Joe's Pizza in Birmingham

Been ordering from here for over a year. Same. Order every week and this week they decide to make it so spicy the kids can't eat it. When I rang back, I was given no apology or offer to send another pizza. Customer service is shocking. Last time I order

Best pizza in Mere Green. Far better than the other one next door. Great deep pan with generous serving of cheese and toppings.

Thought I’d try a more independent pizza chain especially next to domino’s must be doing something right, but no, the wings were minging worse than an out of a pack from iceland, loads of dark grey and most likely from a freezer, smelt really old and funky, pizza was mid.

Lovely pizzas, but the menu needs updating to show the true ingredients for EACH pizza. I've ordered many pizzas in the past with ham or bacon on in good faith, only to discover last week (hidden down the menu) that all ham or bacon is TURKEY ham or bacon for halal reasons.

The reason for not 5 they forgot to send sauces with delivery. Went to shop to order but had it delivered.

It's a takeaway, so atmosphere is not important! What is, is that they sell coriander chilli chicken pizza, which is awesome. I arrived early for my collection and saw my pizza made with care and changes of gloves per ingredient. Tasted fab. If you can handle your chillies, go for it :)

Good quality food and always ready for the time given. The prices are reasonable too

We friends ordered food first time from there, buy one get one offer is great. instore was to busy but service was great. Delicious, fresh, good value for money. The food look very well presented and tasted lovely. The service time was very reasonable. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended ✅

Nice pizzeria with loads of bundle and family deal options. Friendly staff and the food came out hot and quick. Not allot of parking available around the store so calling in to order is your best option. Delivery is also offered. The small pizzas are tiny, go bigger than you think you should.

First pizza was cold but fair play to Hassan they delivered a fresh pizza within 30 minutes. Great customer service 👍👍👍

Brilliant Pizza. had two pizzas,chicken tenders fillets and fries delivered. Very hot and tasty. The Coriander chilli chicken pizza was amazing and we all enjoyed it. Very tasty and brilliant service from the driver. Would definately use again and recommend to anyone

The pizza is good but it is expensive

Ordered a 15inch half and half pizza. Was listed as buy 1 get one free. Cost £23.96. Only received 1 pizza. Can get 1 from sainsbury's cooked for £5.50. Never again

Absolutely delicious. First time ordering. Will definitely order again. Had the meat pizza and the garlic bread. Both very tasty.

Food was quite good for the price, especially the pork ribs. The owner was really nice and friendly!!

We ordered the buy one get one free pizza but only one pizza was delivered and when we contacted them they refused to provide the extra pizza. The pizza is too expensive for its size and quality. We will definetely not order again from this place.

I'd definitely recommend Joey's pizza to everyone. The best pizza in town also their burgers have the best taste. 👍👍 Big thumbs up for Joey's pizza.

Best customer service great pizza service

They food was delicious and was a surprisingly quick delivery turned up at my door in under 15 mins when expected delivery was 30 mins and they food was steaming hot with a very polite delivery driver

Got what i asked for and it was as decent as expected

I'm really annoyed I specifically asked for extra base sauce but if anything there was less than usual. They dont do NHS discount anymore which I understand actually as businesses need to recover but the fact on top of that they couldnt get my order right. I'm done need to find a new pizza place any suggestions?

Ordered as usual chicken popcorn (used to be so nice) they have started to mix the original with some iceland cheap popcorn chicken, you can tell by the different colours in the bag...very wrong and illegal. ordered 2 x pizza's with hot base and they never had any on! Won't be ordering again from here, just turned into a cheap rip off shop!

Order pizza and ice cream on just eat it was advertised as Ben and Jerry chocolate fudge brownie when it came the pizzas where amazing but we where given vanilla haagn-dazs it was the only fault

We always get our pizzas from here... was quoted up to 2 hours but guessed that's for most places at the moments tbh.. it came just over an hour and half and was really hot and delicious. We are very pleased with Joe's pizza.

Was quoted a 30 minute delivery but it took well over an hour and 45 minutes

Updated this review, have ordered a few times lately. The food has been very good seems they have made some changes , and it’s showing in the quality of the food that’s been delivered.

Bostin double chicken burger, cook just right, just the right amount of sauce safe to ever made it, been eaten here for a while and always have good food, bless to the fast delivery service as well

Greasy tastes likes it's been reheated terrible hygiene is a joke I'd rather cook myself at least I know it's clean and done fresh dominoes just round the corner

Fantastic service. I didn't get the hang of buy one get one free. They explained and they sent me a free pizza. Food is fantasic, staff are really friendly and so are the delivery drivers.

The service was slow and the worst thing is the man that works the phones and in the kitchen is extremely rude. After a mistake in the order we were basically told to get lost and pay for the wrong order (by the man at the restaurant, as he was rang when the food was delivered (due to the mistake)). The pizza was then greasy and inedible, the grease was intolerable and sickly. I would never eat here again and would advise people to avoid it, to avoid the hassle of the rude staff and to save your mouth from foul pizza. HAS A FOOD HYGIENE RATIN OF 0, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Quality Pizza. The order process was pretty slick, delivery quick, and a good deal cheaper than the local competition.

Pukka. We always go here for our pizzas and rub it in at dominoes buy buying the sauces from there!
