Excellent meal, lamb dansak and sag mushroom balti were the highlights

top quality as always, over 20 years of great service!

food was excellent, plenty of meat in the curry, definitely going back!

Issues with delivery again so some of the food was lukewarm. Tasty but we had to wait a long time for it!

Ordered food to work place Salad was off and brown and portion size is so small. Avoid this place. Should of stuck to Gulshans clay Lane always top service and portion size beats this all day. First and last time trying this place.

My order was missing the salad and mint sauce that was for my starter

the food tastes great, took over 90mins to arrive and then there were 2 dishes missing. might have been because they were busy with it being Eid. I don't know. I will try them again as the food we got was lovely.

Tasted amazing! Only issue is that the curry was swimming in oil but apart from that it was so good and food came hot too.

naan bread was hard and the rest of the food was luke warm had to ring for a update and he said just opened I've always used this place but not sure now

quality and taste of food was spot on. really nice and whole family enjoyed it. only bad thing was how long the food took to arrive, which was delivered by the owners son who took my fone call at the shop to find out where the food was after a long wait, who then couldn't apologies enough when delivering the food. was missing a few items, but going by what we had received food was great, just a shame about the rest.

My order was over 1 hour late ariveing .when i phoned to see where it was the person i spoke to was very rude & said it is Saturdays night we are busy it could be another 15 minutes. The food was cold i had to put it in the microwave to warm it up .

Waited a very long time for food. Although tasty, wasn't hot and we had a plain naan instead if a keema naan. Disappointed this time round

ordered food around 8pm didn't turn up till 10pm and was cold. No dips sent with starter. waste of money.

Food was stone cold and forgotten half order.

First order from this place. Sadly the last. Bhaji's cold. Curry salty ( inedible ). One naan tasted old. Chips half cooked and limp. Oily. Not well packed and had spilled in the bag and stained out work surface. Not cheap. Not good

Good is normally excellent however on this occasion the food was not good and was not of usual taste and quality it was disgarded and not eaten very dissapointing

Many years ago I used to order from Balti Hut as they were reliable and made a nice curry. BUT, they've levelled up and now their curries are fantastic! Totally recommend.

Food was cold tonight. I’ve ordered from Balti Hut before and the food is usually great but tonight the curry and side dish I ordered were cold which was a real shame.

Ordered via app, tried to call but no answer. Ordered vegetarian option and received meat samosas. Onion bhajis were far too greasy. Curries were good but not the best ive had. Hopefully they can improve on this mistake and others get ghe right order.

lovely meal, although could have done with more rice!

ordered a meal for 2 and ordered an extra starter and I was missing the rice for the main and both items from the starter I.e the shèek kebab and onion bajis so basically half the meal delivered late. very poor, to get 1 item wrong is careless, to get 2 is problematic and 3 is either a delivery driver with half a brain delivering my food or a restaurant that is lacking in process.

We ordered at 17.05, estimated time of delivery 18.15. The food arrived at 7pm, and it was MISSING a Masala curry, and the chicken tikka main was also stone COLD. We called the restaurant, who said they would check with the driver, we explained that the bag was sealed tight so it wouldn’t be with the driver unless the Masala was in a bag of its own, he said it wasn’t, but still needed to check with the driver, he said he would call back with a solution.It’s now been an hour and we’ve had no call

smashing food, excellent quality ingrediants. V tasty and good Korma sauce (thank heavens it wasnt just a sweet sauce, it was just right)

Delivered at estimated delivery time. Food fresh and hot but the small amount of chicken in the curry was really disappointing.

The food was swimming in oil there was that much oil I thought I was gonna be invaded by the American's. the prawns in the curry just over cooked and hard to chew. won't be ordering from here again....

2 weeks on trot asked for keena naan ,one tiny piece in both .complained the 2nd time ,said no problem , we'll send another out with 'extra meat'for you ..now bearing in mind ,I live 2 min drive away ,45vmins later ,still nothing .so as you can guess ,will not be using again .

Mint sauce was missed off the order so had to ring to get sent out, but that’s not the reason I’ve given 1 star. I found a lovely food packaging sticker in my tikka Keema naan. As you can imagine, it kinda put me off the food, and maybe curry’s for a while to come. Would be nice to add pictures, so o could ruin everyone else’s appetite

food fantastic we always use this place but today they sent the food and it was crushed in the carrier bag so my curry was basically in the bag not a container so was very disappointed to say the least as this place is usually really really good and couldn't fault them usually. but tonight I was very disappointed.

No peppers in the chicken shashlik , know they cost more than onions but not great
