The shop closed last year, she used to be onlinel, drive past alot, it is shut.

Absolutely amazing service, I needed to place an order but the shop was closed but as she was there baking she done my order for me to collect when needed, I would highly recommend

Messaged on Instagram to order some gluten free brownies and blondies for collection - messaged twice to confirm collection time etc and was told they would be ready for me. (I Messaged on the Wednesday and Thursday) Arrived at agreed time on Saturday to be told they had forgotten and didn’t have any ready. They did offer to come in and make some and then deliver these to me later on, however I needed them there and then as I was off to an event in Birmingham - which they were needed for. Was given a free cookie for compensation but still disappointed.

The.brownie.box is the best brownie shop on earth. The things there are amazing the cakes, brownies even cookies 💕💕 this is a 5 star review and the brownie box will always have my heart

I ordered a cookie dough from Emily’s brownie box and a completely different order arrived. When I called to ask they panicked and hung up on me!!! Then refused to answer any of my calls Awful customer service!

A decadent variety of brownies and really good coffee. Was so overwhelmed and hit with indecisiveness I ended up spending a lot more than I had originally planned. They accept both cash and cards. They also offer a small/limited variety of toasted sandwiches and cool drinks. Friendly staff and excellent brownies so well worth a visit despite the shop being "stuck way out in suburbia".

Ordered 2 brownie trays Kinder & Ferrero for a birthday treat/ instead of cake. These were amazing and went down a treat for all the birthday guests. They were honestly delicious Great customer service helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend

My husband received a delivery of brownies as a birthday present yesterday. Our daughter ordered a selection and every one was delicious! Thank you Emily. We can definitely recommend them and we will be back for more :)

We had a lovely visit when we popped in. The staff were ever so friendly and the brownies are to die for. This place is a new favourite.

Have been visiting Emily for her delicious brownies ever since she sold them from her house and they've never failed to impress me. Great value for money, great customer service. Now with the cafe being open it is great to have something like this in the area. I would recommend to anyone!

Proper indulgent dirty brownies, with no pretentious decorating, just full on honest slabs of goodness 👌 Been buying Emily's for a good while now since she first started selling from her home and through to FarGo and now her proper own place 💪. Still within walking distance for me so I can use the excuse of burning some calories on the trip there 🤣

Excellent customer service, 5 star hygiene when serving, lovely helpful friendly staff. The best thing the most amazing selection of brownies I've ever know. They literally taste so good even my kids beg me to get more. Highly recommended.

What a treat in a nearby street. 😋 Delicious yummy cakes, so hard to choose which ones as they all look mouth-watering. Friendly chatty folks & very welcoming. Came home with a box of delights.
