Delicious coffee, scrumptious cake selection, relaxed and wholesome ambiance, gentle and courteous service, we will be heading back soon. You can take a step inside and take a break from the busy world just like all treasured coffee stops should be. Thank you.

Stopped off for a light lunch and refreshments with business colleagues, as this is a great little coffee shop its a Herefordshire hidden gem. We all had lunch which was served promptly and with hot plates as I requested, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, Nothing is too much trouble for them. I also recommend upon leaving to grab yourself a chunk of there fabulously delicious homemade cake! And the chocolate brownies are off the scale too! Compliments to whoever makes them. Thank you.

6/12/24 time 1.52pm. I have been a customer of yours for 3 years , but today will be the last time myself and my family will spend our money with you! I am currently fitting a very small commercial kitchen , I asked the lady front of house if I Could have a quick peek at the size of their kitchen, she could of said no and I wouldn't of minded at all. I wasn't breaking any rules regarding EHO I stood in the doorway for precisely 20 seconds. The other lady that works in the kitchen was collecting stock of some sort from outside, she entered the premises with her hands full, my husband opened the door for her, she never said thankyou and on entering the kitchen as we were vacating the premises, she was over heard saying I was nosey... Now then.. In all my time in hospitality and owning a few cafe /eateries you NEVER allow your "paying" customers hear your rude comments, it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! A lesson in customer care needs addressing here. I wanted to go back in and question this rudeness but my husband quite rightly stopped me as there was another couple inside and it would of been most uncomfortable for them...!

Beautiful cafe that's been designed fro a relaxing environment. The staff were very friendly and chatty. The new Autumn menu was lovely and such different choices we didn't know what to choose as we wanted it all. I went for the Autumn toast and my friend had the bacon and chilli croffle which were both very yummy. Really good coffee, lovely cakes too which we took home for tea. They also sell some lovely interior gifts as well as cards, candles and fresh flowers. a real gem in a very pretty village. We will be back.

Visited Pembridge for lunch with friends. They both had bread based meals. I selected quiche which the menu stated came with salad and coleslaw. The quiche was the smallest slice imaginable. Two finger width wedge. Four bites in fact. The salad was just rocket with no dressing, a tablespoon of coleslaw and a few crisps. Cost £11.00! I told our server that the quiche was tasty but much too small for a lunch plate and didn't reflect the cost and she said she would pass my comments to the kitchen. No one came back to me. I was with friends so didn't cause a fuss as one of them had suggested the venue. I left feeling quite disappointed.

Beautiful cafe either lots of choice and great vegan options. Dog friendly and clearly a very popular spot. We loved the food and drinks. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price. A little expensive for the portion sizes. One slice of sourdough toast with some toppings and a small side salad was £9. It tasted amazing but I would have liked more for that price.

Bloom and Grind is a beautifully decorated and maintained cafe. The staff are always friendly and helpful as I have visited on several occasions both solo and with my young children. The menu changes with the season, but keeps certain all year round staples. It is a busy little cafe with passing cycling groups dropping by in the summer months. This cafe is also dog friendly which in Herefordshire is a huge bonus.

This café has recently had a lovely designer makeover giving a relaxing ambience. Service was superfast and the light lunch tasty with fab coffee. Bought a slice of tempting cake to have at home when paying at the till for our lunch. There is no itemized receipt given and when I worked it out much later by looking at the menu online I realized I had paid £6 for one slice of cake –yes £6 !! Even F& M charge less! There is no justification for such a steep price - so that rather spoiled the whole experience. Beware of this and ask the price of take away cakes so you don`t get ripped off!

Staff are very rude The monks that live there are rude too. I was in my room and I was dressed inappropriately, one of the monks walked in my room without knocking or saying anything he just walked In with his master keys which I’m female and had a lot done in my past to my self so it made me feel scared and that I won’t be returning there again...!!!!!

We had a lovely meal at De Koffie Pot on Thursday. The beer- battered fish, chips and peas was very good value for money (£8.00) and the coffee and walnut cake was really tasty. The staff were very friendly and the surroundings quite quirky, but relaxing. They have various social evenings throughout each month too, such as book club nights, language exchanges etc. There is ample seating outside too by the river. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends.
