Lovely little cafe! Great food & coffee, friendly staff :) enjoyed our homemade soup at this cute little cafe! Also a little sweet shop inside.

Held my 50th birthday here, venue was perfect, staff were exceptional and buffet was exceptional. All guest commented on the venue, highly recommend.

Amazing cafe food has quality ingredients not like your standard greasy spoon, The cakes are outstanding and the staff are really pleasant and cannot do enough for you. I would highly recommend to go try it out 5* all day long

The village cafe offer so much, be it breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. The staff are excellent and friendly, service is first class. Our visits here started as a once a week meeting now our friends meet us here, only today we went to another cafe and they requested we meet next week at the Village Cafe, it’s a place loved by all. Well done to Charlotte and her team, keep up the good work 😊

Would recommend the fish and chips. Good quality chips.

The shop closed last year, she used to be onlinel, drive past alot, it is shut.

Arrived approx 18.15 very busy atmosphere great ,on ordering our food we were told there would be a 30-45 min wait no problem we said, ate it lots of sizzlers in B'ham and cov but first time in the Wallace staff member came and told us there would be a delay, the food was brought out after 1hr 15mins understandably they were busy but 1hr 15mins come on Wallace sort it out. Saying that the food was great and I will return let's hope I don't have to wait that long .

The old shepherd is a lovely public house to visit. I often visit here with my children for food and drinks. Service is excellent and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Since new management took over last year I can see a huge improvement. Would highly recommend.

The pub itself is beautiful, I enjoyed the evening in the beer garden and had a wonderful steak which was cooked perfectly, then went inside for the rest of the night to join in with the pub quiz and we all had a great time. It's a friendly atmosphere with lovely staff and everyone is incredibly welcoming to newcomers, I will be going again myself and I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely not worth anything Yh the waffle was nice but they bumped us with portions and the way they gave it only good for hing was got four tubs out of it
