McDonald's in Coventry

I had placed a large order for me and my three girls. One of my items was missing lucky it was for and not my girls so I just went without. I tryed calling the restaurant all evening to no anwser. How do I get a refund please rachel

Order not delivered!! How can you get an address so wrong. And you’re meant to ask for a 4 digit code from who you deliver to. So either you ate it yourself or you didn’t ask for a code. Either way you didn’t do your job properly. No stars from me. Fingers crossed I get my refund and I don’t have to ‘prove’ that I didn’t get my order

If I could rate lower I would tell me why whenever I order any sort or burger from here the bun is burnt so much that I can't taste anything apart from it secondly why do I get a mc spicy patty when I get a mc crispy like its a joke how disorganised are you to mess this up like if it was busy and packed I could maybe kinda understand but it's not like I'm ordering from here during peak hours so it's literally because the staff are lazy and can't be asked to check if it's the right patty or if the bun is burnt or not

When i attended the premises, it was very quiet (no other customers). Which then meant we received our order very fast. Food was ok just the fries where not crisp more on the soggy side and slightly under cooked. The milkshakes where very watery, not of the thick consistency I am use to from McDonald's. Then the burger was very dry due to the lack of sauce. Which I pointed out to a manager which he was very happy to help and got another burger with more than enough sauce in. Thank yoy to the manger that sorted this issue.

Service always get one star due it's reliance on self service tills. Face to face interaction is the best customer service. Food was hot and fresh

Go there sometimes for bfast, a car wash and shopping and petrol at Morrisons

Bro McDonalds is 5 minutes away why is it taking nearly an hour after I order to get my food😭 I only order a happy meal and some chicken nuggets. Then the delivery driver sat in his car for 5 minutes before actually bringing me my food

Food takes long time and is very low quality yet expensive for what it is. The men's toilets are 'no water toilets' which makes them save water yet absolutely stink. Tables are usually dirty and the tablets that they have for kids play on are so filthy that I wouldn't get near them and especially wouldn't let kids (who forget to wash hands or put their fingers in their mouth) near those.

Asked for a Happy Meal cheeseburger without mustard and pickles and it came with everything in. My child would not eat this as he is autistic and some foods cannot touch others in his opinion and the mustard ruined the whole thing for him. I’d rather it be ten minutes later but correct

Full of delivery drivers, so parking is a nightmare and so is getting food.

Every time I order from here, there’s always something missing usually a sandwich or two. McDonald’s customer service is good about sorting it out, but it’s still a hassle and a real letdown when you get home and realise part of your meal isn’t there.

The food was great, and the service was good, but my time with my family was completely ruined by an unbelievably rude and disruptive customer, Jane Ellis. This woman barged behind the counter and started shouting at the poor employees in a completely unhinged manner. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. What’s even worse is that management allowed this to continue instead of immediately removing her. Allowing people like that to behave so aggressively in a restaurant ruins the experience for everyone else. I came here to enjoy a meal with my family, not to witness chaos. Management needs to do a better job at maintaining a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

Kept waiting at the second window for 2 lattes When CLEARLY coffees were being served at the first window. Sounded horn loudly 4 times to get attention a member of staff called Alexi ? Came eventually and she was extremely rude and very racist AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE To the MacDonald’s brand!!! A manager was called who was pleasant but lied saying the machine was broken when we had seen coffee served at the other window. We had been clearly been forgotten!!! the confrontational racist attitude from the member of staff was absolutely shocking.

From ordering the food time delivered took 2 hours and did not turn up. Mcds is a mile away and the last position on the map before saying delivered was town centre. Noelw i have to try and get money back out of them.
