The food here was delicious. Took my Mom out for Mother's Day and had a great time. The service was perfect, really friendly and helpful staff advised us on the favourites, we we enjoyed. Food was fresh and flavoursome. Highly recommend!

Food was lovely and fresh. Had the noodles a very generous portion. Staff are polite and friendly. The starters were also very nice had fried chicken wings and fried spring rolls.

Absolutely amazing food, big portions, everything fresh, every food described as "crispy", was actually crispy, it was our first experience with vietnamese kitchen and it was absolutely great. Staff very friendly, had a laugh, nice conversations, rare thing in any of the restaurants. Everyone should come over here, everyone who is looking for a great atmosphere, food full of flavour and great staff!!!

Came here yesterday, but unfortunately the grilled chicken was served cold. The quality of the main was not the best for chicken. We did send it back and it was reheated but this certainly did not seem fresh. I understand you have been busy, but that is no excuse for people that are parting with their hard earned money. I am giving two stars as we did enjoy the spring roll starters. We could also see and hear a couple complaining constantly which wasn’t the best atmosphere to enjoy your food. I was not going to make the staff uncomfortable so we just paid and left.

Came here about a week ago and food was alright but service could be better. Had 2 people working but the poor girl was busy serving and cleaning on her own the while the guy at the till barely did anything. Also, the guy tossed the receipt at me when I was about to pay, which was rather insulting. Not sure if I’ll come back.

The soup is tasteless，doesn't feel like made from beef bones. Portion is quite big though. Green papaya sald is good. Would like to try other Vietnamese restaurant to compare.

I love the simplicity of this restaurant. The staff are the most friendly and helpful I've come across in a long time (which was very refreshing). Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The area is clean and spacious. Now let's talk about the authenticity of the food...omg my husband and I were very impressed. It's the best Vietnamese meals we've had in Birmingham. So much that we are repeated customers. Now, whenever I desire noodle dishes...only MISS VIETNAM come to mind. The prices are more than affordable, which is very good for us as we enjoy sampling foods that we are not so accustomed to on a daily basis 😉 Quin and her team are amazing. They teach us Vietnamese words and make our experiences memorable.

Best crispy duck with amazing sauce on the side. My vegan friend also enjoyed her vegan spring roll noodles. Will be coming back for sure :)

This is the 4th time we've eaten here, and each and every time it's a delight; calming atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food is delicious. Great options for vegan/vegetarian also. Cannot recommend enough!

My friends and I initially went and had a meal here a few months ago and found the food very delightful. As an Asian, I am very critical of Asian restaurants so I was very surprised that they didn't just satisfy my standards, but also didn't cost an arm and a leg to have our meal especially in the city centre. Every time I go to Birmingham with my friends or family, I always make sure to suggest this place. My personal favorite is the Crispy Duck meal. It comes with a portion of rice and a bowl of soup on the side. This meal is far from bland and neither too salty for British taste. The dishes come in a good portion size. I often have more crispy duck left for another portion of rice. In addition, the staff members are very friendly and respectful to customers. I think this restaurant deserves more popularity and support. 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone.

Nice + authentic Vietnamese food!

Spacious place that can be a bit cold. The food was alright. I was personally not mind blown but it was good nevertheless. It was lacking a bit more flavor. The waitress was nice and friendly but even tho we were the only one in the restaurant, she wasn’t particularly attentive to us. Overall, not bad but could be better :)

Lovely, authentic Vietnamese food and great service. We would definitely go back again. The only thing I would say is the venue can get a little bit cold due to the high ceiling. However, definitely well worth a visit.

I tried Grilled lemongrass chicken rice in this restaurant. The dish came with a soup, can’t really remember the name of the soup. The dish was okay. Being a curry lover, I felt this dish was very dry. The taste of the soup was also okay as well. Paying 10 pounds or so for this dish is not worth it. But they have a big sitting area and I was provided with free Wi-Fi was provided.

