Refused entry for no reason at all. Arrived stone cold sober and dressed well at 6pm on a Friday night, place is dead and the rude bouncer just turned me away. Unbelievable

Chicken balls were all overcooked. Some were also burned. Food quality in general was dismal. I have ordered here before and got decent food but I won’t use this takeaway again.

I don't eat takeaway often but I have to say my experience here was first class . management and staff were top class thanks manager Sabrina for the hospitality today highly recommended much love

The salmon bento box, woah! Everything you could ever ask for, absolutely delicious and the service was amazing, we were in a rush and they were very efficient while maintaining food taste and quality. Halal too :)

The food was really good! Had the smash box and buffalo wings and they did not disappoint! The max and cheese was also one of the best I had! Would highly recommend and order again!

Xiaohongshu sent a lot of people to this restaurant. Only after I went there did I realize how disgusting it is and how bad the service attitude is. I ate half of it and it was still mushy. Chicken was cooked throughout.. Food came quick. We ordered a 12 piece family bucket.. Fries were tasty too as we're the spicy wings. Bigger coleslaw would be awesome.

So everyone is aware this Frankie and bennys is not open. I was hoping to use this restaurant in the coming months. But found out, by phoning the telephone number for Frankie and bennys on Google. Very disappointing, as it’s not stated anywhere else.
