Two Asian women who work as cashiers are absolutely rude and have a terrible attitude, condescending for absolutely no reason.

Had an amazing experience at KFC! The burger, roll, and chicken wings were served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and served with a smile, making the visit even better. Great food, great service — definitely coming back!

Went there yesterday at a very late hour, almost near to their closing time, and yet the food which was served was so freshly made. Everything was top notch; the piping hot food, hygiene, and the staff. Didn't get a chance to take the picture of the whole meal as it was hard to control the hunger. It was truly finger lickin' good😋!!! This KFC's Selly Oak branch is highly recommended! 👌👌

Popped into the KFC at Battery Retail Park, Selly Oak on April 19th, and I must say, brilliant service! My order (12-piece Original Recipe Chicken) was ready incredibly fast despite a busy evening. The staff at the kiosk were efficient and courteous, and the food was piping hot and flavorful as always. Great value for money, and the takeaway process was smooth. I’ll definitely be returning for another quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend this branch!

KFC are out pricing themselves for what you get. They don't read the restaurant notes asking for no signature seasoning on the fries but still do it. meaning the fries cannot be eaten. Very disappointed

Giving this branch 4 star is fair. Because the staff really need to learn how to welcome a customer with friendlyness rather than an attitude. I believe simple smile wont cost a thing to the staff. Second in toilet area a sink tap was broken and constently running a water which i report to the staff she quickly respond but again she give me a look like i broke their tap. Very dissappointed with a staff.

Wrong order and waited for so long as well

Tables were dirty but when asked to one of staff for cleaning it was done but floor was full of left over food.

The smell of the toilets fills the whole restaurant. Smells dirty and unpleasant. The toilets are possibly the most dirty I have ever seen. Toilet roll is difficult to remove from the dispenser.

Very bad customer service experience. I used my reward for free burger and the female staff said I have spent £5 to get my reward which was not true. I refused and told her I never have been asked before and then she checked with another staff. And another staff said I don't have to spent. The female Asian staff didn't ask anyone for advice and force me to spent to get my free reward, not good experience at all. Definitely not recommended this store.

I bought chicken wings for collection and when I reached home after 15 minutes , I found the food was cold . It is very disappointing.

Can pretty much guarantee they will mess up your order. Staff need training in customer service ( not rude but not friendly either )

Food was nice and fresh but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Disabled one was dirty. Flooded and toilet roll strewn all on the floor. One of the toilets was locked and the other was blocked and full to the top with a tampon floating in it!!! Absolutely disgraceful for an eating establishment, should be closed down !!!!!

KFC Selly Oak Very bad service, i went there with grandkids, tables and floor dirty. Order to table took ages without a reason. Pineapple very hard tried yo get a soft one they refused to my granddaughter. Order came incomplete anyway.

chicken was very very dry and some ended up in the bin . Not to the usual standard . Put me off KFC unfortunately .

I've been here several times, the general atmosphere is good, people are waiting for food, things are a bit confusing and I can't understand why, but the staff are doing their job trying to be fast, responsive, and welcoming, they shout for the numbers but I think there should be more screen or machine to cover that. Enough seats are available, but food waste and boxes are everywhere, unfortunately. More importantly, the food is not that much hot! Chicken and fries must be so hot to serve. Enough parking area is also available

Visited about 10am so very quiet. Staff were friendly, food piping hot and everywhere seemed very clean. Not usually a fan of KFC and can be hit and miss but would happily visit this branch again.

Ordered from justeat, the chicken was worst i have ever eaten, i felt like eaten plastic, i think chicken was distorted hope i dont get sick, hot wings was smallest i have ever seen less than 3 cm?? No flavour at all, just avoid

Meals just do not taste the same as they used to...either really salty or greasy. Hot wing coating has changed almost tasteless, tiny wings with thick coating

The customer service was horrible. I ordered chicken wings & Americano. The wings were tasty, Americano was so bad, had no flavour to it. It was just coloured water. The service was very bad, the waiter (female) just dropped the tray on the table, no tissue / sugar / stirrer were provided. Tissues were kept next to the bin.

Went there today—terrible experience. The toilets were filthy, the food was burnt and tasteless, the fries were awful, and the chicken was way too dry. Nothing was good.

It is not that the delivery is late. But the delivery man was RUDE! And rush us. I have already make my arrangements note, and he rudely said “IS IT HARD TO GO OUTSIDE!” We are usually requested to be delivered outside the door and it usually fine!!

Shitt service on delivery and service they dint know first come and first served. If you can speak indian you most likely to be served quickly otherwise you have to wait 30 mins for uber order to make.

Slow service and if you want to use the app here to use the loyalty scheme, forget it - poor signal and terrible WiFi. The food is fine, some lack of care in assembling the burgers but other than that, what you expect from a KFC

Got here at 9pm. Staff started to close off areas whilst we were sitting there. Felt like they wanted us out of there asap.

I asked for delivery for 8pm, it came at 8.30 food was showing as being prepared 30 mins before the courier was shown as arrived at store. food was stone cold, I also asked for plain fries not seasoned, that never happened, Won't be using them again

My order never turned up spoke to restaurant they said no driver turned up and are now closed app says it was delivered im a nhs worker on night shift not happy want a full refund

As a disabled user I usually go to a drive through because with the best will inn the world getting a takeaway is a lot for someone with limited mobility but the info on Google was misleading as there was no drive through and nowhere to sit while waiting for the takeaway but the staff were polite and the food was good quality.