The minute we stepped through the door we felt like we walked into a 'walk-in-fridge'. It's freezing in here. Seated and soon noticed the next table was eating with theirs coat on too! Ordered a Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk what we got was a pre-mixed Vietnamese Coffee instead of a traditional Vietnamese Dripping Filtered Coffee sitting on top of a Condensed Milk glass. And they don't have the NUOC MAM (the Vietnamese Dipping Sauce) for Prawn Summer Rolls instead it served with the Peanut Hoi Sin Sauce which is not bad, actually this particular sauce is the best thing I had from this meal. Asked for fish sauce, the waitress then brought us the straight fish sauce in a vinegar bottle. That led us doubting the authenticity of the restaurant. We ordered two bowls of soup noodles, they came out hot but soon turned warm because the restaurant was so cold and within 5 minutes them become cold dishes. Even the hand-dryer in the toilet blowing out cold air! However the portion is quite decent compared to a lot of restaurants where they increased prices and also cut down on portions.

The waitress was really lovely! The curry was actually pretty nice and the rice was good but the summer rolls was quite bitter and the dipping sauce wasn't nice at all. But clean and nice staff.

My favourite place in birmingham to get Pho from - the staff are so lovely and the food is always incredible. Recommend the original coffee with condensed milk every single time! don’t forget to tip the servers because they always make the experience the best one possible!!!

Very nice fresh food and friendly service. Card payments accepted so that's handy. Good location for a quick meal before or after the theatre etc. Recommend.

I was craving pho on a cold night and went for the usual pho with rare beef, and while the plating looked fabulous, the flavours didn't match up at all. The broth was bland, as if they ran out of stock and added water, but forgot to add salt or any of the usual spices you'd find in a pho broth. And while the veggies were nice and fresh, and they had all the right condiments, it was hard to get over the fact that the whole soup had no flavour. I hope it's just a supply chain problem post-pandemic, but it was quite disappointing.

The staff were very friendly, especially the guy who served us yesterday. He recommended our meals and both were extremely tasty. I will definitely be back again!

Ordered fish noodle soup but what came was batter with noodle inside a flavourless stock. I was disappointed. Having been here once previously but it was better so not sure if quality has gone down. Service is good though.

Lovely place, was quiet but the food was absolutely delicious. Full of flavour, fresh ingredients. The staff were so polite and friendly. Very attentive and helpful. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend the aubergine and pork with rice and the pork in honey starter.

Great staff, food is average and similar to what you would get in Asia, it's a good consistent place to eat, with affordable food.

We went to the restaurant tonight for dinner. The menu looked really good, the waitresses were lovely, it felt authentic, we were excited. Unfortunately before we ordered another customer was insanely rude and aggressive to one of the waitresses. He spouted a torrent of abuse at her and then demanded another soup. He then started loudly shouting about how he always bosses people around and doesnt care. I spoke to the waitress, apologised to her for his behaviour and asked if she was going to kick him out. She didn’t want to so we left as we didn’t feel comfortable staying there whilst he was still there

I want to give 4.5 out of 5 Not great ambience but good food and very nice staff.

Absolutely awful! This was the the worst meal we've experienced. Restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived yet my husband's meal came 10 minutes before mine. He had rib eye steak noodles - the meat was inedible. I asked this to be returned so we could both have the lemongrass pork with noodles and spring rolls. When the meals arrived (second meal for my husband) it tasted worst than the first. The pork was burnt there was no flavour at all to the entire meal. This restaurant should be shut down. The only saving grace was the restaurant staff who were extremely pleasant and polite - however this is not a reason for a restaurant to continue business. It ruined our night out don't let it ruin yours so eat else where.

A great selection of food and so much to choose from..my go-to place for a few starters or even a full in meal. Good portion size and a recommended place with good staff !

This place it was one of the first places where we eat in China town, and that it was in 2018! Since then, we have been visiting the place time to time and is always amazing. The food is weel prepared, the price is good for the quantity of food. And the customer service is always great! It is always very quiet, never busy. We love everything :) including the vietnamit beer that they have and the sweet coffee!The plain rice is delicious and the noddles are great!!!

