It was very busy today, so the food took much longer than expected. Though, when the food arrived, it was spot on 👌🏼, absolutely delicious. I had the lassi wala saag with a paratha, which I highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back again.

What a great place for breakfast. Ordered the paratha which was really well made, not dry, not too oily. The gandla wala saag was exquisite and the gosht kareley were delicious and so tender. And then there was the chai - absolutely beautiful, unlike these famous high street tea shops it’s made fresh and is proper desi chai like you get in Pakistan. I’d highly recommend this place for all foodies who love Pakistani food as it is something different and the food is like its home cooked

Stopped off just for a karak chai whilst on my morning walk. Great decor and set up inside with seating outside and also upstairs. Karak chai was nice also.

If you want authentic genuine Pakistani food. I will recommend this place. It reminds me of my mother’s cooking

Nice spice omelette in toast bun burger service with desi tea in metal kettle can't fault omelette spice with fresh green chillies and onion desi tea was nice and hot a lot better than other chai shop everything was spot on can't fault food definitely come again breakfast menu old school Kashmir breakfast places one for local chacha and auntie to try out definitely need branch on Ladypool road

This place is a nice small cafe. The concept is very simple. Retro Pakistan. This is evidence by the presentation of the shop. I had the karak chai and it was lovely. Paid £3 and it was a large size. The karak chai was made fresh on the grill. Most importantly not preheated. Theres seating upstairs and outside. It does have the Pakistan vibes when you go in the evening and the lights are all on and everything. It's on the main road and depending on what time you go; you can get free parking nearby.

Beautiful breakfast, the parathas are huge just like the ones your mom would make you! Tea is probably the best tea I've ever had reminded me of pakistan. Lassi saag was very tasty will try other items next time.

Go to place for a desi breakfast. Food tastes like a home made. Can not go wrong here. Only set back is the dining area upstairs, but apart from that, it's a faultless place for desi style food.

There was smoke and I was struggling to breathe. My eyes were watering. Literally the worst atmosphere. Never coming here again.

4 friends on a night out - We tried the Majajan for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented, especially the aloo paratha's The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated with photo's of Noor Jahan Ji and Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back to try the all day breakfast ! 😋

We get there from Bristol to do nastha on our known friend recommended us butt it's was totally worthless to go We ordered payee chana and omelet for nastha the payee was very salty and very poor in taste and the chana was very rocky and tasteless the only good thing is chai Rest is food very bad in taste and there is no customer service plus waste of money soo not recommended for visiting

Went with the wide and had breakfast. Had channa and aloo paratha with spice omelette and paratha. Food came within 15mins of us ordering which wasn't bad at all. Everything was on point...the tea was 100% authentic desi awesome!! The seating upstairs can feel rather warm but they did have a fan in there. Would recommend.

Never Again!!!!!! This was a terrible place, bad food, awful customer service. The food was not nice at all. When feedback was given this was taken negatively and gave us arrogance response instead . They gave us an alternative horrible scramble egg which they called an omelette for replacement of the channa dish as it had excess oil in it but still charged us full amount after saying they will change for omelette without additional charge. The food left a horrible taste in our mouths. Food was nasty. Do not recommend this place at all. Never again!!!!!!

Omg wouldn't recommend this place the food was not of good quality when my take out came my tea had no lid which I was informed of ok but the plain butter pharata had no layers was thin as heck with nothing the omelette was a scrambled egg with sprinkle onions and fat chillies no masala the channa had no colour but enough oil to fry a egg nasty the aloo paratha 1 was burnt and the one at the top had holes in at the bottom it seemed they had put the potatoes in and scraped them back out flipping awful experience. Lol and I got happy because I thought I got Yogurt with my paratha turns out it was mayo

The very Best Desi breakfast in Birmingham the Pharata’s are freshly Cooked NOT too oily just like how your Mother would make them at Home. Nice place I would Highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of trying the lamb meat and karela dish, it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were so fresh giving it that perfect homely taste that we all crave. lamb meat was so tender and the slight bitterness of karela made it taste delicious MashaAllah the atmosphere of the place was also lovely. It added to the overall experience, making it a truly enjoyable. Will definitely visit again InshaAllah

