Had McDonald’s fries all around the world and the worst fries I have ever had came from this store Went back to let them know so hopefully they could improve there or rectify the problem but they where not interested the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come to the front desk.

I took my granddaughters, we had the best time 😁

Fuming I've waited for my food over an hour when it arrived it came cold and I'm missing the cheeseburger, mcflurry and instead of my upgraded drink mango and pineapple smoothie they sent me a normal fanta??

Normally a Good McDonalds but today was the worst ever. Firstly the app didn't work. Then I went to a machine and that didn't work, tried to get help and she just walked away. Finally got the machine working then notice it got my order wrong. Tried to get help again, no one at the counter. Finally ordered and sat down. 10min later still no meal. Needed to leave soon so ordered my kids deserts, hoping they would come after our lunch. Once ordered I went to the counter to chase my order and my deserts passed me. They lost my order! I waited by the counter for my order, which was cold and wrong. Didn't have the time to challenge. By the time we finished the food, the deserts were melted!

Update to the review: far too many delivery drivers and bulky bags that come with them in the main area of the restaurant. They desperately need a separate door and waiting area like a lot of other restaurants have nowadays. Ruins the atmosphere and make the place feel too crowded. Taking stars off an otherwise good place. Food was above average for McDonald's, better presentation than usual and tasted better too. The place was clean and the staff all seemed experienced and knew what they were doing, unlike at other McDonald's in the city. Probably the best one we have.

It was past 2100hrs so we ordered and went back home was quick as there were few people . order was quick .

Normal maccy d clean friendly service new 3 for 3 deal is good value

Chips weren't very well cooked. Very soft and soggy. Big mac wasn't well put together and double cheeseburger didn't have extra onion in fact it barely had any.strawberry milkshake barely had any strawberry flavour. Mcflurries had a tiny amount of sauce and toppings. We were passing through after a day of travelling and needed to feed 2 kids and 2 adult. Given the hour and we needed food quickly after a long journey it was a case of find something quickly just off a motorway. We won't be coming back and if that's the standard of food glad we won't be coming back. Wasn't worth the £26 we spent. We didn't go in because we still had over an hours travelling still to do before getting home with 2 tired cranky children

The driver didn't have a clue and didn't phone when he got lost. Food was fine except the driver also managed to spill the drinks.

they messed up my order and when i called them back, the lady speaking told me to ‘go away mate’

I swear this mcds just packs whatved they want everytime they miss almost half my orde I hate doing big orders from this mcds but I always reward my kids for good behaviour weekly and sometimes they choose mcds fed up of it now

This delivery was not ordered as the incorrect address was followed. This is poor from both just eat and the driver my correct address was on the order. I hope to get a full refund ASAP.

Deliver driver phoned me to go out to get my order, he parked further away from house, so I had to call him again to say please come near the house. Not the greatest experience.

No food delivered here. Absoljtly shocking. Last seen th driver was on the road behind next thing i know its delivered. Clearly driver doesnt know roa dnames house number or postcodes and their sat navs done work. Fuming

the delivery driver tried to hand me someone else's order with the receipt ripped off. I refused to accept the order and requested a full refund. He told me to call the restaurant and I did they then told me to contact just eat. So now I have no food and am £40 out of pocket. absolutely awful service from mcdonald's and just eat.

If you're thinking of booking a party here for your child's birthday, I'd ask you to think again. There's a 90 minute parking limit, but upon speaking to staff on shift, we were told to provide our registration so they could notify the private car parking company so we wouldn't receive a parking fine. We provided our reg, but this clearly wasn't done as less than 2 weeks later, we've received a parking fine in the post. £50 if paid within 14 days, £100 thereafter. The party room was a mess. Sticky floors, which you'd have thought would've been cleaned as it was booked well in advance. There's rubbish in the corner of the room, literally, there's a McDonald's bin/station, staff uniform, paperwork, and other miscellaneous junk. There were office chairs in there for the children to sit on as there wasn't enough kids chairs/stools. Upon arrival, there was a staff members bike in the room. The aircon is pathetic, so if you're looking to have a party in summer, good luck in a hot cramped room. The assisted door to access the building was broken, so if you rely on this to enter/exit the premises, you're going to struggle. Having contacted McDonald's, they basically say you're SOL in regards to the parking fine, despite it being staff's failure to provide your reg that you received one. AVOID.

No bacon in chicken and bacon wrap and wrong mc flurry big mac was thrown together had to pull apart and re build to eat very disappointed

Went through the drive thought at about midnight and took a long time for them to take our order but after that everything was fairly fast.

Drinks bag was wet cardboard carrier was soaking then drinks fell out of the bag, only have half the drinks in each pot now

Food is as expected. Tables clean, in and out of building clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

This particular one thinks as its near a motor way they can charger double the price for everything, this time around I only went as my littles wanted to play after lunch, I tried the hat trick burger and was sorely disappointed fried onions where cold and slimy, burger was greasy and tasteless sauce was heinz ketchup fries where over cooked and cold,

Ridiculous having a busy McDonald’s and a play area and a 90min time restriction. Should have a point to put your registration on like most places do. Your eating with kids and expect the food to come quickly leats be honest the fast food is never fast. Then you have a play area there was barely anywhere to sit. Just ridiculous when you have to fight with corrupt money grabbing parking companies because you treated your kids.

Need to have a McDonald's dedicated to UberEats/ Just Eat as waited 30 minutes for fast food, service needs improving not just at this McDonald's though all that do deliveries!!!

Hi there, This is Abdullah Al Mamun, I am PHD holders.i am doing delivery job part time. Today I went to mc donalds to collect customer food at 3:35 am . And I told the lady how long it will take and then she told me 10 minutes. After that I told him to give me hot chocolate. I want to buy it and then she replied me you can't buy it because you are a delivery man.And then I told her you told me you need to making food like 10 minutes. I feel sleepy that's why I asked her to give me hot Chocolate. She was very rude with me.my questions is that why not delivery guy can't buy anything. I had a bitter experience about this mc donalds. I asked the what's your name and then she ignored me to tell her name. It was racist. It was not fair with me. I am very very upset.I recommended all of my friends and relatives not going to Wigston mcdonald's.

Cold fries missing becoming a real habit

My last order was so bad I decided to complain on previous orders hot coffee leaking into McFlurrys fries missing melted thick shake food was cold

Missing from my order and is not the first time. I am so frustrated because of the missing items. I don’t want my money back, I want my food to eat! I want what I’ve ordered not to order again and to pay for delivery again!

Explains why so many rats in car park. Very very dirty. Rude staff. Very very very slow service waited at speaker ages then sat at pay window for ages too. Then staff finally take payment. Then a long wait again for the food.

Watched the driver on the map tour Coventry making what appeared to be other deliveries for my food to arrive cold and inedible and McFlurry was like water.