The food was excellent and quite good value, the restaurant itself was lacking atmosphere the day we went. The restaurant was silent apart from the clacking of dishes from the kitchen and the odd sound of a bosun's whistle now and then. I think I need to visit of an evening to see if the atmosphere is better.

I and my partner love vietnamese cuisine and as a half Vietnamese I had a chance to try dishes done by my father since I was little. We came here after reading quite positive opinions about food, but what we did experience is a joke. I ordered Bun, my partner special Pho. The bun did not even contain a sauce which is a base for that dish. Additionally, special pho turned out to be a chicken stock with veggies and some meat. It was the worst Pho we had ever tried, very disappointing. If you're looking for cheap place to eat, go ahead because the food is edible and it fills the hole but if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese experience I do not recommend this restaurant.

Miss.Vietnam has become my favourite place to eat! The food is amazing! I'd have taken a photo but it was too delicious to wait 😂

the food is f***king amazing , but i just ordered soft shell crab today i was a bit disappointed bc it was only one for 7.50 pounds on deliveroo which when i was eating at their restaurant it was 4 of em for 12pounds so i dont really see the reason why twas only one 😁😂😊 but over all its our favourite Vietnamese restaurant 👌🙌

Bad food. I am amazed a restaurant survives serving this quality of food. Plenty of other Asian restaurants around to try before this one. We will not be returning!

Service here is so poor, no one can speak a word of English. Food not good too no taste very blend. Summer rolls were old. They said the had English breakfast tea instead give me some other weird tea calling it what I ordered gave me cocktail sugar syrup instead, asked for milk gave me condensmilk instead, place is a joke for what they charge

Friendly staff and the place is not too crowded. Reasonable prices. Try the soup (enough for two people) . We expected the fresh sugar cane juice (for the price ) not the carton one. Kinda disappointed with that but otherwise Food is fresh and tasty.

Let's start with the neutral... The service was not the best; we waited 15 minutes for drinks and over 40 minutes for food. People who arrived after us were eating before we had even ordered drinks. The lack of electrics upstairs meant I had to find my way to the toilet and use it with only emergency lighting! The decor is dated and a bit mismatched, but it's fine. The food was something else, absolutely phenomenal pork summer rolls. Like one of the best meals I've ever had. Will definitely visit again, and let's hope they can sort out the staffing issues.

Absolutely beautiful food. I’ve been trying Vietnamese restaurant around town but nothing screams “home” for me so far. But here, boy oh boy, just like how it is in Vietnam. Worth the wait and the money.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING DEFINITELY GOING back

The food was very good and price was very reasonable. The service is however, non-existing and the waiting staff were friendly but not well-trained and could only speak very broken English as we had to explained our questions many times. I would still recommend it as a place for a quick meal as what I got was very tasty indeed.

Came here for pho with beef brisket and cooked beef. What I got was soup which was lovely but had really substandard chunks meat which consisted mostly of beef gristle with tiny bits of meat. It was advertised that it comes with beef brisket there was none to be found. Will not come second time and I would advice to avoid. There are better alternatives out there.

First time I've eaten here and it is lovely food, the crab starter is brill and plentiful. Pricing is reasonable, i had the seafood noodle soup, delicious. Looking forward to going again.

