Lovely meal and great service from luke

Dave was a fantastic member of the team who looked after us. We had a great dining experience.

It's always a good time here. It's become a family tradition on every Bank Holiday, we cone here for breakfast Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Most of the time, we are served by Rona, who is always a delight!

It was our wedding anniversary and we were served by Millie. She was very helpful and cheerful and made us feel special. Thank you xx

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the Elms. The service and food are always excellent and they are happy to do slight substitutions if the meal on the menu isn't exactly what you want. Today we were served by Becky who was friendly, efficient and attentive. She even refilled our coffees without asking when she saw our breakfasts being brought to our table. The Elms is our go-to place for a weekend breakfast treat.

Felt really rushed with the entire meal. The starter was bought out before the salad bowls were finished, and then the mains were bought out before the starters were finished, dirty dishes left between courses, salad bowls left until the mains dishes were taken. Kids meal was just a dried up mess, wouldn't even call it a meal!!! The place itself was also really cold Felt really let down and was going to book for Christmas but will definitely be finding somewhere else and will not be returning.

I am really impressed with the dining experience tonight. The steak was cooked really well. The service by neve was nothing short of perfect. Helpful, friendly and polite. She handled the kids questions and waffling like a pro. The food was brilliant and would recommend eating here to family and friends.

Family birthday. Food very good, service excellent

Unfortunately my experience hasn't been good. 3 times now we've order the free dessert for kids but they never bring them. I've asked the waitresses and they say they will look into it but nothing came. In the end we just leave. The meat is either burnt or borderline raw. Mistakes such as bringing corn instead of chips as sides or not bringing the mixed salad bowl keep happening. Finally the salad bar is always missing things and dirty. We always end paying for things we won't eat or didn't receive.

My fella and I took our elderly neighbour here for her birthday. We all had a wonderful meal, the steaks were simply gorgeous, and our neighbour thought the gammon was fantastic. Our server Millie, was so happy and cheerful, it made our night.

It's a harvester. Good breakfast deals, which I wouldn't normally consider from a harvester.

Came here last night for dinner, and it was great. We had Luke as our waiter, who was great with service and answered any questions we had. We would defiantly come back again and would recommend!

Delicious food and lots of options. The open salad bar is great. Highly recommend the Rocky Horror waffle and sundae for dessert. Our server Chelsie was lovely! Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic meal and a big thank you to Megan for all the help sorting out the meals. It can be hard when eating out as a diabetic, your suggestions and understanding made what can be difficult an easy and enjoyable evening

Our server Luke was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast and it was lovely. Only downsides are lavazza coffee which is very poor quality and expensive for what it is and the lighting could be improved as some seating areas are very dark.

Our server Chelsie was very helpful and courteous. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was impeccable. It is expensive but sometimes it's worth paying a little more for great food and service.

They've changed the way they do it so no more cereals and fruit. Still unlimited tea and coffee but not help yourself. Takes awhile for the food to come because another good one going down the just eat and deliveroo business route

Had the ultimate breakfast. Good quality and value for money, really enjoyed it. Best part though was the service especially Chelsie who was polite, friendly and funny and a credit to the company. Will definitely be returning for breakfast again.

A nice family meal. Seated immediately, meals arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. Good portion sizes. We all enjoyed our meals. 2 slight negatives, my fried eggs were overcooked, I like the yolks runny, although we paid for unlimited coffee/tea, we were not asked if we wanted more after the first cup and had to find a waiter to ask.

Came on a Friday night, hadn't booked but they managed to make it work for 5 of us to eat in. Lovely and clean and very good staff.

Meal out for my birthday yesterday with the family. We had the lovely side room and our waiter Chris was superb and very efficient. I brought a Colin the Caterpillar cake and he gave us all we needed, extra plates and cutlery and ice cream to go with it. Thank you Chris!

food arrived lovely and hot. my only problem was the rice wasn't in a container and I lost some getting the box out the bag it came in

Came tonight with my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary the food was absolutely stunning the nicest food we've eaten out in years in fact. Chris was amazing both him and the young lady who served with him( unfortunately didn't catch her name) they were very happy to check in on us that everything was ok.extreamly fast service with food everything piping hot and absolutely delicious. Sorry didn't get food pictures was too busy devouring the 3 courses. Food was worth so much more than it cost. Made our anniversary perfect. Will deffo be coming back . The cooks/ chefs did an outstanding job thank u all so much . If anyone hasn't tried this place yet it's a must 5 stars all round

Very nice. Big mix of veg and meat. There could have been a bigger portion of chips though. I had to ration the chips as I tore through the meat

Went very late with 10 mins to breakfast closing and all our food was piping hot and freshly cooked, a decent breakfast and value.