The best I've tasted! KFC in London is really bad! But Birmingham is nice even the fries are seasoned! Thank God I moved to Birmingham

This place is literally so disgusting and dirty 💀 It's barely open and most ppl get takeaway but it's still so nasty and the ppl who work here don't even clean properly. There's too much leftover food on the floor, if you want to order then I suggest going to a different KFC bc this one is just dirty 💀

Disappointed with the over fried hot wings. As a KFC hot wing lover, the hot wings at this KFC were very awful. A super heavy burnt smells made it impossible to swallow.

When this store first opened, the staff took over an hour to prepare my order. However, that was two years ago and I started coming again recently and I now wait about 5-10 minutes for my order, even on a Friday evening. A huge improvement from two years ago, also never had a problem with the food itself

To all my compatriots, the quality of this KFC definitely exceeds the lower limit of everyone’s psychological expectations. Young people making a lot of noise appear randomly near the toilet, and there are many people on the floor and on the table. I even considered takeout. After all, I am young, and the quality of takeout meals is also very worrying. In addition to the standardized meals, they always make other parts messy. The drink cup looked so full that it overflowed when he finished typing it...it felt sticky in his hand. Fried chicken does not suit the taste of most Chinese people. It can only be said that there is a reason why this brand cannot compete with McDonald's almost globally. In fact, I quite like some of the dishes. I just don’t dare to go to McDonald’s late at night. I have to do some mental preparation before going to this KFC every time. There seems to be a certain group of people who really enjoy the no-holds-barred atmosphere of KFC. It is not recommended for female friends to go alone. I doubt whether the store staff is capable of protecting customers from being affected and finishing their burgers.

Slowest KFC I've every been to. They have gotten my order wrong more time than they have gotten it right.

Food was estimated to arrive at 6:15pm. At 6:30 the food still had not arrived. I called the restaurant at 6:34 who told me that the food had been collected. However every time I checked the app the delivery time got later and later eventually saying that the food would arrive at 6:56. The courier arrived at 6:56 but went to our next door neighbour even though our house number is on the front of the house and all over our bins. He eventually came to our house but the food was cold. Awful!!

Our first time here and it was dinner time, was quite busy and we waited for about 5 mins before our number was called. That's super quick! Food are hot, fresh and nice. The restaurant is spacious with enough tables to cater diners. The staff forgot to add cheese to my burger but I had a change of mind and didn't bother about it. Parking is ample. Overall nice experience.

As I write this, I'm still waiting for my order, and I can’t help but laugh at the state of this so-called ‘restaurant’. Despite being open for only a week, the place is already filthy, with leftover food scattered everywhere. There’s a queue of customers waiting to be served, while the staff stand around chatting, doing absolutely nothing. What’s even worse is that the hot lamps aren’t even on, and food is just sitting there, waiting to be bagged and sent out. Based on what I’ve seen, I seriously doubt I’ll be returning – unless the food is somehow amazing, which seems highly unlikely.

Ordered a burger instore at midday. I thought it would be fresh. It was burnt, stale and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Ask for another burger and the team leader couldn't see what the issue was and rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude. Asked for a full refund. Didn't fancy food poisoning anyway. Avoid avoid.

Incompetent staff a lack of service. Went in today, ordered an aero peppermint ice cream sundae, it came out and it was in a mini sundae tub. I explained to the staff that this was a mini size and not the size I had paid for. They were adamant this was the correct size, and apparently a mini was half of that. The manager got involved and told me they had been this size for the last 2 years, I explained to them I’d been to another local KFC and it was the bigger normal size, he said “good for you” in a sarcastic manner and refunded my whole order even though I only complained about the ice cream. Afterwards I looked for the rest of my order and it was gone and I was told I’d have to reorder. So I reordered and this time a mini chocolate sundae just to see if their claims were true and very much not to my surprise, it was the same size they tried to fob me off with. I explained this to them and the manager, they told me it was smaller even though I had them side by side and they were exactly the same, filled to the same level as well. I told the staff that they had lied to me and after that I was ignored. Absolute joke of a team, clearly can’t handle customer issues professionally. I’ve been to this location a few times and they never have coleslaw either. Furthermore on this occasion there was no boneless banquet on the order screens either. Bit of a half arsed attempt at a KFC to be honest, taking advantage of the nearby students and their naivety. I will not be returning and as a frequent visitor of the nearby queen Elizabeth hospital, that is a shame.

Food is fine and nice and staff our nice but that doesn’t add up for the horror of the toilets.As I entered the male stall I was disgusted by a big brown and bitty stain all over the floor which I had to complain about and I still don’t know if they cleaned it.The shambolic state of these toilets is atrocious.Sane for the women’s toilet aswell which is what my family member had told me.

Mmm 😋 has been a while since the last time a KFC it was delicious just as I remembered it.

There were two things that were disappointing. First, the desks, halls, and trash cans are not cleaned at all, so guests either wipe them themselves or simply place their trash on top of the trash can with a tray. Also, when I order at a kiosk, I don't get a paper receipt, so I have to memorize the number and pick it up myself, but I feel anxious because my identity is not verified. Still, British KFC is good. All the elements and flavors that were ambiguous in Korea are filled with oil, sugar, and salt, making it an umami bomb. To be honest, I thought I would never go back once I went there, but I will never forget the taste. The view from the window seat wasn't bad either.
