Absolute Joke of a Restaurant! Why open 24 hours when you're struggling to cover nights? I worked a local job near here on a night shift, so I went to pick up food and refreshment. As usual, there's a massive queue because the people are ridiculously slow at taking the orders. You don't have an option to exit, as vehicles are in front and also build up behind you. So out of restlessness, "we" (The Customers) become impatient and start blowing on our car horns. What happened to just taking the order and directing cars to a parking space? as not to block the drive thru if busy I asked (who I assumed was the manager) tonight this same question, but received excuses that the cover had blown out for shifts. I understand this happens, but that's not this isn't the customers problem. If you're understaffed, have the courtesy to put up signs on waiting times (preferably before you hit drive-thru lane) or better solution. Just don't open at all. We don't all have 30 minutes to be stuck at a drive thru! Especially on a work break. "Customer Service" has gone to the dogs in this country. It's a real shame.

Genuinely some of the rudest staff I've ever interacted with,Tried to get someone's attention and instead of help I got laughed at and the member of staff called someone else to laugh or just look I don't even know but it's the worst encounter I've had at any macdonalds.If you're not a parent who's kids are begging for macdonalds this one is a HARD PASS.

Board will say your order is ready when it is nowhere in sight. Staff will ignore you and then hand you freezing cold food. USELESS .

Bit of a mixed bag, while the service was quick and easy, the taste of the toffee latte wasn't that great, it was kind of bland and a little bitter. Syrup sits at the bottom of the cup so near the end it becomes unbearably sweet. The seating area is generally clean, and there is lots of seating available. However, if you ever need to pay in cash, you'll be standing around at the cash register for a while, as no one seems to acknowledge you exist.

12 minutes to get your order, they put the numbers up, to clear, not a busy restaurant. Staff seem very unhappy, manager was on his phone cleaning equipment....

I just ordered from uber eats How can you give someone a chicken salads without the chicken the chips were cold The drink was just absurd you only have one job to do is to pack the order right.

The delivery driver sat outside my house for 10mins. He was eating. I have CCTV on the house. When he knocked on the door, he handed me my drink which had a little bit in the bottom and said the drink had spilt. The apples pie were missing too.

Arrived to the drive through at 8:15am, left waiting for ages, cars started to build up and I had to call the Macdonalds at 8:24am which was answered by a young girls. I mentioned I’d been waiting and Cara building up. She shout to a colleague asking if he had his headset in. Finally got served and left at 8:31am. Really poor service and no apology.

We popped into McDonald’s for a bite to eat before seeing a film at star city, it was my daughter’s birthday (5) whilst eating our food the manger came over to ask if everything was okay. My daughter then shouted that she was five today! The gentleman then proceeded to go above beyond and made her feel so special! He gave her the time of day and a birthday donut. Never received such service at a McDonald’s before! Sad I didn’t get his name, as I would love to highlight his services

I had the pleasure of being served by Harry at the McDonald’s drive-thru, and his customer service was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly polite, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. His communication skills were spot on—clear, friendly, and professional throughout. Harry went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and even took the time to understand my specific requests without hesitation. It’s rare to come across someone as understanding and genuinely pleasant as Harry in fast food service. Kudos to him for making my visit such a positive one! 6-12-24 ordered 1 meal and was told to wait in car park by some white guy with an attitude , 15 mins later and was still waiting ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT STAFF HERE , utterly useless lazy unprofessional staff ,the place needs closing down as not 1 off them have a single clue on what they are doing I will be taking this further utter mess I mean where do you get these staff from??? what an absolute joke of a store I ordered a double quarter pounder and a big tasty large meals, chicken nuggets. all food that arrived was freezing cold. the ssauces for the nuggets was not delivered the straws for the milkshakes where missing the the double quarter pounder burger was missing I got a refund for the burger and went to order it again but was being charged service charge and delivery fee. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Store manager unable to access key for disabled occupancy WC at 23:50 05/11/24. No blame to shift manager - but whatever polices McDonald's have - disgusting. Was asked to use mens general WC - vomit on floor and in cubicles - NO THANKS. Rather Dump in Ronald McDonald's Pocket!

Worse experience ever. We have ordered an latte to be honest more than half of the glass was filled with lots of ice only. When I removed a ice only 40% was coffee. To talk about Taste the latte was similar to alcohol really disappointed with taste. Also the staff wasn’t responsive I asked them they said this is what it is 🤷🏼 Totally Rude behaviour.
