McDonald's in Coventry

why do they put the touch screens soooo high. I had to make my kid jump to let him order his happy meal.

It's McDonald's, you know what you are going to get. It's several months since my last one, so having the festive special was nice. I opted for the salad box instead of fries, this was a mistake, it was mainly a box of the same leaves that are on the burger, in the past there were some different leaves giving some variety. My advice avoid the salad until they up their game.

Meal was lovely service was brilliant

Mugged off yet again! Ordered on the app and sent through drive through to pick up. Stupidly didn’t check and guess what, get home and Kids Happy Meals missing. I now have not very happy kids. Thanks Ronald

Good food, as always. The wrong drink arrived in the order and we had to complain and ask for a change. My daughter's dessert only came because we complained. The bathroom was unusable. Very dirty.

i would give zero stars if i could ! i was APPALLED this evening when getting threatened by a manager there. my boyfriend had some monopoly stickers to claim and i drove him- as he’s on crutches-and thought id get myself a meal, i am an employee and get a discount on my meal. i was shocked when i got threatened with my job when we got our food as - i was an employee and can’t claim the monopoly stickers, which i didn’t my boyfriend who ISNT an employee was, I am DISGUSTED to have been threatened by the manager on shift to call up my work and get me fired she proceeded to tell me this ‘wasn’t on’. And even further, they got our order incorrect due to a complete lack of competency from the manager on shift having a complete lack of control over the restaurant. this ABSOLUTELY RUINED both our evenings left us upset and worried . AWRFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, never had someone so rude to me without reason for assuming i was breaking rules. It’s a shame to the organisation that i work that i feel the need to report this embarrassment.

Food is what you expect but delivery is poor to many times drivers ring you asking you to come out, you pay a delivery charge so I expect it to be delivered to many lazy drivers

Just eat maps are wrong . Maps are incorrect for my address. I directed the driver he was ignoring what I said a refused to listen. I ended up having to walk to collect my order.

All hot food was Cold and rubbery not very nice at all. Chips were like they were made yesterday not fresh!

It’s a McD so you know what you are getting car park here is always busy so careful.

Visited this McDonald's for the first time in a long time and it seems they haven't changed. Cold food. Lots of staff but not alot of them doing anything. Went to the driver through and it wasn't really busy but still pretty slow. Went to collect food and there was a good 6-8 workers there hovering around, one stocking napkins and 3 more chatting to her as other pottered in the back ground. Food was cold as we parked up after being at the hospital for a while just wanted a quick meal. Cold, lifeless and saltless fries, very limp burgers with ingredients half-assed thrown in. It's not changed alot over the years for food, service or quality. All pretty poor. Saying that, you want to be up at 3am with Victorian plumbing stomach gurgles decorating the porcalin bowl, great place for some clear out the system food poisoning. Avoid. Go to another McDonald's, the Whitely Asda in is alot better standard, or go to elsewhere.

i ordered at 7:30pm it said it will arrive at 8:10pm at 9:30pm i called mcdonalds and they said they would cancel it and refund me, it didn’t get cancelled and it arrived at 11:45pm freezing cold

placed an order at 7.30 and still not delivered. rang restaurant 5 times to be told driver on way then update on account to say delivered at a time in the future. Restaurant have told me to claim back but no option to do so. FOOD NEVER ARRIVED

This is an absolute disgrace !! Paid £22 for food that never got delivered!! The delivery guy called me saying he couldn’t find my door but would ring me again once he found it. He then never called back and now I can’t get through to him . Food says delivered but I never received it!!!

Visited drive thru with family in car. Food was to normal standard and time taken was average. It does have a play area.

This site yet again forgot a particular item. Only 4 items ordered and they missed one yet again. Although I can understand its hard to count up to 4. My toddler can just about manage it too so i might send her there to train their staff.

Slow and short car park and make you pay a fine if you stayed 5 minutes more. Wish there was 0 stars and very noisy and not clean

Stood waiting for 15 mins to tell THREE members of staff we were here for a party for my daughter’s 7th birthday, £50. 5 mins late into the room as it ‘wasn’t cleaned yet’, we were told there would be a member of staff who were the ‘party host’ who made balloon animals and face paints. DIDNT HAVE ONE A poxy ‘party room’ (2 long tables, a few chairs) if you don’t mind a few cardboard boxes, mouldy coke glass and chairs on wheels in your ‘party room’ too. NO member of staff came to check, see how we were, see if our food was okay and if there was anything they could do. £50 to rent a room as stated above was appalling. Was also told they would log every adults car of the party so they didn’t get fined and we don’t even think they did that. Was absolutely embarrassed to my stomach that other parents and their children had to witness this terrible dirty room. LET ALONE MY OWN CHILDREN. WILL NEVER BE BOOKING MY CHILDREN A PARTY HERE AGAIN. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

My burgers and fries were cold when they arrived

Kim is an extremely rude team member… she has zero customer services skills! Ignored my husband who was waiting and served people that were behind him first, when challenged her attitude was disgusting. Even called him a liar and said he hadn’t been waiting!

Food was cold and a drink missing

Normally a Good McDonalds but today was the worst ever. Firstly the app didn't work. Then I went to a machine and that didn't work, tried to get help and she just walked away. Finally got the machine working then notice it got my order wrong. Tried to get help again, no one at the counter. Finally ordered and sat down. 10min later still no meal. Needed to leave soon so ordered my kids deserts, hoping they would come after our lunch. Once ordered I went to the counter to chase my order and my deserts passed me. They lost my order! I waited by the counter for my order, which was cold and wrong. Didn't have the time to challenge. By the time we finished the food, the deserts were melted!

the order never arrived, driver took my food I guess? had to reorder same stuff and wait 2 hours for the food and now I havw to deal with the justeat support to try and get my money back for food which was never delivered 🙃

No straws for milkshakes, forgot the mcflurry’s specifically requested no onions or pickles on my son’s happy meal because he’s allergic, and both were on the burger.

Update to the review: far too many delivery drivers and bulky bags that come with them in the main area of the restaurant. They desperately need a separate door and waiting area like a lot of other restaurants have nowadays. Ruins the atmosphere and make the place feel too crowded. Taking stars off an otherwise good place. Food was above average for McDonald's, better presentation than usual and tasted better too. The place was clean and the staff all seemed experienced and knew what they were doing, unlike at other McDonald's in the city. Probably the best one we have.

Chips weren't very well cooked. Very soft and soggy. Big mac wasn't well put together and double cheeseburger didn't have extra onion in fact it barely had any.strawberry milkshake barely had any strawberry flavour. Mcflurries had a tiny amount of sauce and toppings. We were passing through after a day of travelling and needed to feed 2 kids and 2 adult. Given the hour and we needed food quickly after a long journey it was a case of find something quickly just off a motorway. We won't be coming back and if that's the standard of food glad we won't be coming back. Wasn't worth the £26 we spent. We didn't go in because we still had over an hours travelling still to do before getting home with 2 tired cranky children

they messed up my order and when i called them back, the lady speaking told me to ‘go away mate’

I swear this mcds just packs whatved they want everytime they miss almost half my orde I hate doing big orders from this mcds but I always reward my kids for good behaviour weekly and sometimes they choose mcds fed up of it now

The driver didn't have a clue and didn't phone when he got lost. Food was fine except the driver also managed to spill the drinks.

This delivery was not ordered as the incorrect address was followed. This is poor from both just eat and the driver my correct address was on the order. I hope to get a full refund ASAP.

Deliver driver phoned me to go out to get my order, he parked further away from house, so I had to call him again to say please come near the house. Not the greatest experience.
