Great friendly staff. Good value for money

Visited on the 12th November, pub stinks of urine, a beautiful little dog urinating all around the bar.. Pool table don't work. Apart from the two ladies, one who served us not a very accommodating place.. If they spent as much time on cleaning / maintaing the place as they did in the showpiece for remembrance day / queen it be lovely. Oh it was freezing in their no heating.. Never to return

The veggie burrito's were mostly onion, which was dissapointing and it was all cold when it arrived, so we had to reheat it. Not sure if I would order again.

Very good food.. prices ok.. I'm glad they added more things to the menu. They had to. The octopus was super well done. Great bean and perissaure soup! I recommend! I'm back with changes...I've been there twice..and the food was full of oil..extremely much oil. This makes me not want the octopus there anymore. Update: I went again.. the food was super salty.. When I said.. he didn't even bother to apologize or offer us an alternative.. a pain in the c.. like I've never seen before. Not a single bit of common sense. Total disregard for customers. I don't see them anymore. I do not recommend! He doesn't respect his customers at all!

**Disappointing Experience — Serious Food Safety Concerns** We visited The Farmhouse (215 Beechwood Avenue, Coventry CV5 6HB) for dinner on Saturday, 31st May 2025, as a group of 10 people. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were lovely — warm, friendly, and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the dining experience took a concerning turn. One of our dishes — a naan bread — had a hair in it. Although unpleasant, we decided not to make an issue of it at the time. Much more seriously, my husband and daughter, who both ordered the Kahari chicken, became severely unwell following the meal. They have been suffering from diarrhea and stomach upset for the past three days and are still recovering. No one else in our party had that dish, and no one else became ill, so we strongly suspect it was the cause. This experience has been distressing and disappointing. While the staff were lovely, food hygiene must be a priority — and in this case, it clearly was not. I hope the management investigates this seriously to prevent anyone else from going through the same.

Great value for money, really prompt food prep and great service

Quite literally just ordered, sit down and while I watch them package up my food - I can see one of the cooks coughing all over my food without even attempting to cover his mouth and packing it up. Put me off completely, food in the bin - not coming back.

A fast-prepared restaurant, the food is very tasty and the service is immediate. Everything is very good and excellent. I wish them continued success

Received message ready to collect at 7.30pm arrived food not prepared, staff had no idea about it, 3rd time of explaining, was told I’d have to wait! No apology! Had to wait 25 minutes, Not acceptable!

The French Fries, lovely, Pizza best in area chicken was delicious

Came yesterday for a lovely Sunday carvery, and was blown away by how tasty the food was and how friendly the staff were to all customers. Special thanks to chefs Rob and Leo for catering to my needs. Will certainly be back!

The best Chinese I've had in Cov so far and they take card too. They're sweet and sour chicken balls are particularly good.
