Had chicken curry on jacket potato chicken was tinned awful could only eat potato no reduction was offered …won’t be going back in a hurry.

Me encantó nuestro té de la tarde hoy, tan pronto como entramos, la señora nos dijo las reglas de distanciamiento social y que nos desinfectáramos las manos, nos ofrecieron bebidas de inmediato y nos dijeron que si queríamos otra taza, solo preguntáramos, cuando llegó nuestro té de la tarde, fue increíble. No podía creer qué bien se veía, los bocadillos eran todos frescos y un rollo de salchicha casero que estaba calentito y muy sabroso. los bollos caseros eran tan sabrosos y frescos, he tenido muchos tés de la tarde, pero honestamente puedo decir que este fue uno de los mejores. Definitivamente regresaré después del encierro.

Hemos estado un par de veces ahora. La comida es muy buena y tan buena relación calidad-precio Sólo quería tomarme el tiempo para agradecerles. Volveré de nuevo

Had booked a table for three for two adults and our young daughter on the morning of our visit. Upon arriving at the pub at 4:30, it was busy which is nice to see and we were seated. Our drinks order was taken and then the waiter came back to inform us that they had ran out of turkey, beef and the trio roast dinners. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to a lovely roast dinner. On top of that, we were also informed that there were no children’s meals left! I mean that is simply ridiculous, it is a time where families with children are taken out for a meal, but there wasn’t any left! We also over heard one of the waitress’s apologize to a table that it had already been a long wait for them. At that point we thought that was enough for us. We cancelled the drinks order and get ready to leave. I found it completely unfair that we had a booking and was failed to be informed that one, there are options on the menu that have run out. And two, that there are no children’s meals left, AFTER you have seated the customers AND taken their drinks order! We then had to find elsewhere at short notice to feed our little girl, to me this is unacceptable. What should have happened was the member of staff that seats the customer, should have one, made them aware that there are options missing on the Sunday roast menu and children’s menu and two, that there is a very long wait for food. We understand that these things happen but it’s the way it was managed that is unacceptable.

Food quality , speed of service and ALL staff member’s were all unmatched as always. From the moment we walked in the staff were attentive and friendly. Speed of service was so fast even with a full restaurant, food quality 10/10. Luke sat us down and got our drinks before he finished his shift. Chelsea was our server for the rest of the evening; nothing was too much to ask and she ensured we had everything we needed and more. This is hard to say but… Chelsea might of topped Luke when it comes to hospitality and service 🤔 🤷‍♂️

Este es un edificio con mucha historia. Nuestra habitación estaba bien presentada y limpia. El desayuno tenía buena elección de menú y la comida se presentó bien. El personal era servicial y agradable. La piscina decepcionada no estaba disponible, pero entiendo perfectamente que esto puede suceder Este hitel es excelente relación calidad-precio.
