Absolutely terrible , I ordered chicken paluo and they gave me bryiani tasteless rice , wasted my money never ordering again from them , stupid business with rude people

had couple of bad experiences but usually the food here is quality

Nice little cafe right by the coach station that serves hot food. Had the sausage and egg sandwich for breakfast. Good portion and really tasty. Good start to the day!

This is renamed as Tahini kitchen. The food are exceptional and affordable. Very healthy menu and plenty of choices. I highly recommend this palace for it's it's unique food and character. The owners are displaying an outstanding taste in the food and the design interior of this restaurant. Awesome is the only word that describes this place.

Tried submitting an earlier review, not sure what happened Anyway I arrived in Birmingham for a conference and this was the first pub near New Street station that I found. A very friendly locals' pub and I always seek out such pubs when visiting other towns and cities.

The quality of the lamb was satisfactory, however, the quantity and quality of the rice were lacking. The service provided was below standard, with the staff displaying a rude demeanor and requesting that we vacate our seats to accommodate other patrons. Additionally, they only accept cash payments, which is not clearly displayed until after the food is ordered.

The lack of options & willingness to accommodate for gluten free is seriously poor. Yo sushi has gone backwards in their ability to accommodate gluten free, considering sushi can very easily be made so. However some chains have had managers that try to help. At Selfridges Yo Sushi it was truly painful to speak to them about it. Yo sushi - in this day and age it shouldn’t be so hard!

I went and ordered a paneer and rice box meal for myself and was served by Aadil. I came back and saw it was chicken and rice and I do not eat chicken. I rang up and they said to come back and they will change it. I got my paneer and rice however the customer service was disgusting specifically by aadil, he gave my meal and said that he never gets an order wrong and showed a lot of attitude. I would not recommend going at all as the customer service is atrocious and their staff need to learn some manners, specifically AADIL.