⭐⭐ Post climbing farewell meal for Kaylee at @missvietnambham While the food was pretty good and some of the dishes we ordered were delicious unfortunately this will be the first time I have to write a bad review due to the service on this visit being pretty poor. Despite the restaurant being pretty empty we had long wait times for drinks and food. One drink had to be requested multiple times before it finally arrived. We had multiple wrong orders, one being a main for one of the guys which was never replaced with the correct order, in the end he had to just accept the incorrect main and eat that, as he never got an update on the order and had to wait ages with no food. Myself and a few others ordered the Special Pho which was supposed to have beef balls, chicken and beef but we noticed that there were no beef balls, it was only when we questioned it that they told us they were sold out of them, which would have been nice to know when we ordered or at least when we received the dish. Despite all the issues and wrong orders we never got an apology or any discount, it's a shame as the food was pretty good and the girl serving us was very nice and friendly. Hopefully this was just a bad night and a one off situation. Also near the end of the meal a man was sat near the entrance glaring at us, I assume he was the chef, when we left he came after us and started shouting and swearing at us in broken English... 😒🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ @ the owner, thank you for the reply, not sure how to reply to your message but we visited on Friday 21st August at around 7:30pm, the drink in question was a Gin and Tonic that had to be requested multiple times while everyone else had their drinks for a long time. The main which was incorrect was a beef with rice or noodles, but he got duck instead, after telling them the order was wrong it was put on another table and we received no update, in the end my friend said he would just take the wrong order as he was starving and everyone was already eating. Three of us ordered the special Pho but was never told there were no meatballs left, we noticed there was only beef and chicken in the broth and asked and was only then told that you didn't have any meatballs left, usually we would be informed straight away before the meal is even cooked. Also we asked for two pork and prawn spring rolls, 1 crab spring roll and 1 summer roll, instead we received 3 spring rolls and 1 crab roll. This order did get fixed and we did quickly get the summer rolls but the extra spring rolls got left on the table so I don't know if we got charged for it. Overall the food was good, So it was a shame it was a bad experience as we were trying to introduce people to new cuisines, hopefully it was a one off issue and things are better next time. The food here is really nice!... All Vegetables were really fresh and cooked perfectly... I am a Vegan and they had a big vegan selection too... Would definitely recommend this restaurant!... Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Super meal very tasty. Great selection of food. Restaurant was very clean and service was great.

You will be served by attentive and friendly staff, who will guide you through a full and extensive menu. So many regional dishes alongside the classics will leave you spoiled for choice. Ample portions might persuade you to either have a starter or a dessert. However you decide, you will do well! Cam un Miss Vietnam. Thank you.

Cold restaurant, even though virtually empty it took a long time for service. Shame as the food was pretty good

6of us went to the miss vietnam around 4pm and I have ordered beef pork pho and rest family ordered something else, there is one plate beansprouts been served, i have put all the veg in my soup noodle and not long found two broken tooth picks in my bowl, i am not sure if they served other guest's unfinished veg to me again, but it is unacceptable food hygiene and safety.

SLOW SERVICE. Would not go again. Doesn’t matter if the food is good .

The Pho here wasn't great... If you want great-tasting Pho, I would recommend Pho in grand central - the soup has soo much more flavour! I'm giving Miss Vietnam 3 stars as I only tried the Pho so I may visit soon and give another dish a go!

Excellent food here. I have been to Vietnam a few times and this food seemed very authentic. Although service on a Sunday was a little lacklustre it didn't detract from the tasty dishes. Prices were reasonable and the two of us were full up for under £40 including drinks.

A very pleasant restaurant just down the road from the Hippodrome and Chinese quarter. Obviously they serve up Vietnamese food here and it is very good.

It was unexpected that the dishes were authentic and good from the ingredients to the taste especially the “bánh đa cua Hải Phòng”. I could not find this kind of quality in Vietnamese restaurants in Singapore.

Seriously amazing food and good value. Five stars no question. Starter portions are large, salt & chili deep fried tofu fed two - light crispy outside and melt-in-the mouth inside with wonderfully spicy & stinky stir fried veg. Heaven, second year in a row.

The food was as close to food eaten in Vietnam as you could wish. We had bun cha, pork in betel leaves and banh xeo. All were really good. The wait times were fine, service friendly and the only non authentic thing was not having to sit on kindergarden sized stools.

The food is delicious, we had the crispy duck with sauce and rice, chicken wings for entrance and a Pho with beef and pork. All of it was amazing, fresh and tasty!

I have been in Vietnam, so I can tell it was real Vietnamese food. Maybe it is not 100% authentic, but definitely very good! I was pleased to find green papaya salad in the menu and it was very tasty. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

The WORST Vietnamese food I have ever tasted. Anyone who knows anything about Vietnamese food please don’t go here. Even just as food it’s really bad. Price and ambiance isn’t bad but the food is not even worth a pound. I ordered pho which did not taste like anything. I never knew onion can taste like nothing. My friend had curry which was heated up (had layer when served).
