunday and Monday and asked if they were serving food Tuesday as we had a mini moto bike training day at the local track at Kinsham. The team couldn’t have been more accommodating if they tried!! There was 28!!! Of us! And nothing was a bother!! We rang the order through earlier in the day, with the view of knowing all the food wouldn’t come all at once as it’s all freshly cooked and served straight Away! The children were served first (12) and then the adults and it was absolutely gorgeous!! Fresh beer battered fish and chips, Scampi and Chips, gorgeous curry sauce all piping hot! Honestly couldn’t fault a thing!! One of the children in the group is coeliac and we asked could we bring his own food along and again it was no trouble! It was cooked and served for him alongside the other children so he didn’t feel left out ( a really big thing for him - thank you!) We will 100% be coming back as regulars as we train throughout the winter! Thank you all again so so much for being so welcoming, accommodating and serving us all with a constant smile!! Fantastic meal, and such a delight that the Stagg Inn, now reopened under a lovely, family team with a top chef, is now back to 'the Stagg' that my partner and I have known and loved for, well, getting on for 30 years. Halibut in a good strong lobster sauce served with samphire; local dry aged fillet steak done rare, exactly as requested, with peppercorn and thyme sauce, oyster mushroom, and great big fat crispy chips; starters were prawns marie rose in a tangy sauce, and scallopsnwitblack pudding, and garlic and herb butter. And, as if inheriting the old Stagg DNA, cointreau and nutmeg creme brulee and baked orange cheesecake as desserts. And local ale Butty Bach on tap. I very much regret to have read one or two unwarrantedly snarky recent reviews on this site, which is why I'm posting this one. Yes, their ebulliant staff member, a delightful and seriously accomplished young person, undertakes diligently her duties of ensuring that diners are happy with the service; which we were. Yes, the restaurant has been tastefully refurbished, ahead of reopening under this great new team. Is Actually, that is as one might expect. And finally, yes, they're not the cheapest, but that's because they're a seriously good restaurant with a Michelin star. And friendly too. Superb meal - well done, guys!

Wonderful place to eat.Staff and food really good.Had the lamb for Sunday lunch which was amazing so tasty . Highly recommend.

Came for Sunday lunch, outstanding meal, presented well and packed full of flavour, had the roast beef, it was cooked to perfection! followed by the cheesecake which is was another delight, the best cheesecake I've ever had. Compliments to the chef for a superb meal. Highly recommend a visit to Penhros Court.

Very poor. Seasonal pasty very ordinary. Overpriced. Chips far too salty. But the service from the male kid serving was atrocious, surly, disinterested. Not welcomed at all. Used many times in the distant past, hoped be good after reopening. No. It’s hard enough surviving in this business but need to make people welcome all the time. I own two restaurants. Then to have 10% service added “which you can take off if you want” yes I did want. 1st time ever!

Delicious coffee, scrumptious cake selection, relaxed and wholesome ambiance, gentle and courteous service, we will be heading back soon. You can take a step inside and take a break from the busy world just like all treasured coffee stops should be. Thank you.

Lovely camembert and fig tart, salads and vegetables were amazing too, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

WOW what an amazing friendly ran little cafe even better breakfasts absolutely love coming to shobdon airfield with the kids and they love the hot chocolates we tend to most Wednesdays mornings now when kids are in school for our breakfasts and it's 100% worth it thank you too all the cafe workers see you soon

We had coffee and cake here after a busy tour of the black and white villages. The homemade scone was delicious as was the aubergine and courgette cake! Coffee was good too! A lovely olde worlde building now a tea room/ restaurant that once was a pub. Definitely a place to go when in the village.
