McDonald's in Coventry

Go there sometimes for bfast, a car wash and shopping and petrol at Morrisons

Food takes long time and is very low quality yet expensive for what it is. The men's toilets are 'no water toilets' which makes them save water yet absolutely stink. Tables are usually dirty and the tablets that they have for kids play on are so filthy that I wouldn't get near them and especially wouldn't let kids (who forget to wash hands or put their fingers in their mouth) near those.

An all time low today with hair in the food. Disgusting!

A coffee bean found in my coke ruined the taste had to go in the bin.

Delivery guy was excellent, it just the location on the sat nav needs to be updated keeps going to penarth grove instead of Coombe Avenue

Ordered breakfast ….was going to be £3.79 with drink… it would not let me confirm order until I was there … shock when I got there to confirm in the app it said it was too late but they was still selling breakfasts but wanted to charge £5.99 ??? Ridiculous and the app is as well

Full of delivery drivers, so parking is a nightmare and so is getting food.

Every time I order from here, there’s always something missing usually a sandwich or two. McDonald’s customer service is good about sorting it out, but it’s still a hassle and a real letdown when you get home and realise part of your meal isn’t there.

The food was great, and the service was good, but my time with my family was completely ruined by an unbelievably rude and disruptive customer, Jane Ellis. This woman barged behind the counter and started shouting at the poor employees in a completely unhinged manner. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. What’s even worse is that management allowed this to continue instead of immediately removing her. Allowing people like that to behave so aggressively in a restaurant ruins the experience for everyone else. I came here to enjoy a meal with my family, not to witness chaos. Management needs to do a better job at maintaining a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

Kept waiting at the second window for 2 lattes When CLEARLY coffees were being served at the first window. Sounded horn loudly 4 times to get attention a member of staff called Alexi ? Came eventually and she was extremely rude and very racist AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE To the MacDonald’s brand!!! A manager was called who was pleasant but lied saying the machine was broken when we had seen coffee served at the other window. We had been clearly been forgotten!!! the confrontational racist attitude from the member of staff was absolutely shocking.

It’s almost impressive how consistently they fail to get an order right. From one missing item to a record-breaking three, McDonald’s Binley continues to disappoint. If there were an award for incomplete orders, they’d win it every time.

My son moaned because the sonic toy has been the same for the last 3 weeks

From ordering the food time delivered took 2 hours and did not turn up. Mcds is a mile away and the last position on the map before saying delivered was town centre. Noelw i have to try and get money back out of them.

Forgot sauces but food was nice

The delivery driver arrived a little late and handed me a soaking bag containing my drinks. Thabkfully my food was in a separate bag, unfortunately, everything was cold. I pointed out to the driver twice that the drinks were leaking and he ignored me instead reading the code needed from my phone. I told him I was going to complain, again, he ignored me. His attitude is the reason why I'm writing this review. He was dismissive and rude.

So many of my orders from McDonald’s have at least a item missing, I’ve never had this problem with kfc subway pizza places just McDonald’s. Please just deliver what I pay for.

Food was cold part of the menu was missing , I’m not all over McDonald’s by nature and this experience confirms why I ordered a first of my flurry galaxy caramel which did not turn up. And the food that did turn up I had the microwave.

Service was really slow, it took them almost 25 minutes to get my drink and nuggets. When the order was ready they didn't give me a straw - she said there were none left under the table but then another worker gave me one ??? A bunch of staff were stood around doing nothing. Whoever filled my drink is clearly incompetent as it had no ice and was only half filled. My advice: don't bother coming here unless you want the worlds slowest maccies.

My order was cold and you didn’t put the 4 barbecue dips in my order so I gave my cold chicken to my dogs.. My last few orders either had sauce missing no straw to drink my milk shake and apart from breakfasts it’s nearly always cold.

Delivery guy was told where to go to in the notes before collecting the food and still managed to deliver it to two wrong locations and then had to go find him myself which tuck over half an hour was an utter joke

It's a nice place to go in, as for delivery this is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with - every single order (I've done about 5 by now) has had items missing. I'm not talking about small packages of sauces and the like but food items like fries, hashbrows, sweets, etc. I personally won't be dealing with this McDonalds unless it's literally the only one open - there's better ones in Coventry
