food fantastic we always use this place but today they sent the food and it was crushed in the carrier bag so my curry was basically in the bag not a container so was very disappointed to say the least as this place is usually really really good and couldn't fault them usually. but tonight I was very disappointed.

No peppers in the chicken shashlik , know they cost more than onions but not great

Been using this Indian for years and the quality and taste is amazing! I’ve been to India many times and this is the closest I get to the real deal, the size of the prawns are HUGE. Very nice

I ordered Chicken biryani 🍗🐔 but I got leftover mixed veg and chicken flashes 😭. with rice 🌾. very very poor quality of food.. -10 out of 10 😕.. waste of money and time plus mood 😭 destroyed.

Ordered chicken tandoori in naan for collection. The place looks pretty dingy and very grim. The portion was pretty big but the food wasn't particularly hot (both temperature and chili-wise) and also not very tasty. And I had an upset stomach for the next few days. The place has recently received another 1 Star hygiene rating, this is (at least) the 2nd one since 2021, after a customer complained after finding pieces of metal (apparently from a metal scourer) in his food. Pay the place a visit to see how dingy it is before placing an order. Your stomach and general well-being will thank me later. I'll definitely not be ordering from them again.

Worst Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever had, instead of spice it tasted like someone had dumped a whole pot of sugar into the mix, such an insult to Indian Food.

It's a shame that they cut up the king prawns into small pieces and don't give you many of them. Otherwise it was delicious.

Delivery driver decided to complain at me for ordering food late and that he doesn’t get paid for the 30 minutes he has worked over. For this I shall no longer order from your place again. I don’t expect after you accept my order to be moaned at by the driver. A shame because I regularly ordered from this place but looks like that’s the last.

Waited too long for food and it was cold when it arrived. Also received samosas when I ordered spring rolls. Once reheated, food was nice.

Have been ordering from Balti Hut for years never any complaints, tonight quality was lacking, food over an hour late, we phoned the restaurant to chase up and shortly after the food arrived ice cold and curry congealed. Very disappointing!

Food is great and the delivery is on time usually before the estimated time! Not got photos but I'll get some next time for sure.

Delivery driver made a comment this evening, that I never leave a review, but continue to order week in week out! Never had a bad meal, always 10/10… always on time… hands down better than any Indian takeaway or restaurant I’ve eaten from. Also remember collecting from here with my dad as a kid.. sat on the back of his bike cycling from tile hill & back!

Curry was amazing! I would say it was the best takeaway curry we have ever had. Would say it was slightly pricey but quality was top notch. Mint yoghurt had too much garlic for me also but only a small part of the order.

Their sauces and spices are seriously sensational! Their textures and tastes are truly tremendous! Combined with their soft, succulent chicken, they conjure an exceptionally exquisite experience, exceeding all expectations of a takeaway! My regular choices: Palok Chicken Tikka Masala Tandoori Chicken Masala Ps the ‘Homemade Red Sauce’ condiment was incredible!

The Balti Hut is our go to takeaway. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their food is the best value in Coventry for quality and portion size. Compliments to the chef again, as have always found all the dishes tasty and hot🔥
