Nice play area for the children!

All i wanted was the "Feed the family deal" and was told that this was a delivery only deal. I dont understand why this cannot be given to someone who is physically in store. Nothing was attempted other than being given a flat no. I then ended up spending more money for less food, extremley silly and annoying customer experience. Clearly just doing it to rake in as much money as possible. Why have something on the menu if it is not avalible in stores, this is not labled as a delivery exclucive item either so is extremly mjsleading

My carrer ordered a wrap but he ordered a chicken wrap and they gave him a pork wrap and he is not aloud pork! it’s disrespectful to give someone pork when they are not aloud it. get it sued.

Every time we order delivery from any McDonald’s its never hot , I don’t understand it , we have many of other food deliveries and they are always hot, not sure if it’s packaging, or what it’s delivered in , McDonald’s is always decent food just cold

My order was cold and my milkshake was runny because it is warm and they took ages to deliver my order

Pancakes were rock hard, couldn’t eat them. Think I could have smashed a window with them they was that hard. Hash brown and muffin was nice.

Food was obviously sitting in bags waiting for courier for over 30 mins as everything was cold.

ordered at 22.23, arrived at 23.55. order time keeps changing to suit mcdonalds. food arrives cold.

My son did not receive his chicken nuggets or toy in his happy meal and it was just thrown in the bottom of the bag. Not acceptable at all I would like to receive a refund for the cost of the happy meal

This place can never get an order correct! Every time I visit ( once every 3-4 wks) it's either missing items/ Not available/ the wrong order/ forgot to make it up/ swaps but not for equal value i paid. And finally dropped between the window & car. No amount of complaints changes anything, They need to sort it out

4 lots of missing items and no number to phone up to complain so unhappy with and i will not be ordering again

Got a delivery from co-op rather than McDonald’s

My delivery has not come but says delivered. I was waiting at the gates so clearly someone has took my order & the driver has not asked for the delivery code! I’m on my lunch break & im Fumin !!

Missing items with freezing cold food

I ordered 2 happy meals. At first it said 20 mins for the order to be delivered. So i waited and carried on waiting till the time said an 50 minutes more and its already been an hour and my kids are very hungry now. So i went to the McDonalds that ordered from and i was told that my order was not even processed. My kids were hungry for over an hour. And i still had to get the food my self. I want a full refund NOW

Got charged for a drink that never arrived, delivery driver didn’t come to the address so again I had to leave the house to collect. will not be ordering from mcdonald’s again as this seems to be a regular occurrence

Once again the order was missing items and dinner was missing for one person. The only solution is a refund not bringing the missing food. Not happy. ☹️

every time I order there is always items missing. missing hashbrowns from this items. pointless reporting an issue as they never do anything about it

Drink was split everywhere all over both bags pancakes were soggy because of the hot chocolate wrap was ruined and all over the bag no cutlery or syrup for pancakes SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR!

I made this order at around 12:30 and it did not arrive until 02:52. I also cancelled and it said my refund was on the way but I did not receive the refund and the order was still delivered. How do I get a refund. This is not acceptable!

food wasn't stone cold or hot, but tasted nice and could eat the food. was thankful it arrived on time and wasn't cold.

Uses several times never seem to get order right and takes time get requested to park around the side.

Iced drink spilled in all the food and no refund offered for spoilt food. Disgusted!

A consistent McDonalds; food is always fresh and hot no matter how busy they are. Restaurant is clean and tidy with plenty of good seating as well as a play area for the kids. There are a good number of kiosks to order from. Ample parking available but make sure you don’t stay over 90 minutes!

Took an hour to recieve a cold breakfast wrap and a cold hash brown

Driver said my details were missing from order. Both parties frustrated. My order was late, food was cold. I entered my address and phone number which driver said he could not see and blamed me for the mistake. Unhappy as had issue with this service

apparently app changed multiple times, drinks nearly melted food was lukewarm and extremely salty to point fries are inedible… not good at all for the money people pay very poor quality

ordered a chocolate orange pie, received an apple pie! the delivery time slipped and slipped, assume they were busy, so ok

615am Waited 10 minutes in drive through to get to 1st window no-one was there waited a few more minutes.seeing queue infront gone I drive to other window to pay,was told by a stuck up manager I had to drive round again to pay,told her no staff was there to take my or others payments,was not driving round and waiting another 10 minutes

Generally good for a Mcdonalds, cleaned frequently and orders correct and served in a reasonable amount of time.

Need to check what you order and what you get. Was missing chicken nuggets at all.

Ordered and advised eta 10-25min - order eventually arrived after 55min cold and drinks had spilt - all food had to be reheated which is far from ideal! Have complained

A great example of McDonald's. I came here because The Brandon brach was terrible. This was the opposite, quick and friendly service by Tiff at the cash counter. Food was piping hot 10/10. For families with small children, there is a purpose built play area, making it good for parties. This one also has lots of parking with disabled spaces right by the front door, like a cul-de-sac, so no vehicles passing when you're getting in and out.

Second order in a row where items missing. Food always cold when it arrives & we live a 2min drive away for delivery. So why is it always cold food &/or melted McFlurries/milkshakes. I doesn't make sense!

Food was cold special order was timed 30 minutes before it was delivered. Mcflurry was runny and had an ice cube but in it to keep cool. Not one to complain usually. But this was disgraceful. When asked the driver why it took so long, all he had to say was McDonalds ehhh. Unacceptable!

Unfortunately when the food arrived, it was cold, and uneatable.

Mcrib ate in the car as there were loads of v loud young folk looning around inside. Fail to see why parking restrictions are so harsh.

Delivery driver took 3 orders so food was freezing and 3 out of 4 breakfast orders they have forgotten the syrup for the pancakes.

Absolutely freezing uneatable went in the bin, the milkshake was vanilla and should of been strawberry and had missing items

no effort is out into making the burger , it's just slapped together and the person making it is blindfolded clearly
