Been ordering from here for over a year. Same. Order every week and this week they decide to make it so spicy the kids can't eat it. When I rang back, I was given no apology or offer to send another pizza. Customer service is shocking. Last time I order

This is a pleasant place but the food is overpriced and inconsistent. Home cooked cottage pie was sparse in meat and the gravy was like water. The steak and onion pie was bland and the pastry like concrete. Breakfast items are a better offer so I will stick to those in future. It was an expensive lesson. Better food and value elsewhere. Staff are lovely and the on-site shop is a treat but cafe food does not reflect the home grown angle they are promoting.

This restaurant has impressed us yet again. We turned up midweek to find it bustling and I am not surprised. The service was attentive but not intrusive and all staff were polite. But the highlight was the quality of the food. It is not the first time we have eaten here and have found the food to be exemplary. The appetisers were exactly that, whetting our appetite and leaving us in anticipation of the main course. This did not disappoint, with a jamboree of flavours and perfectly balanced spices they were a mouthwatering feast, with generous helpings. The drinks are reasonable too, and my wife has even enjoyed a cocktail with her meal before. I think we have found by far the best Indian restaurant in the area in Bhujon.

Great venue which has a lot to offer. Live music every Friday & Saturday evening. Midweek Lunch Time offers and their loyalty club is very rewarding. Food is always amazing and the service from Craig and his team is always very welcoming and they always go the extra mile to look after their customers.

First time here and the service, food and cocktails were amazing! I had Golden Moneybags and Sticky Chicken and they were delicious. I would definitely go again but possibly for lunch as it was a little too noisy for me.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, staff always have a smile on their faces and a spring in their step both at the bar when placing food and or drinks orders as well as the floor staff that bring the food out to your table.NOTHING is too much trouble you would like extra bbq sauce or maybe some salad dressing to pour over your salad you ask nicely and they deliver 100%. Been loads of times with my mum n my kids, just with the kids and my myself....as well booked a birthday party here too....so loads of family enjoyed the Plough too! Will 10000% recommend to ANYONE....
