Chicken strips tasted and smelt like they had gone off (smelt like a bin). Wrap was disappointing and fries were chewy.

Don’t order from here, terrible shop

Ordered online took hour an a half they gave me a frozen corn on the cob , cold gravy and beans tasted funky

Zero hygiene..burgers prepared with unclean bare hands...walked out without my order

Unfortunately had few instances now where chicken tasted like it's has gone off. It's a shame as i had a lot of good chicken from here that tastes nice, but had too many bad chicken instances to recommend this place.

Ordered salad and it was full of jalapeños and olives… barely any lettuce and no tomato. Partner couldn’t eat it as it tasted like it was covered in salt. Peri peri wings were ridiculously spicy and we can handle spice. Inedible and also got wasted. Would ask for refund but just eat won’t give it as currently half of coventrys takeaways are that bad we need to keep asking for refunds. Not sure we would use again.

Was offered an undercooked & bloody chicken inside, when told them about it, their response was incredibly underwhelming. Instead of addressing the issue, they were rude & dismissive.

We have ordered Mixed kebab meal. We have recived to lamb kebabs. There was no salad inside only huge amount meat. No sauce. Meat had small pieces of bones in it... Bread smelled with yeast it was not properly cooked. When you go to the shop they make you nice food. But when u order online they don't care what they put inside. Absolutely horrible meal.

Burger was very dry and old. The peri peri wings was very salty, fries were undercooked.. I’m very dissatisfied, I expected better.

The pizza was breaking , it had a very terrible sour taste and not spicy as it says on the menu.

I bought a 10" pepperoni pizza a week ago, when I got home and opened the box there was no pepperoni on the pizza and it tasted bloody awful , really salty, i couldn't even eat one slice, it went straight in the bin , never again!!

Food was fresh and hot. Chips were perfect as always!

Chicken burger was very overcooked and cold, so not pleasant to eat. The chips were good although not hot but at least well seasoned. The onion rings were very soggy and cold.

Firstly the delivery time is too long and then late delivery just is unacceptable. They should work on their delivery time or they will loose their regular customers

Ordered a burger photo showed a picture of a burger and chips so assumed it was a meal and even asked and left a note saying can you confirm it’s a meal was expecting a phone call to say it isn’t a meal. Called up said I’d get a call back still no call. I used to be impressed with this chicken shop however I will not order from it again. Delivery driver was friendly and efficient

Ordered gravy, got sent beans and coleslaw! So everything but what I ordered 👍🏼

Always tasty food at great value. However, this time our gravy was a bit off so I didn't eat it. Also I think they should refresh their frying oil a bit more regularly, as you can taste on the chicken that the oil was a bit old. Would still order again, but no gravy next time!

Had a fanta guess the flavour which tasted horrible, I’d ordered Fanta orange. My chicken sandwich had one chicken strip that barely filled a third of the sandwich, it was also dry and rock hard. My fries were really cold and tasted like fish as well. Overall I’m just wildly unimpressed with the entire order. Disgraceful, don’t order from here again

this place needs more staff is all. Food is really good, well priced and the joint is so clean it sparkles - HOWEVER - the wait time is stupidly long, front of house guy (sorry Front of House Guy, this is not personal), needs more training or a manager as this joint is jumping, the food is speaking - please owners of this place, invest in staff before customers walk away. We had cold chicken burgers yesterday with an item missing (this was delivery), we had to drive to your place to complain & get hot food. Yesterday's food was so good when hot and correct, we gave you a second chance today and waited 40 minutes for our food. The guy on the till is also cooking with no direction and clearly sems out of his depth, which is a shame. Please employ a manager, your business will soar.

It won’t let me choose how late the food was, but we waited over 2 and a half hours for it. The food was then extremely spicy after we’d requested medium. The peri peri chicken was inedible, it was that spicy. Food was warm, wouldn’t say hot. Chips and chicken burger was lovely, but everything else was a waste of money. We’re not happy as we only have 1 takeaway night a month, and wish we’d tried somewhere else now.

I have never seen such a clean takeaway establishment before! Ordered vegetarian Hot pizza 12" £8.49 (you get what you pay for). Pleasant but not engaging staff. Their main business looked like for deliveries. I would highly recommend due to purely down to cleanliness!

Can't comment on the food as I've been waiting over an hour and a half and it's still not showed up. Apparently the driver was on his way half an hour ago. Estimated time has increased by 20 mins and its failed to arrive by that time too. I've called but I couldn't understand what the person at the end of the phone said

Order placed at 5:45pm food arrived at 7.20pm cold and barely edible. Red bull missing from the order. Won't be using this restaurant again

The 2 pieces of chicken were practically cold. Yet the mixture of chicken was spot on nice and hot

Took 90 minutes to get the food, it was cold by the time it got here and the people there couldn’t have been less helpful when I called. 4the time I’ve ordered from a chicken express (3 different locations) and every single one has been like this - definitely isn’t just one offs

Took near enough 2 hours to arrive and was marked as delivered over 30 minutes before it actually came so it doesn’t appear late, had to keep calling to be told 5 more minutes every time which was not true. Looking at reviews we aren’t the first people this happened to.

Lovely lunch, me and my son popped in and he orderd some boneless chicken and in his words that's the best chicken ive ever had. Was fresh and hot Spot on

Awful cold and late. I had to ring the restaurant again and again to just be told it’s on the way even though they had updated it as recieved way before it had arrived. It wasn’t packed properly either as the bucket meal was open. We had to bin it in the end. Not worth the wait.

This has got to be the worst chicken I’ve ever had! Popped in yesterday as I’d been fasting and wanted something after work, 10pm. Didn’t think this would be a problem considering the place is open till midnight. Ordered food, even gave them a tip. Had to wait 15 minutes for fast food. Fried chicken must have been there since midday, same with the fillet in the burger and wrap I bought for my mum, tasted like rubber. The only decent thing was the fries. Take my advice and DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. The bun for burger wasn’t even toasted and same for the tortilla on the wrap. I mean come on, that’s basic stuff. A waste of £15 and the morning after, my stomach is suffering.

Chicken was on par with KFC Pizza wasn't greasy in the slightest and super super tasty Kebab was huge and tasty 11/10 will definitely be our new regular takeaway the best one we've had in earlsdon in a long time.