Popped over a few weeks ago and have to say 10/10. Very welcomming, punjabi retro decor was just outstanding. Ive tried the desi omlette with paratha n chai...and have to say definetly recommended. Very unique compared to other chai places... will defo be up many times to come.👌👌

Came here all the way from newcastle to had their best anda burger and aloo paratha and i must say the place is awesome. I would recommend it to every person. The ambience and art work of the place just reminded me of Pakistan. I wish all the best to the owner of the place.

Ordered food for Sheri have to say it was amazing specially the spicy omelette & prantaaa cooked to perfection lassi wala saag omg so tasty definitely recommend going to MAJAJAN QUEEN OF SPICES 😍👌

This place is amazing love it. I’ve been coming since last Ramadan and always order the aloo paratha and the chai which is the best i’ve ever tried! Great portion sizes for the prices, always fast to answer the phone for orders and the staff are all lovely!

Where do I start from??? I ordered a lacha paratha with the majajans karak chai. 20 mins after I ordered my food arrived! The food was very nice and hot, the flavours in the omelette deffo hit right! Karak chai had the perfect amount of sweetness. Will deffo be ordering again ❤️

The food is great and the tea is amazing. The service was so lovely felt so relaxed and had a great time, owner gave us complimentary dates, biryani and pakoras to open our fast which very sweet. Overall very homely feeling and would definitely recommend and go again.

I am a foodie by nature, I love to cook and try new foods. I heard about this place from a friend of mine, he rated it as one of the best place for desi food. I visited this place last week and I must say that I am genuinely impressed by the taste, the manners of staff, and the swiftness of service. It is definitely the best place for desi food.

This place only has decor. No customer service and awful food. We waited over an hour for our food when they were only 4 customers in the store. 2 of them walked out, 1 of them requesting a refund. Once the food arrived it was incomplete. Had to call them over numerous amount of times but they're to busy getting the following on tiktok. Wouldn't recommend and will never come again. I'm sorry but you're service and quality was amazing in alumrock but now it's appalling

Not the best service here especially in ramadan. Food came out in bits and then cold too even though only a few tables had customers the delay was long especially when you've been fasting and expect food or even starters to be ready after prayers. We walked out after paying for our drinks and cold starters. Won't be coming again neither would I recommend them.

Absolute banger this place is! So colourful and vibrant place this is. Hospitality is next level and the communication with the staff is absolutely fire. I would happily come here again as it makes me smile and it makes my family feel like home in Pakistan. There display is outstanding! I love it here I would come here almost everyday! FANTASTIC ! Really wanted to try this place out before ramadan and I must say I wasn't disappointed, the food was freshly prepared and tasted sooo good just like home made, the atmosphere was amazing, bought back so many memories, as a kid use to watch all those old movies with my family, good old days, the owner was so friendly she chatted to us whilst we were there will definitely visit again in sha Allah, all the best may Allah give u success and put barakat in all your hard work ameen ❤️

Amazing food run by an amazing family. Loved the anda shami burger. The karahi was full of taste. The saag was absolutely tasty. Everything overall was amazing. Including the entrance and the whole of decor. Wonderful ambiance. I’m looking forward to seeing seeing all again. Love you all ❤️❤️

Ordered the mixed grill palate for £24 was enough food for 2 people to share. And it came with sauces so did not need to order separate ones. The lamb chops were the best lamb chops I've had. Also ordered naan. Freshly made. Would definitely return and recommend the place. Only thing would say is if could have smaller portions of haandi dishes available for 1 person and at a lower price for 1 person portion.

Such a beautiful place, me and my husband loved it, interior was spot on so nostalgic, food was great, portions are big i had a massive aloo ka paratah with kadak chai and it was amazing. Will come again soon. Well done guys.

Fantastic service, helpful staff and high quality food served. Definitely home made style and the restaurant seating area is comfortable and inviting and great desi decor to go with the surroundings. Massively recommend this

I'm not very sure about some of these negative comments (I'm all for constructive criticism), however me & my friend had a very pleasant experience at Majajan! I ordered the aloo parata with spicy egg & it was delicious, well filled crispy buttery parata & fluffy masala spicy eggs, perfecto (just like homemade by the Ama", it was soo good I ordered another aloo parata! My friend ordered the Paye with Naan, can I say the Paye were banging, so rich and full of flavour and the naans big, airy & crispy on the outside! Portions sizes were good, an average serving for an adult so no complaints there. Raita/salad/achar was fresh and nice addition to the meal, we had a few ice cold cokes, staff were polite,,courteous & attentive. The place is stunning, a real hidden gem in brum town, I would recommend it, also if you do ever have an issue with food/service at any restaurant approach them on the day you are visiting, so they get a chance to rectify any issues you have before jumping online and bashing the business. We had no issues at all, there is always teething problems/small errors that if pointed out can be rectified. With the current climate and the high cost of living, we really should be supporting our local Businesses rather than bashing them online & affecting their income, they to do have families to look after. Just wanted to put this out their, I'm a genuine paying customer, enjoyed my time at this establishment and shall be returning when I am in Birmingham again on business.keep up the good work @TeamMajajan

Very disappointed. Food has no taste and was under cooked. Naan bread looks like they bought it ready made and just warmed it on hot plate. Not a single thing we eat was properly made or has taste. My wife's sister came all the way from London to try this restaurant but went very disappointed. After eating the food we realised way it was very quite.

Came here on a Sunday just after one was served quickly and service I received from start to finish was great, food was nice, saag could have been spicier, tea was very nice, and a gentleman had been singing throughout our meal, and the whole vibe of the place was so different I remember when these guys were just a stall on the corner of alum rock road, and I’m really happy to see how far they have come the decor of the place was very back home vibes and unique sometimes a fancy seating or table arrangement isn’t needed, all that is required is good food and service

Food was a nice throwback to some older establishments in the area which have since closed. Staff were also friendly and interior is definitely unique

Absolutely dispointed, ordered lacha paratha and was served roti which had been buttered on the tava. The pakora kari had no pakora inside it and the chicken karai looked like it had been over cooked, burnt and the oil was not added but poured on that there must have been 3 cups of just oil. For a place to eat was extremely cold and no heating in sight. Would not go back or recommend.

I loved the hand made parathas with omelette plus the desi bun kebabs reminds me the street food of Karachi.

Appalling serve, food was under cooked and priced way to much for the quality of it. Starters came in 3 different intervals. No hospitality what so ever Don’t recommend to anyone I agree with previous comments of false reviews I refused to pay bill But lucky for them my friend paid and never ever again

Street vendors serve better food..decor great staff good food a complete let down... Don't belive the positive reviews probably your local Asian aunty and uncle supporting the owner

Majajan quality was great in the start but now the prices gone high and the standards gone down.Its unhygienic... when the lady is not around she make her son cook parata.. which was uncooked tea wasnt great ...prices high... i would say avoid it...

Stopped here for morning breakfast. Best tea on Alumrock Road. Freshly made huge paranta. Desi tea was freshly being made We chose paranta with sweet yogurt. Absolutely loved it.

Hi,one of my friend buy yesterday's sehri food,u give him a really poor service,pratha was hard,and you even forge5 the aaloo pratha but i charge him.He call you and you didnt said sorry,and cut the call.In this way u guys work???He make a review with the name of Ishfaq ahmed,where is that reviews.Such a shame that u charge and dont give for what he pay.Never recommend.

Buy from them twice,both time really hard pratha,and chai was like cook ages ago.never recommend.They always delete review where costomer write the service is bad,they just keep good review.So plz be aware they serve u a diagusting food.Decor as pakistani style doednt mean the food is good.
